- Avacana (4/5): No sirve para dormir y descansar en la noches - Su ubicación. Las paredes son de cartón y se escucha todo el ruido que hacen los vecinos. Los baños que toman, la radio o TV, absolutamente todo se escucha. En particular uno que arrastra cadenas y corre muebles a las 2.00 Am. Pero a ti te indican que no puedes hacer ruido después de las 11.00 pm. Pocos suministros de aseo para estadía de 8 días. Demasiado ruido de tus vecinos nunca logramos dormir y descansar adecuadamente….Si buscas quedarte en un sitio donde no tengas que dormir en la noche este es el lugar.

The shower was faulty - directional valve not working. The mattress was of low quality and suitable for camping only. Only one bedsheet provided. Stains on sofa, bed sheets and curtains. Wall damaged in the dining area. Power tripped out when cooking. There were many dogs in the building - dogs barking early morning and late at night. Poor value throughout. Torremolinos is now an expensive holiday location to holiday.

- Gabriella (6/5): - Att man kunde hämta sin nyckel och få tillträde på egen hand. Lägenheten var ren. Sköna sängar. Hade önskat att vi fått låsa in/ställa våra bagage någonstans innan rummet var klart. Vi släpade runt på stora resväskor en hel dag och detta hade kunnat lösas enkelt. Jag frågade om möjligheten flera gånger men upplevde inte att jag fick svar. Handdukar och matta var missfärgade. Vagnen för förvaring/saker i badrummet rostig och tråkig. Kan enkelt åtgärdas för en trevligare upplevelse. Poolområdet nedgånget. Solstolar trasiga.

Zwembad was prima, ondanks dat dit ook nog wel een kleine upgrade kan gebruiken. Host is super vriendelijk, stond altijd voor ons klaar. Voor ons was de ligging wat minder. Het ligt best ver af van het bruisende gedeelte. Strand op 15 minuten loopafstand. Voordeel is het treinstation op 5 minuten lopen. Heb je geen zin om steeds te lopen, kun je de trein pakken.

Un solo equipo de aire acondicionado es insuficiente; está en el salón, y no bastaba para mantener todo el apartamento. No hay cerca ningún supermercado; sólo tiendecillas "de emergencia".

We’re not notified that a key open ended the main door and the 2nd one opened the apt door**** Husband left for the afternoon with the apt door key Not and I was locked out of apt until a neighbour helped me out. Had to stay downstairs until he arrived? SHOULD HAVE 2 sSETS OF KEYS! Taxi at Malaga airport did not show??? Took our own.

- Cork (10/5): The peace and tranquility of the apartment block and surrounding area was amazing. - The spacious apartment and the spacious balcony all morning and afternoon sun . The building has only 5 floors and we stayed on the 5th floor.A very short easy stroll to the beach. We didn't cook in apartment as we were on holiday and ate out every night. The apartment has plenty of equipment for cooking. The bathroom is top spec and the waterfall showerhead was fab. The beds were so comfortable slept every night.The train station is 5 mins walk from apt to get you to centre of torremelinos but we enjoyed the walk for exercise along the promenade We got train to benalmadena where we have visited before for a stroll on the marina. A great bonus was that on the ground floor heading to the pool there is a huge washing machine and a huge dryer both 4 euro to get your case full of clean clothes before returning home. I would definitely stay here again it was paradise. The only fault I could see was with the outdoor upkeep. The whole building needs a new lick of paint and the 2 pools and surrounding areas could be retiled.

- Both (8/5): It was nice to stay and we will recommend - The property it was comfortable and has the basic elements to be able to cook. The master bed is big but a bit hard . The living room sofa it was super easy to make every day. Parking could be a problem and many times I left the car far and walk back . Is not close to the beach in my opinion, to walk 4-5 blocks is far for me when you carry lots of stuff. We use the pool few times . Parking near the beach is a nightmare to find a spot :( The host it was amazing all the time and quick response , we were also able to departure a bit later without any issue .

