Lokalizacja jest znakomita! Apartament jest bardzo zawilgocony. Na ścianach, pod prysznicem, na obrazkach rośnie pleśń. W powietrzu unosi się zapach stęchlizny. Pościel w apartamencie sprawia wrażenie wilgotnej, ręczniki nie schną.

• Guido (8/5): Ein zentral gelegener Geheimtipp zum Wohlfühlen. - Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus im Herzen der Stadt nahe dem Collosseum. Man bekommt von der herzlichen Gastgeberin ein Rundumsorglos-Paket mit Pflegemittel, Hausschuhen, Kaffee, Tee und kleine Kuchenstücken. Das Appartement hat baulich bedingt ein kleines Feuchtigkeitsproblem im Badbereich mit den bekannten Auswirkungen.

• Karina (10/5): Tudo melhor do que esperávamos - Tudo perfeito, ao lado do coliseu, facilitava muito passeios à noite, e o lugar muito bom, deixaram vários mimos para comer, nossa comemoração de 7 anos de casamento foi perfeita nesse lugar

• Florim (6/5): Good - The place where the apartment was, was very good , next to te collosseum. The host was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. Especially the bathroom was very moldy. And the smell when you enter the apartment was not comfortable. That was the only thing that we didn't like.

El departamento es lindo Todo iba perfecto hasta el último día que me pidieron sacar la basura. Y aunque los botes estan en la esquina de la calle (no estan tan lejos), creo q es algo de lo que se tendrían que encargar ellos.

Zatęchłe poszewki na poduszki. Brak kołdry mimo, że był to październik. Była jedynie poszewka i dwa poliestrowe koce. Cieknący prysznic bez brodzika. Hałas dobiegający z zewnątrz. Myślę że jeśli zostajesz tu na 1-2dni nie odczujesz tego, ale jeśli chcesz zostać tu dłużej to może być to trudne.

She accepted us as if we were her family.A warm, pleasant person. Regarding accommodation, rating 10. Everything you think you might need, you have in the accommodation. Excellent location for visiting the center. The farthest point is the Vatican, 4 km, and I also walked to it :)

Hôte Accueillante avec des petites attentions à notre arrivée ce qui est très appréciable. Résidence calme et agréable Petit bémol pour la douche , assez exiguë, avec le sol abîmé. Le logement est très humide , même en aérant , surtout quand il pleut. L’ouverture de la porte de l’immeuble est très difficile , sûrement un petit souci de clé, nous passions parfois 5 mn à essayer d’ouvrir la porte …

Nieprzyjemny i trudny w kontakcie gospodarz- pani nękała nas codziennymi wiadomościami, pierwsza z nich dotyczyła zapłaty za późne zameldowanie + za opłatę klimatyczną, ze względu na niedopatrzenie informacji o zapłacie nie miałam przy sobie gotówki, gdy poinformowałam panią, że wypłacę pieniądze i poinformuję ją gdy będą do odbioru, zostałam straszona policją i w trybie natychmiastowym dostarczenia pieniędzy. Pani gospodarz codziennie do mnie wypisywała jak nie o pieniądze to o informację kiedy się wymelduję, pomimo że mam czas do 10.00 na opuszczenie lokalu. Proszę zwrócić uwagę na dodatkową opłatę pobieraną przez gospodarza jeśli wasze zameldowanie nastąpi po godzinie 17.00 (20-40 EURO).

Kontakt z właścicielką bez zarzutu. Mieszkanie warte polecenia. Brak żelazka i suszarki do naczyń/ociekacza. Duża wilgotność w mieszkaniu. Problem z wysuszeniem ręczników. Czuć wilgoć w łazience. Polecam zabrać klapki pod prysznic.

The bus stops and tram were super close making moving around convenient. The owner was reachable by WhatsApp easily We had to pay €20 for late check in which was not state on bookings and the late check in was not 18:00 mind you, which did not make sense to us! The bathroom door was broken and she blamed it on was when we reported it. It looks way bigger in pictures than it actually is.

• Michelle (10/5): Beautiful property for the perfect stay in Rome! - The location of this property is outstanding. Literally a stones throw from the coliseum. Cristiana was an excellent host, she met us at the property upon check in and showed us everything we needed to know. Rome was beautiful. Nothing!

• Krisztina (9/5): Convenient and modern apartment next to the Colosseum - Fully equipped apartment enough for two ppl. The bed and bedsheet is so convenient. We got prepared sweets for breakfast. Neighbours were so loud even by night, we heard everything. Also the air conditioner which gave us the heat was loud.
• Dávid (9/5): Superb - Everything was really nice and comfortable. The host was super kind and helpful! It is located in a great place, really close to the colosseum. Good restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and well equipped. There is not much hot water. It was just barely enough for me and my wife, although we both took quick showers. Also the shower cabin door does not close properly, so a decent amount of water will spill on the floor. But these are only minor problems, they did not really affect our stay.

Check out was listed on booking.com as 11am but host arrived at 10am to collect keys and we weren't ready and had to rush to pack the last bits. Not a huge issue but we did feel a little rushed
• Distajo (9/5): Location wise is superb +++++++ really nice place! The property is aesthetically pleasing. - The property itself was nice and cozy. Bath essentials was also provided, the kitchen is also complete with everything you need in cooking. This room super clean and everything is almost new. Super great location, you’ll save money because you can just walk around and the Colosseum is only 2-3 mins away. Also, Cristiana is a great host. Highly recommended 💯 No signal in the room but there’s wifi :)
