• Vivienne Maria (4/5): Not worth the money - The location was great and had a nice big balcony. An early check in was also possible which was great. Staff generally responded to messages quite quickly. Located just above a supermarket and very close to beach and old town (5-10 minute walks) When we arrived on the first we felt things definitely could have been cleaner. There were also a few broken things such as a lamp and plug sockets. The air conditioning barely worked so we ended up being very warm all the time. The biggest issue was that they knew there were three guests coming but when we arrived the third bed had not been set up, we asked them where it was and when we took it out it was completely broken and unusable, they said they would come to fix it but despite several follow up messages (all which were read but not responded to by the hosts) we went all seven nights without the replacement bed having one person sleeping on the floor. The apartment also lacked basics such as cereal bowls, chopping boards or wine glasses. Also the large sliding door to balcony does not lock so not recommended for families with young children

• Yaqut (2/5): I paid enough money but that was really disappointing place and host - Location The host was really rude and didnt even answer our questions about the washşng maschine and wifi. Everything in the room was dirty and used

• Frieda (3/5): We had a lovely time in Marbella but the poor quality of the apartment put a dampener on our stay. - The location and views The bed arrangement was misadvertised as having a double bed and an extra single bed, which was not there, we had to ask and were told that the second bed was on the balcony which turned out to be a camp bed, which is not suitable for sleeping on for 2 weeks. The chairs in the kitchen and on the balcony were tube chairs and very uncomfortable so we couldn't make much use of the balcony. The kitchen facilities were abysmal with only one saucepan and no toaster which meant we could not cook at all really. This place needs a total revamp and to be properly furnished with better facilities provided for the price.

• Lina (7/5): Great location - The apartment is in great location, walking distance from beach and old town. It was clean and had a lovely view. All facilities needed are in the apartment. the apartment was close to a lot of amenities such as supermarket just downstairs, bus station very close by and cafes. The only thing I would say that they could send information and photos on how to get access to apartment maybe a day before. They sent this information a couple of hours before we were supposed to check in and l had trouble accessing my internet in Spain. We had called 3 times and each time were told we had to message from WhatsApp which was not possible without internet. we finally were able to sort this with my husband's phone but it took us an hour to get into the apartment. This would have been highly inconvenient if we had arrived at night.

• Caroline (7/5): Average apartment in Marbella - The location was within walking distance to the beach and the old town. It was quite clean considering it is old. The apartment is old and quite basic. A number of things weren't working. While it was reasonably comfortable, it is in need of a refresh as everything in it is cheap and dated. Also, it didn't really have a sea view as we were looking out at other blocks of apartments, with the sea in the distance if you are standing on the balcony.

• Masochist (8/5): Loved it ❤️ - Huge likes: – Carrefour in the building – Filtered coffee maker ☕ – Iron and an ironing board – View on the mountains on one side, and the see on the other – Neat and clean, lots of towels – Close to the Venus Beach Minor dislikes: – Washing machine was dirty inside – No toilet paper, no hand soap, no dish washing liquid.* – There were cooking utensils, but no chopping board 👀 – Opaque curtains in the bedroom *I guess it's okay if the guests stay for 14 days, but for our 5 day stay it was a bit unpleasant that we had to buy 4 rolls of toilet paper, a whole bottle of washing liquid and a bar of soap. There is just no way to use it in such a short period, so we left a couple of things we bought in the apartment.

• Zeise (7/5): Good - The amenities were a nice touch (mini shampoos and shower gel etc.) the location is very nice. The host was a bit rude in the beginning but then he was nice. It wasn't the cleanest when we arrived but then we informed the host and he sent the cleaning service there again which was really thoughtful.
