- Andrew (10/5): Perfect, quiet apartment in central Hanoi - It is exactly what it says it is and goes above that. It has amazing sound proofing so it is a great place to be after exploring Hanoi. The facilities are perfect and we really recommend this apartment. Nothing at all.
- Helena (10/5): Super-cute place - Cute and comfortable, loved the balcony and double doors that provided complete silence. It was a bit dark and no mirror light in the bathroom was difficult for putting on make-up. Some machine behind the door went on and off during the last night so it was harder to sleep.
- Benjamin (10/5): -
- Steve (8/5): - The apartment is great. Very spacious and in a good location. Access to the apartment is only possible by walking through a sportswear shop to access the lift up to the apartment whereby you are made to feel like an inconvenience to those working in the shop.

- Michelle (9/5): Great apartment and location -

- Ronnie (8/5): Very enjoyable stay at the Place no Dramas. - Nice and Quiet from Double the Glazing especially being on a busy street.
The shower was really good with nice pressure and very hot water.
The Room was very spacious bed a little too hard but my partner liked it. Nil
- Rita (10/5): Unique stay that excel big hotel offerings - quiet, safe and amazing owner support - The owner has excellent communication which made you at ease at the very beginning. She was already waiting at the entrance of apartment when we arrived. She took great care to explain everything to us, and even helped us find ATM to settle the payment. She treated us above and beyond, even bought us our first banh mi to welcome us!! The double pane windows made the room super quiet which made the stay very nice. In room washer and dryer is very handy. The guard at the store/apartment entrance was very friendly and available. You feel very safe staying there. All in all, a very nice gem and will stay again!! thank you! Nothing!

- Mary-Ann (10/5): Fantastic! In the 5 weeks we have been traveling this has by far been the best place to stay all round. - It was perfect location, private, roomy and had everything we could possibly need. The only down side was the fantastic washer and dryer, we couldn’t work out how to use the dryer so some instructions would have been great.

- Simon (9/5): Quirky with Character - This is a great little Apartment in Hanoi. There are a few "little" things about it which are nothing to complain about .... bathroom is small but it really is the toilet's closeness to the wall in front of it and the balcony is not too wide.
Overall, great location walking distance to most things I needed to go to as in my favourite French Restaurant, certain shopping destinations and Beer Street. The entrance to the apartment is through a Sports Store which was never a problem and it added character to the place.
All the amenities were good. Needed a driver's license to operate the washing/dryer machine but enough button pushing I managed to work it out. The last occupant was still logged in to the TV system and couldn't seem to watch any TV for a couple of days.
I love Hanoi so much I am going back this December and will book this apartment again, it was comfortable and charming.
- Frank (9/5): - Staff went out of their way, great location, great facilities, real space Mess around paying. Card didn't work. Use cash.pp
- Hemendar (10/5): Best place to stay - The location, safety, balcony with fresh air, the comfort Bathrooms are too small. Manageable but little bigger could have been better.
- Ba Zan (1/5): The apartment was small and musty. Customer service was sub par. -
- Marzieh (10/5): - We had a excellent experience stay in this charming well located apartment
- Judith (9/5): Ein überraschender Rückzugsort mitten im Trubel - Top Lage und sehr hilfsbereites Personal Gibt nix zu meckern
- Michael (10/5): - Super Lage, super Zustand
Sehr netter Wachmann
- Iris (9/5): Super fijn apparatement - Hebben hier een nachtje gezeten om snel een wasje te kunnen doen maar het appartement was fantastisch! /

- Sami (10/5): Tolle Lage, tolles Apartment.
- Ivana (8/5): Great location and communication with the owner - The owner was super nice, kitchen was well equipped, right in the center of Hanoi downtown. It looks a bit bigger on the photos but understandable since you are in the center it is not as spacious. Bathroom is super small but cute. Terrace is nice but washing machine is there and takes quite a bit of space. Still, all good.
- Rajiv (6/5): -
- Daria (10/5): - The Location was amazing.
The place is big an nicely organized, they clean your room. It has a washing machine on the balcony which was a nice plus.
The ladies downstairs were very nice. You have to go throw a sporting shop to get there but other than that it s an amazing accomodation.

