• Mohd (1/5): It's a SCAM & it stole Booking.com customer money. - I like location because it very centre of attraction It's a scam because this hotel is never operate. It closed physically and yet still open book in online site like Booking.com. I can't get my refund back. Admin please ban this hotel from your app. Or i'll file a report to ministry for your negligence.

We was waiting and find new hotel which close us 450. Since I booked in booking. com, booking.com must refund back the hotel money we had paid. Location accessable mostly to all attractive location but the hotel very difficult to find because it is hidden in the small lorong. car cannot access the area especially during night. No ponen cobija y me daba frio en lannoche , me terminaba tapando con las toallas o ropa 😅 El colchon como q ya es muy viejito y se le sentian bien gacho algunos resortes.

• Izzali (3/5): Bad facilities and hot room - Location (but a good location with bad facilities is useless) :( Room too hot/bad ventilation (at least do something to improve the temperature in rooms), the mattress is not really clean, only 1/2 bathroom is available. Not worth it for the price (to be honest) :'(

Also, the room environment was not matched with the online pictures. So I left the hotel and booked another hotel to stay. I hope you will return my money.
• Sophie (1/5): Fowl. - The biggest catfish I’ve ever seen. The dirtiest room to exist. Covered in long black hairs, bear in mind I have blonde hair. These hairs itched me all night and just kept appearing? Room was the dirtiest thing I’ve seen. No bin, rubbish in the corner, looked like it’s never been cleaned before. No AC, room hotter than a sauna, felt like what I’d imagine suffocation feels like. A hole in our wall?? Probably someone trying to escape this hole. One toilet for 30 people. You can imagine the stench… one shower too. No wonder the building smelt full of unclean people because the queue for a shower is too long. Do I really have to say anymore…. I didn’t like anything about it.
