You can't walk arround the hotel as the area is empty, you will need a taxi to go to touristic places, pyramids and Grand egyptian musuem are close by car.

Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins. Merci à Mustafa et Monm pour le service au restaurant. Ils sont très professionnels et on sent qu'ils aiment sincèrement leur travail. Merci aussi au personnel de la reception et des étages. Et évidemment merci a Sami, un des propriétaires, qui sait bien prendre soin de ses clients. Nous avons même réservé deux nuits supplémentaires et nous reviendrons certainement si nous retournons au Caire un jour.

Kiváló programokat ajánlottak, amelyek szervezéséhez maximális segítséget nyújtottak. Szívesen ajánlom a hotelt a kedves kiszolgálás és a programszervezés miatt, érdemes felkeresni. Életreszóló, szép emlékkel távozhattunk, remélem, legközelebb is lesz alkalmunk találkozni. Nem volt problémánk a tartózkodás alatt.

Nous avons aimé la bienveillance et la gentillesse de sami le directeur qui a su nous proposer des excursions que l'on souhaitait, pas forcément celle proposées et à des prix raisonnables ce qui a rendu notre séjour unique et parfait. Il s'est adapté également à nos différentes demandes comme le room service très apprécié le soir. Youssef el comi à été notre chauffeur et guide durant toute la durée du séjour. Étant enceinte il a su s'adapter à ma situation et mes demandes. Ses conseils, ses services ont fait partie intégrante de notre séjour mémorable ! Merci également à Moustafa très souriant, agréable et à l'écoute de nos moindre demande (parle français ce qui facilite la communication). La chambre était propre, il manquait des produits d'hygiène et serviette mais sami en a fait ramener assez rapidement Literie moelleuse et confortable ! Rien puisque nos demandes étaient comblées. Faible isolation de la chambre mais nous avions pris des bouchons d'oreilles donc nous avons bien dormi !

- Nicola (10/5): ECCELLENTE - Albergo in posizione strategica a Giza sia con stanza sia con terrazza ristorante dalla vista mozzafiato sulle piramidi. Personale fantastico, cordiale e molto gentile. Ringrazio infinitamente il direttore Sami per la sua professionalità e simpatia, il cameriere Mustafa, il receptionist notturno Abdelrahman e, soprattutto, l’autista Yussef che in più occasioni mi ha accompagnato in scomodi orari notturni o di massima punta di traffico da e verso l’aeroporto permettendomi di giungere in tempo per i vari voli presi. Servizio di attenzione al cliente completo e impeccabile, consiglio a tutti il Pyramids Sunshine Inn. Io tornerò sicuramente per il mio prossimo soggiorno al Cairo. A presto! Nicola

- Irena (1/5): WORST HOTEL -Goes under different names - Food and the waiter Mohamad. BE CAREFUL: This hotel (Pyramids Sunshine Inn) is combined of this hotels (which are all the same and in the poor same building, just different names): 1. Pyramids Sunshine Hotel 2. Sunshine View 3. Koraya Pyramids Sunshine 4. Solaya Pyramids Sunshine 5. Lamaya Pyramids Sunshine This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to (and we stayed in a lot of different acoomodations around the world). It barely deserves 1 star. It is located in the middle of nowhere, where geese and other animals wake you up before 6. Mosque is right next to hotel so when they start their prayings before 4 in the morning, that can wake you up. Especially since some windows cannot be fully closed. The rooms are very dirty and falling apart, especially bathroom. If you touch anything, it’s broken - faucet, showering head, towel holder, etc. Showering there is considered a sport. Dirty fridge, weird stains on bed and chair. All food is delivered and it was good. Mohamad always asked if you need more of anything and was always professional. First two times coffee were good, but the third time it tasted like it was made with soap water. All staff is apsolutely trash. EXCEPT the waiter Mohamad. He is the light of that hotel. We felt very unwelcome in the hotel. Every day they asked us when we are leaving. Cleaners never came to the room. One time we asked for toillet paper and new towels, and they treated us like we are trying to rob them or something. It’s normal to ask and show room number, but asking for booking number and (of course) when do we leave was quite excessive. You can’t count on anyone in the hotel (except Mohamad). If you make an agreement with someone (managers), they will not fulfill it. For example, we made a deal with them that their driver will take us to the airport at 08:00 in the morning for 20 dollars. On the day of the check-out, Ahmed (one of the managers) said the driver will come at 08:10 and it’s 25 dollars.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. 27 November 2025. The staff were friendly Abdulraman and Aya and Zenab, All were polite and respectful and helpful in helping us . About the restaurant was clean and breakfast was good the staff were friendly helpful.

- Ali (9/5): التقيم الإيجابي يبدأ من الإستقبال وهو سبب كبييرللمدح وتجسد هذا بلاخص بالاخت ( آية مسعد) وعبدالرحمن - الأستقبال آية مسعد استقبال،دوق،اخلاق وخدمه ممتازه ((الشخص الصح في المكان)) وكذالك نخص بشكر للاخ عبدالرحمن في الرسيبشن ع الخدمة الممتاز وتنفذ طلباتنا الفندق نظيف بشكل عام وموقع الغرفه يفرق معاك والممرات والمداخل والمخارج معطره او ببخور يوميا المطبخ اكل يوم وجبة فطور مختلفه ويختلف تقيمها من شخص لشخص بحكم الاطباق المتنوعه يوميا واوصل شكري للاخ اللطيف الخفبف الجميل المحترم في التعمال صاحب الابتسامة مصطفى محمد الغرف حلوه وجميله ولاكن الحجم يختلف من غرفه لغرفه لهذا الي يحتاج غرفة وسيعه جداً يكون دقيق في الحجز. وهذا ليس شى سلبي بل نقطه لشخص الي بحجز مع عائلته النت ليس سيئ يحتاج الى تحسين في السرعه او ممكن فترة إقامتي النت كان نوعا ما بطيى وهذا خارح.ادارة الفندق
- Mohammd (9/5): - اولا الاستقبال كان جداً متعاون ولطيف ولبق وخدمه ممتازه في الإستقبال ونخص الاخ عبدالرحمن والأخت آية في الرسيبشن. وكذالك لا ننسى الاخ مصطفى محمد في المطبخ زي العسل ومحترم ويخدمك من عينه بدون كلل ولا ملل. الفندق نظيف يوميا يشغلوا بخور ويهتموا كثيرا في تفاصيل الممرات والمداخل والمخارج بشكل عام نظيف جدا ويوجد عامله بشكل مستمر وخدمة الغرفه حلوه وسريعه واي شي تطلبه بقدر الإمكان ينجزه فقط لتحسين الإنترنت كويس ويحتاج الى تحسين في سرعه النت. وجود مصعد واحد ولاكن هذا الشيئ لم يزعحني لاني لم اتعطل نهائياً
