-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit. -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine. -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). -This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros. -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 5€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pavla (8/5): Very good - The place near metro station was super! We liked the roof terrasse! The beach we reached on foot during 15 minutes. The bed in the sleeping room was comfortable but the sofa in the kitchen room was horrible. The bathroom and kitchen equipment - OK. Please change the sofa in the kitchen room. Our daughters were stung, but we don't know by what insect. It could have been mosquitoes or fleas.