The WiFi didn’t work at all, we were practically offline for a week, we told the host about this also and was never fixed.
- Norbert (10/5): Exceptional - Second year we went here and will definitely come back a 3rd time. Apartment is very roomy, has all you need for cooking and dining. Big fridge, fan oven, hob and plenty of cutlery and utensils. Airco was sufficient despite 40 degrees Celsius outside on some days. Self service laundrette added to facilities this year. Beds are comfy and bathroom has large shower. Pool is nice and atmosphere is relaxed.Host is very friendly and helpful and is fluent in English. WiFi is excellent. There is really nothing I didn't like.

- Michael (6/5): The Host was pleasant and obliging initially but "Glad not to be going back." - We self catered and supermarket was nearby. It was quiet and therefore what we preferred. Train station very nearby and used several times. Very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Floor not been cleaned under bed, sofa had several very questionable marks on it. The dining table base was/is filthy, the tall storage cupboard with broom etc was tilting over at a oblique angle. The dishwasher still had items in it, all be it clean, but we left it as we found it and never used it. The coffee table was cheap and damaged on the top. Pity the bathroom basin was so wide, a smaller basin would have allowed for a larger shower cubicle. I will not include photos as I imagine the host will be attending to the above comments promptly if they wish to stay in business? An area on the balcony by the foot of sliding glazed door was home to ants in the early evening. The outside of the property needs repainting, shame the red tiles on the outside of balcony had been painted over with all the paint falling off. Extremely disappointed to find this place has two listings on Booking.com. One as Playaflores Bella Vista and another as Club Playa Flores.??????? Why???? I originally booked this because when I booked ratings were 9. Now 8.7 or 8.4, whichever you listing you look at, they are way too high.

Comfortable beds which - Clean, comfortable, location -close to train station, short walk to beach & shops. Quiet area for a planned short stay /rest Only thing would be sometimes people in other apartments could be quite noisy, banging doors when coming & going but nothing too major that upset my stay 😁. 1 thing to possibly consider would be to put mattress covers on beds? Just a thought to maintain the good comfortable mattresses especially for spillages

Pool is cold but nice and plenty of loungers and parasols available. Sun all day.The apartments here either have 1 very large or 2 good sized balconies.Airco in bedroom only, but was able to cool whole apartment if you let it run a bit longer. Just one correction to the listing, there is no washing machine. There is a laundry service though you can utilise for a fair price. There are also plenty of self service laundrettes in Torremolinos. Overall I would personally recommend, but not sure about rest of the family due to location.. Location for public transport is great, with train and bus stops within 5 min walk. But it is a bit away from the action. I knew this from the start and it should not be a problem, but my family would have preferred to have restaurants and bars closer by (but to put in perspective there are few restaurants within 5 min walk though and a lot more 10-15 min walk or 5 min by bus) and they encountered some invasive beggars when they came home late at night. I had to change apartment as the airco was very noisy and am happy I could move, but I noticed second apartment was not as well maintained as first one. Layers of limescale on shower, furniture was in need of maintenance.. I fixed a few cupboard doors myself, but it seemed there is a shortage of screws as some of the cupboard doors were screwed in with wrong screws and one standalone piece of furniture was standing on legs with no (!!) or too few screws. It seemed to have lacked love after the apartment was modernised. I booked for almost two weeks and we were offered change of linen and towels half way through, but an interim clean was extra.. Overall pricing was ok , so I won't complain but it would have been nice to get quick clean mid way through.

Loved 2 balconies and access to swimming pools, one if them is just 4 - Location perfect, easy reachable from Airport by train or by bus. Lidl and Aldi within 15 min walk. Internet connection excelent- used it for work without any issues. Clean and nice apartment, has everything you need for cooking. Owner very responsive and would suggest nice places and restaurants to visit. All week was quiet which I really liked and needed for my work, but last 2 days probably new renters came into nearby apartments and it felt like sound isolation is missing or maybe our neighbours were just really loud. :)
