• jas (8/5): Private and central location. - Private and central location, helpful hosts, and a beautiful place to stay. The only downside was the beds. The main bed is extremely soft and sags all the way down to the bottom of the mattress. It was so bad that one of us had to go and sleep in one of the single beds in the lounge. I'm only around 50kg but the main mattress is far too soft and my hips just sank right down, while my feet were higher up than the rest of my body. We both had sore backs by the end of 2 nights. Very uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on. A good quality, medium-firm mattress would make this place the perfect stay.

• Tetsuko (10/5): A peaceful and comfortable stay in a great location - Great location! It’s only a 2-minute walk to the Coffs Harbour Botanical Garden, where I even saw a wild koala. Coles is also within walking distance. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and the owner lives next door, which made me feel safe. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed including some nice Xmas decoration touches. Immaculately clean. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Very soft bed. Great wifi. We would recommend.

• Richie (10/5): - The location of the property is quite quiet. It has been wonderfully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. As it is quiet, it is ideally situated for those evenings, sitting on the terrace, with a drink, listening to the sounds of the birds and other creatures. Robyn and Peter are excellent hosts. • Nicole (10/5): Excellent location, lovely leafy surroundings and clean modern facilities. - We loved the proximity to the shops and Botanical Gardens. The guesthouse was clean and very private. It was perfect for our family of 4. Hot plates were slow to heat up. Could also be a bonus as prompted us to eat out more.

• Joshua (10/5): - Robyn and Peter are very nice and warm hearted people, due to the flood we have to change by coach and arrived couple of hours later and Robyn drove to station to pick up us, and when we leave Peter drop us off to the station before the weather changes. We do hope to thank them again for their help.

The location was superb: right opposite the botanic gardens so it felt almost like being in the rainforest, but still a short easy walk from the city centre shops, and only a 2km drive from the regional airport. The hosts were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Had own private access via laneway & personal access gate. Location was secluded & very private, about halfway between centre of town & harbour. Due to a little bit of rain prior to arriving, laneway parking area was slightly muddy. Not ideal, but just needed to ensure we wiped our feet well. We probably wouldn’t have noticed if it had been dry.

• Ian (9/5): Relaxing weekend in a nce quiet spot - Wonderful 2 bedroom cottage behind 34 Coffs street. Stayed on our way moving from Sydney to Brisbane and were looking for a quiet relaxing spot and we found it. Everything you need a small kitchen and lounge two good sized bedrooms and a lovely renovated bathroom. A car spot right next to the cottage was very handy. The hosts couldn’t do enough and will definitely stay there again. Nil

So peace and calm specially at night those sounds of crickets, birds and frogs around you are like music that you want listen on loop. Place is very comfortable for a couple. Very well taken care of. It's in a great location with walking distance to shops. A short drive to anywhere else. I'm so glad I found this gem because we will be back for sure! There was nothing to dislike. It was all perfect.

A complete 2 bedroom villa with all the creature comforts and super attentive hosts. A quiet little oasis right across the road from the botanic gardens. Excellent value for money. Nothing. Everything was terrific.