- Aisling (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sam (10/5): Clean Apartment, Great Location. Good Value - Clean and centrally located apartment with everything you need at the edge of the old quarters, 2 minutes walk from small WinMart and pharmacy, 5 minute walk to the train Street, etc, located on the top floors of a small athletic store. Quiet. Good internet. Good bed and pillows. Great little restaurants all over the place within walking distance. About 10 minute walk straight to the lake and the hoho bus stop or 15 to the water puppets. Highly recommend. My wife and I would stay here again. Good AC. All of the dishes we needed A bit dark but plenty of light. A bit small but appropriate for the price and location.
- Sagar (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (10/5): Superb place to stay - Amazing location and just a short walk to train street and the old town areas. Great room with everything you will need for a good stay. Having a kitchen and washing machine was amazing and the WiFi was excellent. Although the bathroom is small it's works well and having the small balcony was nice to sit out with a coffee in the mornings. Highly recommend Bed was very hard
- Ranbir (8/5): Very good - Location.Ambience and cheerful and helpful host. No good and well stocked mart near by
- Sophie (10/5): Loved it! Would stay again - Super stylish and clean Was a little hard to find the entrance as it’s through a sportswear shop, but that was the only difficulty at first
- Gijs (10/5): Exceptional -

- Adam (8/5): Well equipped & spacious room in great location - Some very good features such as
Filtered water
Nice firm bed
Washing & dryer
Good sized apartment for Hanoi
Good internet speed Stairs very tight
Access via Sports shop surprising at first
Safe box didn’t work? Couldn’t unlock & use?
Tight bathroom, could barely sit on toilet!
- Gijs (10/5): Exceptional - This was our base location in Hanoi. The appartments facilities are great, no complaints what so ever. Location is great, you can walk everywhere to see Old town. There is a busy street in front of the building but that did not bother us at all at night/sleeping. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. If we needed something, booking an extra night, keeping suitcases save, they helped us out immediatly. We took some 2 or 3 day trips to Ninh Binh, Cat ba/Ha long, Sapa and we could always leave our suitcase at the appartment location so we could travel light. It was always nice comming back here and knowing you have all the comfort you need in the appartment in the center of Hanoi.
- Ngoc (9/5): Superb -
- Duc (8/5): Very good - Good location close to a night food market, balcony overlooking the bustling street, extremely friendly and helpful front desk Tight bathroom with pretty bad ventilation
- Shehreyar (9/5): Superb -
- Kimberly (10/5): A well located, lovely studio flat. - A beautiful, well designed, studio flat with excellent facilities: Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, a/c. Kettle, iron etc. Location excellent in the Old quarter.. just a few minutes walk from sites such as Train street and the Water Puppet theatre. I was a bit concerned about accessing the apartment through a shop but it was fine and when the shop is ‘closed’ there is a security guard there all night to allow you to come in. Can’t think of anything!
- Nicholas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (10/5): EXCELLENT place to stay! - Large quiet apartment. Extremely comfortable bed with good pillows. Nice enclosed stall shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a free-flowing drain (shampoo and shower gel provided). Plenty of vanity space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Heated toilet seat! Washing machine (detergent provided) that both washes and dries in a 60-minute cycle—amazing!! Lots of seating with a table and chairs as well as a desk. Strong WiFi, lots of electrical outlets to charge devices. Perfect location very close to the Old Quarter but pleasantly quiet without all the hustle and bustle. Very easy walk to many sights, restaurants and shops. Fast communication with the host who was extremely responsive to all WhatsApp messages. Super easy check-in with staff onsite at all times. Can’t say enough good things about this place — our best stay during 6 weeks in Vietnam. Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.
- Sarah (9/5): Excellent stay in very conveniently located apartment. - Excellent stay in very conveniently located apartment.
- Garry (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice accommodation. Good location, that let you explore
- Hannah (8/5): Comfy bed and good value for money. In a quieter area but not far from Beer St - Huge bed and great to have a washing machine in the room The lift wouldn’t fit both myself and my partner despite being below the weight limit which meant we had to come and go from the room separately which was a bit annoying
- Lynn (10/5): An oasis in the middle of Hanoi! - We have returned to this property three times. It’s a lovely apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter. It has a washer/dryer, balcony, kitchen facilities. It’s decorated very nicely. Comfortable, lots of storage and twice the space of a hotel room. It’s on a busy street in the old quarter. We loved the excitement of being on the balcony and hearing/seeing life go by. Could be loud for some people but with the balcony door closed it wouldn’t be an issue.
