• Natalia (10/5): - Апартаменты после ремонта, все новое. Очень милая девушка Ани всегда на связи, заселили меня раньше. Дом находится. на тихой улице недалеко от центральной площади, 5 минут пешком.
• Анна (10/5): - Очень удобное расположение, ходил пешком и к поющим фонтанам, и в Пончик-Мончик и в парк развлечений. Чисто, очень уютно. Отличные кровати, кресло-кровать тоже удачное, хозяин предусмотрел дополнительный матрац. Кухня оснащена всем, что нужно. Готовили дома, по вечерам ходили в кафе. В санузле чисто, пахнет приятно, современный ремонт, горячая вода всегда. Холодную воду можно пить прямо из крана. Не жарко, не холодно. Несколько раз были дожди, но быстро заканчивались. Плотные шторы давали выспаться. Всё предусмотрено, даже рабочий стол. Рекомендую! Иногда в автосервисе рядом утром начинали шуметь, дети просыпались и не давали выспаться взрослым
• Donald (10/5): Great service and value. - The apartment was newly remodeled and very clean. Located near the center square area. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. Very good place to stay for the value. Everything was good, nothing I didn’t like.
• Nikolay (10/5): - Хороший семейный отель комфорт класса. Новый ремонт. Чистая белая поглаженная постель и белые полотенца. До центральной площади 7 минут пешком. Отдыхали с мужем в конце апреля, очень понравилось. Вернемся сюда ещё.
• Petr (10/5): - Номер отличный, чисто , тепло всё свежее, кухня укомплектована. До центра 10 минут прогулочным шагом. До рынка 5 минут. На рынке свежая рыба очень хорошая, свежая. Нас встретила Наталья, очень приветливая сотрудница, всё обьяснила, рассазала. Мы очень довольны. Всё хорошо.

• Mara (10/5): - A peaceful, clean place with a homely warmth. The hosts were always ready to help, and the rooms were very comfortable. It left a very pleasant impression, and I definitely recommend staying here.

• Liubov (10/5): Великолепно, чисто, уютно - Приветливый хозяин и работницы. Номера и дом новые, внутри очень уютно, очень чисто и все есть! Удобно расположено. Одним словом - великолепно!
• N (10/5): - Отличный вариант для тех кто не гонится за роскошью. Но это не значит что номер плох. По сути это квартира студия со всем необходимым. Расположение тоже очень хорошее в пешей доступности от ключевых достопримечательностей. Так же близко находиться рынок что не мало важно так как кухня вполне приспособлена чтобы приготовить не только завтрак, но и обед и ужин) Очень отзывчивы хозяева. Помогут если возникнут какие-либо проблемы. Рекомендую!

• Justin (10/5): Cosy studio in the old town - Studio has everything you need. Comfy bed, easy to check-in. Good location, about 5 minutes walk from All Saviors Church. Excellent value of accommodation in terms of price paid. If you come by car, please note the surroundings of the building (streets of old Gyumri) are undergoing heavy construction works, which should last a few weeks. This, however, was not a problem in terms of noise because they start working only at 9 AM.

Quick check in and a very simple check out. I recommend it. Everything was great, so we did not have any negative experiences or things that happened.
