Helena (9/5): Stay in Vienna - It was very clean and quiet place. Perfect for getting rest. I loved the kitchenette and the fact there was a terrace. All was good, location was a little far from the center but the public transport wasn’t bad.

Ela (9/5): - It was great. Superb location on a high street with any shops you will need. Super close to trams and buses, which link you to the train that takes you straight to the centre of vienna. Apartment was nice, clean and cosy. Definitely worth the price and I recommend.

Und es gab ein paar laute Nachbarn.

Ypač patogu, kad gyvenant 5 buvo du vonios kambariai. Realiai butas buvo pirmame aukšte, o kitas miegamasis rūsyje su stačiais laiptais, ko negalėjai suprasti iš aprašymo. Likus mažiau nei dviem valandom iki įsikėlimo, vis dar nebuvo atsiuntę kaip patekti į butą, nors buvau nusiuntųsi dokumentus, kurių prašė. Kai priminiau, atsiuntė, bet net neatsiprašė, kad pamiršo. Bute yra kavos aparatas, bet nei kavos, nei cukraus nei druskos, tik arbata, dušo želė indas tuščias. Kėdės klibančios, vonios durų rankena nuolat iškritinėjo. Švara irgi ne 10 balų. Nepanašu, kad klientas baisiai rūpi, bet minimalūs standartai išlaikomi.

Peter (6/5): Ubytovanie je postačujúce na 1 noc, čo sme strávili vo Viedni. Za tie peniaze fajn. - Krásna terasa, veľká obývačka, inak nič špeciálne. Umožnili nám o hodinu neskorší checkout čo bolo veľké plus. Lokalita bola celkom fajn, kúsok od apartmánu bola garáž za 8 Eur na deň. Nefungoval kód, snažili sme sa dovolať, asi po 30 minútach a niekoľkých telefonátoch nám kód resetovali a dostali sme sa dovnútra. Čistota by mohla byť aj lepšia.

Giovanna (8/5): - Appartamento ristrutturato in maniera funzionale e pulito, con un grande specchio e tavolo nonchè piano mobile dove appoggiare i trolley. Camera da letto e bagno grandi. Situato in una posizione silenziosa, tranquilla, lontana dal centro ma collegata da tram e bus nelle vicinanze. La donna delle pulizie turca è stata gentilissima con noi e molto paziente perchè non riuscivamo a fare il self check in. Letto comodo. Ideale per piccoli gruppi: eravamo in quattro e abbiamo alloggiato in due appartamenti della stessa struttura. Purtroppo nell'appartamento mio e della mia amica c'era un odore di pane arrostito a causa dell'ospite precedente che purtroppo è rimasto fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno nonostante avessimo lasciato le finestre aperte durante il giorno. Invece le altre due nostre amiche che alloggiavano nell'altro appartamento, sempre della medesima struttura, non si sono lamentate di nulla.

Sandra-Bianca (9/5): Super Aufenthalt für unsere 2 Nächte in Wien. - Sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist schön und groß und in Richtung Innenhof.
Veronika (10/5): Kitűnő választás, ha barátokkal, rokonokkal szeretnénk megszállni, közel a múzeumi negyedhez. - Szép tágas és tiszta, megfelelően felszerelt apartmanok. Csakis ajánlani tudom :) 10 főnek a két apartman ideális volt, így volt négy fürdőszobánk, tiszta helyiségek és jól felszerelt konyha, fürdőszobák voltak. 15 perces sétával elértük a belvárost, a múzeumi negyedet is. A helyszín erről nem tehet, elég későn értünk oda, és az egyirányú utcákban nem találtunk a közelben parkolóhelyet. Megoldottuk végül, de ez nyűgös volt.

Prof. Dr. Lotfi (3/5): Nie wieder ! - Lage war ganz gut Von den 4 Nächten funktionierte die Heizung an 3 Nächten nicht. Der Betreiber reagierte viel zu spät auf den Hinweis und stelle keine Alternativen wie z.B Elektroheizunv oder ähnliches bereit. Wir haben uns mir dem Fön behelfen und mit Pulli und langer Hose und Socken geschlafen, was insofern erschwert war, als die Whg hellhörig ist und über uns bis zur Mitternacht die Schritte gut zu hören waren. Bookung.com zahlte eine Entschädigung da der Anbieter auch für Booking.com nicht zu erreichen war Die Unterkunft ist definitiv den Preis nicht wert
Desislava (9/5): Десислава Любенова - Хареса ни, че беше чисто, подредено, мебелите видимо бяха нови и доста запазени. Успяхме да се настаним по-рано, защото стаята беше готова и бяхме помолили, ако има такава възможност, тъй като бяхме с ранен полет. В апартамента беше топло и приятно. Не ни хареса това, че нямаше капсули за кафе, тъй като машината работи с различни капсули и не успяхме да намерим подходящите, също така разстоянието от центъра е около 30 минути с градски транспорт, на картата изглеждаше доста по близо, но не е подходящо за пешаходно разстояние.