- Ian (9/5): Good choice for longer stays - Stayed 6 nights. Check-in was easy and efficient. Security guard and shop staff were nice as we came and went. A comfortable alternative to a hotel with plenty of space and a (very) small balcony with no view of the street because it’s obstructed by trees (we hope they keep the trees though). Very quiet. Good location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon worked well. Big TV and we appreciated being able to log into our Netflix account. The big fridge was great for keeping beers and water cold. Washing machine and dryer were handy. Would recommend, especially if staying in Hanoi longer than a couple of nights. Hot water might not last long enough for some people.
Not having someone on site to deal with problems is a downside. Trying to communicate a simple issue via WhatsApp and being asked to send a video of the problem before they’d send someone was a bit irritating. It was all sorted in the end so it was fine. Maybe we’re just old!
- Liu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynn (10/5): We loved this apartment and we’ve booked it again for next week! - Loved the apartment itself. Best part was small balcony off the bedroom. All good.
- Jakestar (9/5): Happy stay in Old Quarter Hanoi - Great hosts that will be there for you if there are any issues with the unit - Amazing - Location was great - In the heart of Hanoi - Old Quarter - Above a sporting goods clothing shop - With the cuties elevator and staircase if you prefer - The terrace is second to none - Take a look at the pics - Great bed - Aircon - Spa bathroom etc…. There will always be some issues whilst travelling through SEA however it is the responsiveness of the host that makes the difference - You will have this at this stay - great value for your money - We recommend - Thanks Nothing - I could live there.
- Steve (8/5): FUSION links great location - Great location. Cramped bathroom.
- Lauriston (8/5): Great location and good value for money - Great location. The property was quirky and nice. Access is through a shop which was a bit off putting at first.
- Steve (8/5): Fusion links - Very nice well equipped apartment in a great location. Japanese toilet was great! Washing machine Very useful. The manager was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Bathroom a bit cramped.
- Luc (6/5): Pleasant - Room felt dim and cramped. Entrance at the back of a shop so every time you have to pass the grumpy bunch that runs the place. Thankfully the night watchman was a delight.
- Thanh (10/5): Exceptional - anything perfect Love ❤
- Baruch (8/5): Very good -
- Violetta (9/5): Superb - The apartment was perfect for us to visit a bit Hanoi, and very functional for our needs. It is very close to the Hoan Kiem lake, while other points of interest can be easily reached by taxi or a 20 min walk approximately. The host kindly helped us organising transfer to and from the airport. The entrance is inside a shop, where a person is always present in case of need.
- Veelyn (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. Host shared accurate information. Loved the apartment as there was washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is above a sport shop.
The night security guard is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful.
- Norris (9/5): Great stay would stay again - Beautiful apartment, well equipped with sound proofing and a kitchenette and full sized fridge . Very well located near everything. Bathroom very small. Entry through a sports shop and hoch is a bit unusual but worked fine.
- Veronika (9/5): Superb - the apartment was already a little worn, but we didn't feel bad.
- Harald (2/5): Great locatoin, toilet and big space but noisy, not clean, tiny bathroom, cold shower - Location is excellent and the Japanese toilet is awesome. The room is very spacious. Train street around the corner. It is not as quiet as people claim. You can only sleep if you wear ear plugs. It is at a very busy street with constant honking of vehicles. you cannot open a window due to the noise and air pollution. Also the bathroom is very small, you can hard turn around. The shower is only warm for 3 to 5 min and the water does not flush quick enough so you are standing with your feet in a small pool. The employees of the sport clothing shop is the reception and they don't care much. You pay, get a card and that is it. You have to ask for wifi, no info in the apartment about anything. You have to enter the shop because the entrance/elevator to the apartments is in the back of the shop. If he is asleep you have to slam the door to wake him up. Also not super clean, some spider webs in the corner. I do not recommend it for the price. It was a disappointment, especially when i checked the reviews.
