• Petra (10/5): Mooi ruim en heel schoon appartement. - Locatie, het super schone appartement met alles wat er ook aanwezig was . Shampoo badschuim , thee , koffie, kruiden , flessen water enz .Echt alles wat je nodig heb om de eerste dagen door te komen .Supermarkt beneden met groot assortiment en hele vriendelijke medewerkers . Niet echt tegenvallend maar het bed was wat aan de kleine kant wel fijn dat er nog een bedbank aanwezig is .En het kan nog wel is wat lawaaierig zijn in het straatje. Maar wij vonden dat wel gezellig . In de nacht is het gewoon stil .

• Phillip (10/5): Comfortable clean apartment in a perfect location for old town and beach - Spacious, clean, and well equipped location perfect for old town and beach. We cooked most evenings, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, and a great shower. The front room has a comfortable sofa and a big screen for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

• Deb (9/5): I would recommend it and stay there again. - Location was excellent. Galina was very accommodating to our arrival time. The bed was squeaky. It was not uncomfortable though. If it wasn’t for that, everything was excellent.

Was able to check in a little earlier which was very much appreciated.Host responds quickly to any queries.Supermarket downstairs.Basilica De Santa Marie closeby. Hotel in feont of the Church takes walk ins for Buffet Breakfast for €10.50.Was well worth the money.Lovely staff. Very close to restaurants & bars.Roof Top Bar in Oddessy Hotels(around the corner) is definitely a highlight for a drink in the evening after a day on the beach.Watching the Sun setting with the Castle as a backdrop view.A trip to the Castle is a must also.We also took boat tour to Tabarca Island.Lovely walk on island .Stayed for a few hours.Lovely beach for swimming. Nothing.The apartment was perfect in every way.

• Silvia Camilla (7/5): Soggiorno movimentato - Lo stabile era fatiscente con scale e corridoio da sistemare,l’appartamento era posto al 2 piano di una via molto rumorosa pur essendo piccola e a senso unico,la casa in sé aveva tutto il necessario compreso stendino,mollette,asciuga capelli, asse da stiro,forno,microonde ,bollitore,lavatrice etc Era pulita e anche il corredo era profumato,unica pecca per gli asciugamani una sola coppia per tutta la durata del soggiorno (5giorni) ne abbiamo chiesti altri e ci è stato detto che non erano previsti e che potevamo lavarli La zona circostante è chiamata el barrio (ahimè mal frequentata con parecchi giri di spaccio sia di giorno che di sera) Noi eravamo due ragazze e non ci sentivamo tranquille nel tornare a casa la sera Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con l’acqua della casa in quanto un condomino sottostante diceva che dal nostro appartamento arrivava dell’acqua ,la gestione da parte del nostro referente non è stata delle migliori ponendoci davanti ad una scelta del tipo: o rimanete senza acqua oppure l’idraulico arriva tra 3ore cioè alle 23.30 (ovviamente abbiamo rifiutato e l’idraulico è venuto il giorno successivo quando noi non eravamo in casa)

• Hellliet (10/5): Number one location in Alicante - Perfect location.. Roomy apartment, very clean and comfortable with all amenities. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Supermarket and bar downstairs, which was excellent. Close to other restaurants/shops and a roof top bar around the corner for fantastic views of the castle Nothing to be perfectly honest. It was fabulous
• OKSANA (10/5): - Прекрасное местоположение, до моря 150м, но Вы должны понимать, что это самый центр города и людей на пляже всегда много. Если Вы хотите уединения, то Вам явно не сюда. Заселение и выселение было очень удобным. Нас заселили в 9.00, сразу по прибытию. Хозяйка аппаратов очень приятная и дружелюбная женщина. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, рядом магазины, хорошие кафе. Рядом остановка автобуса, который доставит Вас в аэропорт и трамвая, на котором можно добраться до соседнего пляжа.
• Lili (9/5): Really recommend. Glad it was available the time we travelled - Great location. The area felt quite safe. The balcony is great, streets are charming, great view. There is a small supermarket under the apartment, really useful. The beach is close, you can easily leave your stuff in the apartment and go for a swim (you wont get robbed). In the bedroom the bed is quite small, not so comfortable for friends (fine for couples to snuggle).

Excellent WiFi and large smart tv. Large living space. Lots of storage Little natural light in bedroom and bathroom ( good in summer ). Bed creaks. Flimsy shower cubicle doors need replacing.

It was right in the centre of all sights and amenities . It was also close to the beach as well. There is nothing I didn’t like about this apartment.

• Marcin (8/5): Overall: recommended - 3 minutes from the beach, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, good shower, a store right downstairs to buy fruit, drinks, toilet paper etc; fast wifi, smart tv; punctual check in; we could stay a little bit longer on the check out day Lack of dishwasher for 2 weeks if you have it at home may be tiring; sunlight only between 5 and 7 pm; bed mattress old; two large mirrors in the bedroom - had to cover them to sleep well.
• Adriana (10/5): Gorgeous apartment. - The apartment is spacious, luminous and comfortable. We spent 4 days there, 2 days working remotely and two days over the weekend. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. They have everything you need in case you want to cook, but the location is also great so you don't really need to cook if you don't want. It's 2 minutes from the beach.
• Leonila (10/5): We had a wonderful stay and just wished we could’ve stayed longer. - This apartment is very centrally located in a great, safe neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Postiguet Beach and the Esplanada d'Espanya. It is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and totally supplied with all essential items needed for your stay (except food). The hostess was readily available and greeted us when we arrived to give us a walk-thru and some recommendations for the area. N/A we liked everything!

• Cardin (10/5): Wonderful location, Perfect apartament - The location was perfect for me as a solo female. On the edge of the old town, close to all the museums and historic buildings but only 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets and a feeling of being perfectly safe walking around during the day and in the evening which I don't think I would have felt had I been in one of the smaller streets of the old town. The apartment was also perfect, well equipped and comfortable with a welcoming bottle of wine, water, also tea bags as well as yoghurts in the fridge and not to forget a very comfy bed Nothing really, the only thing that was a little awkward was the slightly flimsy shower door, but this was a very minor issue.
• Yvonne (10/5): Great apartment - Thé location is excellent, next to Basilica de Santa Maria, near the beach and city town hall. All restaurants are within walking distance, so is the Castel de Santa Barbara. The living room is light filled and very airy. The bed is very comfortable. The bedroom is a little small.
• Nicola (9/5): Excellent - a great apartment in an ideal location - As returning visitors to Alicante this was the perfect location. Apartment was beautifully clean and well appointed with lovely touches such as a small Christmas tree, wine and chocolate. Excellent communication with our host. No external noise at all. Small supermarket for essentials next door. Right in the heart of Old Town and just moments for the beach and esplanade. Genuinely - nothing. If there had been any issue I would have felt confident it would have been promptly resolved. This was our first stay in an apartment and will definitely return.

• Vladimir (10/5): Great! - Amazing apartment! Located in the center of the old town, overlooking basílica de Santa María and ayuntamiento Alicante! Within walking distance all the sights of the city, as well as shops and restaurants, seaport, the famous Rambla street, Postiguet beach 100 meters away. The apartment is very clean, beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything you need. I'll definitely be back again!