Iryna (6/5): - It is a good location to the apartment within 20 min by public transport to the city center. The apartment was very clean and it looked quite new. Communication with hosts was rather weird. First off, I had to send my photo passport to their email address and never heard back whether it was received or not. Second of all, on the day of arrival there was still no information about the check in code which was a bit suspicious. The hosts didn't reply to messages or phone calls until 1 pm where they said the check in is at 3 pm, but I can check in earlier and provided the code. I think it would be easier if they said in advance the door code would be sent exactly at 3 pm instead of me spending half the day worrying about my stay. The apartment was extremely warm and it was also quite loud at night, so it was difficult to sleep.

Ezgi Yaren (10/5): Excellent stay! - It’s is so nice for big groups. We were there with my mom, dad, sister and husband. There were 2 bathrooms, one is separated toilet so it was super convenient. It was so clean, they had every amenities you might need (fully equipped kitchenette, towels in the bathroom, beds and bed sheets etc.). Location was extremely convenient, 5 min to tram which takes you to city center directly which is an amazing deal for Vienna. Owners are super caring, sent every info before our stay and answered all of our questions without complaint :)

Debeljak (8/5): - Clean, functional, owners responsive - agreed to let us leave the luggage in the flat for a couple of hours past the check-out time. Nice shower. Kitchen utensils satisfactory for cooking, dishwasher was very appreciated. Keypad lock on the door, very practical, saves having to pass the keys back and forth. Some of the furnishings weren't great - trashcan lid falling off, water kettle not working, no HDMI cord for the screen, WiFi kept disconnecting.

Levente (8/5): Összességében inkább pozitív benyomás. - Nagyon egyszerű volt a bejutás, a szállás tiszta és rendezett volt, a szállásadó rögtön válaszolt késő este is, amikor írtam neki. Külön tetszett, hogy két fürdőszoba volt a lakásban, így mindenki kényelmesen tudott készülődni. A környéken rengeteg villamos jár, amivel 15 perc alatt közvetlen megközelíthető a belváros vagy a Westbahnhof. Vásárolni is lehet a környéken. Az alsó szinten kicsit nehézkes volt a térerő, valamint a wifi elérése, valamint az egyik szék háttámlája el van törve a nappaliban.

Margarete (8/5): Eine Nacht mit 4 Freundinnen um die 60. Besichtigung von Wien und Phantom der Oper. - Sehr geräumig und neu eingerichtet. Es funktionierten teilweise die Steckdosen nicht. Einrichtung ist wirklich schön aber vage montiert und der Abgang ins untere Geschoss ist ohne Haltegeländer etwas gefährlich. Ein Bett im Untergeschoss kippte ständig beim Umdrehen.

Nikol Dujmovic (5/5): - L'appartamento è molto spazioso e in una posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dai mezzi pubblici e dai negozi. Il self check-in è stato un vantaggio. L'appartamento presenta un grande potenziale e un aspetto generale molto piacevole, tuttavia, durante il mio soggiorno ho riscontrato alcune aree che necessitano di miglioramento. In particolare, ho notato una significativa differenza di temperatura tra i piani: il piano interrato era eccessivamente freddo a causa dell'assenza di un sistema di riscaldamento, mentre il piano superiore risultava troppo caldo; un sistema di regolazione della temperatura più uniforme sarebbe auspicabile. Tra le dotazioni del bagno, ho riscontrato la mancanza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, e il numero di asciugamani forniti era limitato. L'assenza di un ferro da stiro si è rivelata problematica; sebbene il proprietario sia stato cortese nel fornirmelo insieme all'asse da stiro, mi è stato fatto notare che non è una dotazione standard. Personalmente, ritengo che un appartamento di queste dimensioni dovrebbe includere un ferro da stiro. Infine, con il passare dei giorni ho notato alcuni dettagli migliorabili, come la presenza di ragnatele, la mancanza di calici da vino, la scarsità di bicchieri per l'acqua, e la disponibilità di una sola pastiglia per la lavatrice. Per questi motivi, consiglierei questo appartamento principalmente per soggiorni di una sola notte; per soggiorni più lunghi, la mancanza di alcune dotazioni può rendere l'esperienza meno confortevole. Con una maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli, l'appartamento potrebbe diventare un'ottima scelta anche per soggiorni prolungati.
