Franziska (9/5): - Gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt mit Bäcker und Frühstück gleich um die Ecke. Zum Abendessen war ein griechisches Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Das Appartement war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und ausreichend und neuwertig ausgestattet. Alles ein bisschen unpersönlich und die Matratze für uns etwas zu weich, aber insgesamt trotzdem sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir gern wieder.

Michael (4/5): Ich hätte mehr erwartet - Gefallen hat mir die Orientierungshilfe des Personals. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen. Und dass der Hausmeister gleich am nächsten Tag gekommen ist. Nur für das Schlafen reicht es vollkommen aus. Dass es die Orientierungshilfe überhaupt brauchte dass es ein Riesen- Gebäudekomplex ohne Orientierungstafel gab. Es brauchte den Hausmeister weil in meinem Fernseher viele Privatsender und fast alle ARD und dessen Regionalsender fehlten. Daraufhin die Unterkunft: das sei noch nie passiert. Merkwürdigerweise war der Ersatzfernseher genau gleich fehlerhaft ausgestattet. Es gab nur Kochtöpfe und Backofen, keine Pfannen oder auch keine Mikrowelle. Pfannen hätte ich aber für zwei der drei mitgebrachten Essen aber gebraucht. Bei Ankunft am Abend stand das Wasser noch in der Dusche.
Ulrich (6/5): Für einen Kurztrip oder „nur übernachten“ günstig und praktisch. Für eine top-Empfehlung für „Urlaub“ fehlt es aber doch - Gute Zimmergröße und gute nahezu neuwertige Ausstattung zum fairen Preis. Parkmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmarkt in direkter Nähe. Insgesamt sehr ruhig, obwohl viele Leute in dem Haus wohnen. TV nur auf polnisch (nicht umstellbar). Der hohe schmale und tiefe Raum im EG Richtung Innenhof braucht auch tagsüber künstliche (kühle LED-)Beleuchtung (App29). So richtig gute Wohlfühlatmosphäre mag da nicht aufkommen. Geschirr zum Teil verschmutzt, auch an manchen Ecken nicht ganz so sauber, wie man sich es bei Ankunft wünscht. Der Zugang zum Zimmer ist schwierig (mehrere schwere Metalltüren) und trist.

Frank (7/5): - Insgesamt ein ordentlicher Aufenthalt, jedoch mit Abstrichen. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Bei Ankunft war allerdings ein deutlicher Zigarettengeruch wahrnehmbar, obwohl die Unterkunft als Nichtraucherwohnung ausgeschrieben ist. Außerdem war die Spülmaschine noch vollständig mit Geschirr gefüllt, das zunächst ausgeräumt werden musste. Mit besserer Reinigung und mehr Aufmerksamkeit bei der Übergabe wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Anna Düppenbecker (1/5): Dreckig, laut und nicht komfortabel! - - Ich war einfach nur schockiert was mir für den Preis angeboten wurde. Ich kam in ein völlig verdrecktes Apartment, überall waren Kot Spuren zu sehen und es gab in jeder Ecke Spinnweben und Spinnen. Ich würde mich niemals über ein wenig Staub beklagen aber das war unter alles Würde! Kot Spuren vom Vorgänger in der Toilette und überall Dreck. Ich bin in der Intensivpflege tätig und das Apartment sollte natürlich auch dazu dienen dass ich mich ausruhen kann, kein Tageslicht im Zimmer außer ein Fenster, die Betten sind durchgelegen. Auf den Betten zu schlafen kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Zum Thema Nachtruhe kann ich nur sagen dass sich niemand daran gehalten hat, viele der Apartments werden an Monteure vermietet die Abends Nachhause kommen und eine fette Party schmeißen bis tief in die Nacht. Die Sauberkeit war wirklich das schlimmste von allem an diesem Aufenthalt.

Peter (8/5): Convenient flats for climbing in frankenjura - Convenient location next to supermarket. Free Parking. Spacious rooms. Microwave and dishwasher. Lighting and atmosphere are cold and a little depressing, but it's fine if you only sleep there and are out all day.