- Priyanka (8/5): Very good -
- Lynn (10/5): Delightful stay at Fusion Links Apartments - Location excellent especially to Train Street, restaurants, Hoan Kiem Lake, Old Quarter. Very good sound proofing on balcony doors. Washing/dryer machine very much appreciated. Kitchen area nice. Wi-fi always good. Wonderful bathroom & shower. We got free water and towel change change every day. Very comfortable bed for us. Fantastic value for money. Door lock & card so secure. This was not a problem for us but we found the entrance & check-in through a sports shop a little weird when we first arrived but when we used the lift at the rear of the shop and it opened just across from the front door, so it was like a private lift, we were delighted and there is a security guard at night. Nothing
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - Great size. Very quiet and clean. The location is around the corner from Train Street and a short walk to the lake. The washing machine was a bonus.
- Debbie (9/5): Great location and the apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. - Great location. Close to many amenities and attractions. Very quiet apartment even though it was above a busy street. The daily towel service was much appreciated. Washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient. Bathroom worked for us but might be considered small for some people.
- Prakash (8/5): Value for money. Excellent location - Location
Many Indian restaurants nearby No view on lower floor
- Yoke (10/5): Good location and clean. A cleaner comes in everyday - Good location Nothing
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Neena (8/5): Very good experience. Value for money - Only disconcerting thing was entrance through a store. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything one could need. Excellent location. Noisy but got the feel of being in the middle of Hanoi everyday life The entrance was disconcerting
- Hemanth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (8/5): Enjoyed the stay good location very helpful host. - Room functional, Host was great showed us to our room explained where to leave the key when leaving even suggested some good Vietnamese eating places close by very helpful. Bed was a little hard for me.
- James (10/5): Highly recommended accommodation - Very friendly host, clean rooms, washing machine for longer stays, famous train rails with cafés nearby, many food spots nearby, highly recommend!
- Eleanor (10/5): A great stay - This is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi! Entrance is through a sports wear shop where a little elevator at the back will take you up to your room. There is a wonderful security guard overnight so you always have access to your room 24/7. The room is large with a nice little bathroom, a kitchen area with table and chairs, a bedroom with desk and seating area and a lovely little balcony with seating and plants. Double doors to the balcony mean that it is completely quiet inside. There is a fridge, washing machine, Japanese toilet, rain shower, wardrobe, free water and coffee, kitchen utensils, massive tv and very comfortable bed. What more could you ask for? This is incredible value for money and I would recommend it to anyone. It was a little confusing at first to find the entrance (through a sporting goods shop called Anta).
- Jeff (7/5): Comfortable and convenient apartment easy walking distance to the old quarter. - Clean spacious room with kitchen facilities. Nice private balcony. Nicely finished room. Quiet. Staff were very helpful with booking arrangements, transportation, etc. The entrance via a storefront was a bit odd. Staff at the facility spoke little or no english. Small slow elevator was extremely hot.
- Raymond (9/5): It was unique experience access to the apartment was through a shop but this added to the experience - Location was the key it gave easy access to the Old Town and all the sights. Payment method was challenging.
- Reinhold (10/5): Exceptional -
- Viet (10/5): Excellent - Close to all attraction in the city, very convenient. Room was very clean with everything you need like laundry and fully furnished kitchen. Super quiet at night for a good rest after a long day traveling around Hanoi nothing
- Susan (9/5): A great place to stay in Hanoi. - Excellent location. Spacious apartment, and quiet. We loved this place and highly recommend it. Washer/dryer was very welcome. Great to have the small balcony from which to observe all the action in the street. Just about everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. A couple of very tiny niggles: some art on the walls (preferably local) would have been good. Also, a bit more cutlery and crockery, especially larger cups - or mugs.
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional - Room is beautiful and spacious. Having sound proof sliding doors made a big difference, it’s so loud outside but once closed you couldn’t hear anything. Having a personal safe was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Hanoi and only a few minute walk to train street.
- Kate (9/5): Great location, outdoor space and a washing machine - It was in a great location with lots happening near by. And train street is just around the corner.
It was nice a big and for us the washing machine was lovely.
- Khanh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manjula (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location in the old quarter. - Comfortable, very clean, excellent location- felt like home from home.
Trung was wonderful- so kind and helpful before and during our stay. He helped us book trips and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The bathroom is a bit small for tall people- very little leg room between the toilet and wall.
