• Kshaf (9/5): Wonderful Stay & Outstanding Service! - We stayed at Albatros Suite Hotel Apartment in Istanbul as a family of 8 and had a really great time. We booked two separate apartments, which were suitable and comfortable for our group. The location is excellent, only about 8 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Blue Mosque. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe, and full of life. There’s also a supermarket just 10 minutes away on foot. The rooftop area is also beautiful and offers a nice view, definitely worth spending some time up there! What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service espaically from Ramazan Kavuştur. He was always available via phone, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was general information, recommendations on where to go, or small problems in the apartment, he took care of everything quickly and with a lot of care and understanding. I’ve honestly never experienced such helpful and reliable service before. His dedication really made a difference and deserves full credit. All in all, it’s a great place to stay, especially considering the price. I would definitely recommend it to others, excellent value for money! When we first arrived, there were a few minor issues for example, something wasn’t working properly in the bathroom, one of the windows was damaged, and the place wasn’t as clean as expected. However, once we settled in, the cleaning staff came and made everything spotless, and we were very satisfied after that.

Ramo one of the managers made sure that we felt 100% comfortable at all times. We stayed at the suites for 6 nights. As soon as we made the reservation Ramo contacted us by Whats app asking if we needed anything and he answered every question we asked within minutes. When we left the suites at 2am to catch a flight at 6am, he arranged the transportation to the airport and made sure everything was ok with us when we left. The suites are 3 blocks from the blue mosque and all the main attractions are 4 blocks away. Albatros location is really convenient, save you time and money. Also, for light sleepers it is an excellent location, it is not noisy at all. I will stay at the suites for sure the next time I go back to Istanbul. Everything was perfect.

Минут 10-15 подъема в горку и вы у входа на Ипподром. Если пойти в другую сторону - через 15 минут, пройдя Араста базар, можно выйти между Голубой мечетью и Айя София. Если пойти вниз от гостиницы - чере 10 минут можно выйти к набережной у Мраморного моря и остановке автобусов, которые везут прямо к порту и основным транспортным артериям. У Апартаментов отдельный вход, две комнаты, кухня, туалет с ванной и маленький балкончик, выходящий во внутренний дворик. Кухня оснащена средне, но все необходимое есть. Газ, большой холодильник. Благодаря газовому нагревателю горячая вода есть всегда. Два телевизора в каждой спальне. Кондиционер не проверял, т.к. было прохладно. Редкая уборка в номерах. Интернет был слаб, не стал бы рассчитывать только на него, купил сим-карту в PTT и пользовался мобильным интернетом. Лампа в одной из спален неприятно мигала, пришлось несколько раз обращаться на ресепшн, чтобы починили. Администрация лояльна и идёт навстречу в тех вопросах, в которых может. Не понимаю как, но в номере пропали женские часы. С учетом того, что остальные ценные вещи, ноутбук, планшеты и деньги остались не тронуты - не могу приложить ума, куда могли деться часы. Мы все обыскали, но не смогли их найти.

• Irene (8/5): Ok, buono - Ramazan é stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento era grande anche se abbiamo avuto problemi con il bagno che emanava cattivi odori e con la pulizia. Hanno comunque cercato di risolvere velocemente e Ramazan é stato molto gentile. Migliorabile la pulizia anche se risolto in breve tempo

• finnbeara (10/5): Excellent Stay – Amazing Staff and Perfect Location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - I had a fantastic experience staying at Albatross Suite (apartment hotel). The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay – always ready to assist and very easy to communicate with. Whether it was a quick question or a request for help, the receptionists were always available and responsive, which made everything so much easier. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped – a perfect home away from home. What I also loved is how conveniently located the hotel is. It's on the European side of Istanbul, close to public transportation and major landmarks, which made getting around the city super convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great service, great location, and a truly comfortable stay!
• Oleg Gavrilov (10/5): Cosy place to stay with all necessary conveniences and great location in the heart of Istanbul - Friendly host, excellent living conditions. After living for a year in a student dormitory, I really enjoyed the place :) We rented an apartment with two rooms and a kitchen - a great option for two adults with the ability to cook on their own. The apartment has a small balcony overlooking the courtyard, perfect for breakfast. Each room has an air conditioner, which helped in the heat a lot. By the way, the location was quite surprising - It is 5 minutes from the city centre, but off the main road, making the area pretty quiet. Air conditioner in "living room" didn´t cool the air. Also, there wasn´t a bottle opener on kitchen. A tiny inconvenience, but can be solved quite easily.
