Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request. Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT. Tenants must sing a temporary rental agreement upon arrival. This contract respect in all its clauses the conditions of your Booking reservation. Please note that for reservations lasting more than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the rent, the bill amount will be borne by the guest.
Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Desireé (8/5): Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento - La cama de matrimonio es muy cómoda, el apartamento es muy amplio. La urbanización se veía que era un lugar tranquilo y seguro. El aparcamiento si tienes un coche grande y no te manejas bien te puede costar un poco aparcar, pero a mí me encantó la plaza por qué al quedar entre paredes, es exclusivo, no te aparca nadie al lado 😊 Tienen una guía muy bien explicada y detallado con fotos, tanto del uso del parking como de las instalaciones, que es muy práctica. La cama individual era muy incómoda, le vendría bien un cambio de colchón.

- BELEN (1/5): Apartamento.para no volver - Nada, muy incómodo todo Es un apartamento incómodo desde que llegas, las claves de entrada las mandaron mal, las almohadas incómodas, muy bajita casi plana, el aire acondicionado tarda mucho en coger temperatura, la primera noche pasamos frío, no había mantas, ni más edredones que los puestos y eran finos, pocos utensilios de cocina. Apartamento muy batallado, se nota el desgaste, suelo muy rallado,, sofá incómodo.

I would like to express my outrage regarding my booking at the Charming apartment in Madrid in November 2025. I was deceived. I paid for two nights' stay, and the Charming owners didn't give me the keys. They wanted an additional 300 euros deposit online and blackmailed me, saying I had to pay, otherwise they wouldn't let me stay for two nights. I demand a refund of the 256 euros I paid, which I didn't use for my stay. They refused to let me stay. This company operates under a fraudulent scheme. How can you, Booking.com, deal with them? Please investigate this matter.

- JOSE FELIX (5/5): SUFRIENDO POR NO PODER ENTRAR. - EL problema fue que al llegar no podíamos acceder ni al portal de fuera ni al portal de dentro ya que con las instrucciones que nos dieron las puertas no se abrían. Y lo peor de todo es que eran casi las 12 h. de la noche. Gracias a Dios que por allí estaba el portero que nos echó una mano. Luego eso sí , ya una vez dentro pusimos el código para entrar al apartamento y sin problema.

- Paola (9/5): Comodidad y buena ubicación para tema negocios - Al ser la primera vez que nos alojábamos aquí fue un poco complicado el tema de los códigos con tanta puerta. Para futuras ocasiones, no habrá problema. Está todo documentado y con instrucciones precisas. Lo único, el tema de las llaves del parking, es una zona de difícil estacionamiento y se tuvo que esperar el compañero bajo dentro del coche hasta recoger las llaves del parking que se encontraban arriba dentro del apartamento. Comentar también que estaban sin pila (o no funcionaban) y tuvimos que entrar y salir aprovechando la entrada y salida de otros vehículos.

- Maria (7/5): Bien pero lejos. - Es espacioso, luminoso, estaba limpio, las toallas muy suaves, tiene un centro comercial cerca enorme y nuevo. Si no abres las ventanas es silencioso. Aire acondicionado bien. 2 cuartos de baño. La cama grande es muy comoda, la pequeña no tanto. El salon comedor es muy comodo. Hay mucho sitio para aparcar en la calle. Para acceder al garaje hay que aparcar y subir al apartamento a por las llaves del garaje, no teniamos llaves del portal ni de la puerta exterior para acceder, tubimos que esperar a que entrara otra persona y menos mal que la puerta del portal estaba rota y abierta ,si no, no se como hubieramos entrado. La plaza de garaje bien. La puerta del portal estaba rota, el cuarto de baño del pasillo huele mal ,como a tuberia, la bañera del otro baño se atasca, las bañeras resbalan muchisimo, cuidado con eso es peligroso. Mucho ruido si abres ventanas de la piscina y de la zona de carga del centro comercial y de una obra que habia cerca. Las instalaciones , poscina y pista de tenis o padel, viejas no muy cuidadas. En la piscina gente muy ruidosa con la musica a todo volumen. Muy molestos. Esta hubicado lejos, necesitas coche para ir de turismo al centro o a cualquier otro lado. No hay cerca para tirar la basura normal solo contenedores de reciclaje y en muy malas condiciones.

- Qasem (8/5): Very good - Friendly reception staff. Clean and large apartment. Close to groceries, shops and the mall. Safe and secured. The building number and description was not clear. When I arrived, it was heavily raining, and I had to go from building to another, trying to locate my building and apartment. I guess more description of how you reach your apartment should be provided ahead of time.