- Alexandra (8/5): Very good -
- Dušan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Immanuel (9/5): A cozy home in Hanoi - It had a feeling of home. Dzung was so hospitable. She promptly provided things we needed in the kitchen. Her staff was there periodically always helpful. The AC n TV had issues and she promptly fixed them. The place is walking distance from everything. Be it museums or the lake from where you get the Hop on Hop off bus. Loved train street to which we walked 3 times. She communicated promptly in English . Took care of the tours we wanted like the Ha Long/Lan Ha Bay and other tours and taxis we needed too. A very pleasant stay indeed. Few things need to be maintained eg door lock to the balcony. Vessels though she provided what I asked may be needed according to his you cook. Well stocked for Vietnamese cooking. The access is through a shop so taxis and GRAB food deliveries don't find it. But after a couple of times you manage to direct.
- Joshua (10/5): It's at the back of a clothes shop, but beautiful apartments! With balcony:) - It was a bit daunting finding it as access is through a cloths shop with a small elevator at the back, Initially I thought "oh no what have I done" but as soon as we got there it was stunning. Easily the best place we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam, air conditioning, big TV, washing machine (top end as well!) And a full rain shower with led lights in, and a huge room!
Just be warned, If you have to check out early the staff aren't in and you have to pay cash as they send someone to sign you out, and they didn't work the till/card machine, but they were super friendly and we got sorted quickly (cash machine round the corner)
Couldn't get over how nice the room was for the price! We stayed there on our last night of vacation and being able to fully wash all our holiday clothes before the flight back was so nice knowing there's less to do when you get back! Paying cash in the morning when we were in a rush! But the security chap was lovely, it wasn't their fault but some ATMs didn't like our cards so I was running around from atm to atm panicking! Also I pressed the fire alarm thinking it was the bell as I went to get food while the good lady was waiting, they didn't give us a tour/run down of whats what but its fairly self explanatory and its probably down to me being an idiot
- Jennifer (4/5): Great apartment--terrible management - We booked this apartment 9 months in advance for a 5 night stay in Hanoi. The apartment is on an upper floor above a shop and when we arrived, the salesgirl phoned the host who told us the apartment had a 'problem' and we would have to spend our first night in a hotel and could move into the apartment the next day. We were pretty unhappy with this, but were promised a nice hotel room with a balcony and a large window--it had neither of these and was in fact extremely small and lacked even a chair to sit on. Once we got to the hotel, we were told that we could move into one of the Fusion Links apartments the next day, but wouldn't be able to move into our booked flat until the third day, We were furious at this point and pretty sure they had double booked the apartment and were just jerking us around. We didn't want to have to move three times in three days, so opted to stay in the tiny hotel room another night. When we finally got to the apartment on the third day, it was very nice--roomy, clean, with full kitchen, washer dryer--everything we were hoping to have for 5 full days. The host gave us a nominal discount and a threw in a free taxi to the airport on our departure plus had the hotel do our laundry for free, all of which was nice, but we were still extremely disappointed that we hadn't had 5 relaxing days in a large apartment as we had planned and had booked months in advance for. The host was extremely unpleasant to deal with--not the least apologetic, and very rude to communicate with. We liked the apartment, but very much disliked the management and did not feel we got our money's worth since we had to spend two of our five nights in a tiny uncomfortable hotel room and never really had a chance to settle in to the apartment. [The hotel staff were very nice and helpful and the location of the hotel was great--we just hated the room].
- Marc (10/5): Overall, would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Hanoi. Thanks for a great stay. - Really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It’s clean, modern and has everything you need for a short or longer-term stay. The apartment is recently renovated with a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, little balcony, even a Japanese toilet. It’s at the back of a sporting clothes store which is odd but not a problem.
The owners are lovely and were very responsive on booking.com messenger. Girls at the front were friendly and helpful too. I could never tell exactly who worked for the store vs the apartments, but it wasn’t a problem. Always got help when I needed it. Security guard is a legend. Great guy.
The apartment is in a great location. A short walk to the best parts of the old quarter but not in the super busy tourist section so you can escape the chaos when you need to. Sliding doors do a great job at blocking out noise from the street, which can be a problem in Hanoi. Only recommendation for improvement would be to enable guests to pay by card, not just cash or bank transfer.
