• Jyri (7/5): - Saavuimme majoituspaikkaan keskellä yötä ja huomasimme, että asunnon avaimet on lukitun noin 2m korkean porttiaidan takana. Tätä ei tiedoissa mainittu. Eikä mainittu sitäkään, että asunnon yksi makuuhuoneista sijaitsi huoneiston katolla erillään varsinaisesta asunnosta. Tämä oli erittäin ikävää sen takia, että huoneistoon oli vain yhdet avaimet ja koska käynti tuonne katolle tapahtui porraskäytävän kautta johon myös viereisen asunnon asukkailla oli pääsy kun ovet eivät olleet lukittu. Eli jos erilliseen makuuhuoneeseen vievän portaikon oven ja huoneen oven olisi halunnut lukita esim. yöksi niin pääasunnon ovea ei olisi saanut lukittua ja sama toisinpäin. Huoneistoon kuuluva uima-allas sijaitsi myös erillään asunnosta, 2 erillisen portin takana eikä tästäkään ollut tai saatu etukäteen ohjeistusta. Allas ei ollut lämmitetty ja siellä oli remontti meneillään.

• israel (1/5): - En las fotos del apartamento aparecen tres habitaciones , hasta y bien la cuestión es que la tercera habitación no se encuentra dentro del apartamento si no en la parte de arriba que es una terraza fuera del apartamento en la cual cuando entramos había cucarachas en el baño . El dia que llegamos para poder entrar y coger las llaves que las tienen una caja con código , nos encontramos con la puerta cerrada que es la que te pasa como si fuera un patio o donde dejas el coche y donde esta esa caja para poder cojer las llaves , pues bien llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron por error la habían cerrado y que tardarían en venir 1 hora que si queríamos no esperar que saltaramos la puerta para poder acceder. Al final tuvimos que saltar la valla ya que eran las 15:45 de la tarde y con dos niñas pequeñas a 33 grados que estábamos con la humedad que hay allí. Por último tienes que pagar 100 € de fianza , pued bien cuando estábamos aun allí me cobran otros 100€ y llamo y me dicen que solo pueden retener los 100 € tres días y los primeros 100 € ya se habían liberado pero a mi aún no me aparecía en mi cuenta , entonces yo les dije que luego me tendrían que ingresar entonces 200 € pues bien a dia de hoy solo me han llegado 100€ y los otros me han desaparecido . En conclusión son unos estafadores ,las imágenes del apartamento no son lo que parecen ya que las habitaciones no están todas dentro del apartamento, además que había cucarachas a y las almohadas son papel de fumar . Un horror, no lo recomiendo nada .
• Brotánek (9/5): - Líbila se nám klidná lokalita, výborný společný bazén v zahradě. Plná vybavenost pro 6ti- člennou rodinu. Některá světla nesvítila, posuvné dveře skříní nefunkční, chybí vysavač.
• Juan Jose (4/5): - No me gustó el aire acondicionado había que estar vaciando la botella cada dos horas, una de las habitaciones estaba subiendo una escalera exterior en la terraza superior, el patio por la noche lleno de cucarachas, las camas individuales super estrechas.

• Veroonika (8/5): christmas holiday - The staff responded quickly to messages. Enough space in the apartment. A 5-minute walk to the store. Enough parking spaces along the road. Uncomfortable double bed. There is no vacuum cleaner in the apartment
• Karol (10/5): We came to Torrevieja with a group of friends and this place was an perfect choice - House is located in a beautiful and calm part of torrevieja but is very close to the shopping spot where you can find all necessary food/equipment. The sandy beach is approximately 10 minutes walk from the address . House also has an access to the local swimming pool, which for the majority of time was only for our use (we met only few other people using it). The house by itself is very well equipped and spacious, there is plenty of space for group of 6-8 people. Design inside is very nice and related to the Spanish atmosphere. Kitchen is big and bright what helps in preparing the meals at home. Nothing to complain, maybe I’ll add some more decorations on the upper floor room :)

• Fabian (5/5): Passable - I like the quietness of the place and the privacy that you get.the host Claudia is good and addressed the issue that we had with the WiFi connection.she replies quickly with your questions and that's a great 👍. I don't like the distance from the accommodation towards the beach.its a good 30 min walk .the grocery store is a 25 min walk and the town center is a good 45 min to 1 hour walk depending on how brisk your walk was..there is bus services but you need to walk 25 min to d bus stop and make sure that u got the time table right coz otherwise you will be waiting for ages which by the way it is every hour or more of waiting.and taxi is not an option.there is little to none that will come to the place .you will end up renting a car.the swimming pool is good and it closes at 11 pm which is good at least you can have your leisure time during the evening as it is packed during the day .and you need be patient in locating it coz it was a bit confusing because it was at the very back of the houses.over all it was a bit disappointing because the relaxation I was expecting it turned out to be distressing .the beach is nice but distance was just frustrating .I thought it was only a 9 or 10 min walk i never thought it would be that far from everything you need.this is just my very honest opinion.Everybody differs from there own perspective .
• Laura (10/5): Had a fantastic time. Goog communication with host. Lovely pool. Great beaches. 5* - Communication with host was brilliant. Ready to rey with any queries or questions we had. Even recommendations for taxi. Things to do. And what was nearby. Arrived and accommodation clean and tidy with fresh towels and linen on bed. There was a few tea bags sugar and coffee in cupboard which was a godsend as arrived on bank holiday Monday and most places were shut and we were tired hungry and being British in need of tea.☕😂 The pool area was much bigger than anticipated and loved how it was secure. Would be ideal with family with younger kiddies to spend the day at. But deep enough for older kids and adults too.
• Piotr (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet location. Nice concept - there are 2 independent appartments suitable for 2+4 people. Well equipped with everything needed (even professional grill). I will come back for longer stay. Local TV channels?
• Elena (8/5): Everything you may need for a relaxed week - Nice place with everything we needed for the week. The area is very quiet. Easy access to the pool. Perhaps some of the beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. The steps to the first floor were slippery when wet as were the ones to the top floor.
