• Andree (9/5): Great stay in Santo Spirito ground floor apartment - I was travelling with my adult son for both business and tourism. We chose this apartment because it was close to where we had a meeting. We arrived around 10.30pm on a late flight and our host, Sandro, could not have been more accommodating. Very friendly and gave us lots of good tips for the area and Florence in general as it was our first time visiting. The apartment is lovely and very charming, in a great building and very spacious. Spotlessly clean, great bedding and the main bed is comfortable. My son was on the sofa bed which is a bit hard but he said it was fine and ultimately slept well. Lovely fluffy towels are also provided and shower gel. The shower door in the bathroom gets stuck a little but nothing major. There is also an extra WC and sink downstairs. I could have done with a tea towel in the kitchen but apart from that, everything you need is provided along with coffee and a Moka pot. The surrounding area is fantastic. Peaceful but with a lovely square just at the bottom of the road with a good selection of restaurants and close to the Ponte Vecchio (but not too close) and the main area is within walking distance. We loved our stay, felt right at home and found the price to be very reasonable for what you are getting, especially if three people are staying. We would definitely stay here again.

We were given shampoos and coffee, the host is such a gentleman. The shower was a bad experience as it lost water and the whole ground was wet after taking shower
• Mohit (5/5): Not so good afterall - The apartment was great, the location was also good. Unprofessional way of dealing from the owner, he forced us to check in at a certain time while I was still travelling, moreover he did not send me any pre booking message. I only called and messaged him again and again while he did not pick my phone on the day of travel, I had to pay extra to get my luggage stored at Florence station. Even in the apartment there was no hot water in any bathrooms which was a complete disappointment. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had while travelling overseas.

• Dr. (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is spacious and easily can be located. A little far from the centre and thus need to walk narrow paths daily. The apartment has bed bugs and it caused loads of red, itchy, swollen rashes all over the body to all members. Otherwise, the host and facilities are good.
