• Vladimir (1/5): Bad - Nothing When I arrived at the property at 15:30, the keys were missing from the key lock and I could not get in. The tenant didn't answer the phone and didn't respond to messages, nobody opened the door either. I had to wait for a reply for about two hours and finally the landlord just wrote me a message without any apology that I could come to the address and the caretaker would open the door for me. Silently they opened it for me and didn't even give me another key and I couldn't lock my place. Also the floor below had very noisy Spanish speaking neighbours who had other neighbours banging on the wall through the wall at 4am because of the loud music on. I also found bed bug bites on my arms the next day. Such a disgusting stay experience I have never had before in my life. I wanted to rent accommodation for my own holiday and received a mockery.

• Shabana (5/5): Passable - The lady renting the property was nice and polite, and very helpful. The other resident staying upstairs made us very uncomfortable. The window also would not open, and the resident was cooking soup all day both days, so it became similar to sleeping in an oven! The fan there worked but was nowhere near fit for purpose.

• Christine (4/5): Disappointing - The room was warm, bed comfortable. The shower was awful, I had no intention of using it. Kitchen wasn't much better.
• Akibo-betts (1/5): Bad - Called me and told me they were already overbooked while I was almost there in a cab and I still do not have my money back. I lost full payment for room and cab fare. No one has made contact with me or bothered to refund me. This can me arranged by property owner or booking.com. I have made 2 complaints and still no feedback at all, very bad service and I aim to take this to court.

Room is clean and bed is confortable and all the devices are working The girl who lives next to your room (yes she does live there just check the other comments they say the same thing as me) takes shower at 5am and is cooks at 7am.... Very disrespectful...
• Adam (7/5): Me and my partner were comfortable and thought the room was lovely. We agreed the other facilities were lacking but not - There had been clear effort in making the room look nice. It featured a comfortable double bed with a sofa, bedside table, plenty of storage space for clothes, a microwave and a fridge. There was also a kettle with cups and some basic sachets of Tea. The owner was very helpful. We ran into an issue with the keys because another occupant had accidentally taken the wrong ones however it was quickly and harmlessly resolved. The owner was very apologetic and ensured we was ok. The mix up with keys was genuinely no fault of the owners. -I thought the cleanliness of the property could have been a bit better. On the whole it was fine, I just noticed that the floor in the room and the bathroom had bits on and I found that quite off putting. It made me wonder how well it had been cleaned since the previous occupants were there. More positively, the bedding smelt clean which is the most important thing for me. -I think the property could do with some general maintenance. It’s clearly an older build which of course makes it harder but there was a few things such as the lock on the bathroom door that could use replacing. It was very flimsy and set me on edge a bit when using the bathroom.

• John (6/5): Stay for the 2022 marathon - The room was good, nice and clean, good comfortable bed, decent size, Bathroom was not great, somebody decided to have a shower at 0600am goingnin and put of the room waking us up.
