GABRIELA (9/5): Perfect for Vacation with Family and Friends w/ Kids - 12 min from Disney - Everything was amazing. The apartment was beyond our expectations. It was clean, bright, and everything looked new and fresh. The decor is modern and light. The beach and pool areas are amazing — the kids loved them. A few important and good things that are not clearly shown here: - There is a small market inside the complex, which makes life much easier. - They offer a housekeeping service, with different paid options, which made our stay even easier and more pleasant. - The apartment decor is light, modern, and easy to keep clean. There are carpets only inside the bedrooms. - Two of the bedrooms do not have windows facing outside. However, in the kids’ room, they installed a glass door that allows natural light to come in from the living room. The other bedroom has a high window facing the living room, and it also has blackout curtains. I thought that it would be a problem for us, but it wasn't at all. - The location is perfect: only 10–15 minutes from Disney by car. I will definitely come back. - They don’t have cribs with mattresses. They only have portable cribs, which come without a mattress and are more suitable for newborns or babies up to around 6 months old. - Bed rails were not available during our stay, so make sure to request them before your stay. Otherwise, you may need to rent a crib from a rental company. - The oven was making a very weird and loud noise, so we decided not to use it.

We wanted to extend our trip a day because we lost a full day, but Evermore declined an extra day. So we paid for a full day Monday the 19th and couldn’t get there due to canceled flights. There are several beach beds that are free to use for guests. However beware, the cabanas are charged on a dynamic pricing that is not advertised or made clear. I misheard the price and booked two, seating four people. They charged me $700 and I was absolutely horrified!!! I can see zero justification for this and it left a sour taste. I felt I had been totally ripped off and other guests really need to be warned about this. I will make a formal written complaint to the manager.

Dena (8/5): - They property was clean and very beautiful. The front office staff was not very helpful from the start when we showed up at 3:45pm. It would have been nice to be welcomed with someone who was invested and knowledgable about the property and in helping us with what there is to do on the property. Instead, they just handed us a map and I had to keep asking questions about the property. They did not seem interested in spending any time to help the guests and instead acted annoyed by my questions. Just said they would text us when our room was ready and sent us on our way.

Brittney (9/5): Beautiful and fun stay near Disney. Would stay again. - Beautiful property with fun amenities. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. Pretty quick access to Disney parks. I appreciated having a 4-bedroom flat with washer and dryer compared to a hotel room, while still having resort amenities. The bay was too cold for us to enjoy in March. More room service options and easier phone access to guest relations would be nice, as we always got a voicemail.

Darren (9/5): Great place to stay for our family. Wonderful staff and beautiful and clean upscale resort. - Arcade was great when it was too cold to go to pool. We were there when there was a very cold spell in January and the pool could have been a bit warmer. Could have used a few more water slides although they really liked the one that was there. Would be nice if there was a way to warm the are of the "lake" close to the sand to make it able to be used for swimming even in winter time.

The property was beautiful and immaculately maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious. The staff truly made the difference — warm, attentive, and always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was outstanding with plenty of variety, and the amenities were top-notch. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the views, or just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, everything was perfect. This was the kind of place you don’t want to leave and can’t wait to return to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable, stress-free getaway! There was nothing I didn’t like.

Dawn Ann (5/5): It was ok but I will not be back. - The grounds were beautiful. The first flat we checked into had a dirty couch. The couch was very soiled from repeated use. We asked to be changed. Our request was granted. We were then checked into another flat where the couch was also very soiled. I actually had to take the blankets from the bunk beds and cover the couch.

Janet (9/5): sfeervolle, luxe en veilige accomodatie - Wij hebben ontbijt producten gekocht in het winkeltje en in ons huisje opgegeten. Die kwaliteit was goed. De cottage zag er aan de buitenkant sfeervol uit op loopafstand van de voorzieningen. Kamers ruim met hele fijne badkamers. interieur was wat ouderwets en minder sfeervol ( meubels en vloerbedekking)
