been 3 weeks and i still cant get full invoice from booking.com & property. this issue was between booking & the property. do not involve customers. and u expect customer to accepts your issues??? we are the one paying. booking.com said property will issue invoice. while property said payment was in the apps and they dont get full amount drom booking.com. invoice for what the property receive only. Booking.com is nonsense. till now still ur customer service didnt reply/call me.

- Lenny (9/5): Superb - easy guidance from host to get the room key, room is clean and tidy, facility is good. I booked the room for my niece (1 person) and he found the room very comfortable. the building is old and rather far from central city (I expect central city like nearby KLCC or around)
- Milon (10/5): Best location on a budget. - Huge apartment hotel for just one person. Location is great near to Mont Kiara and Sri Hartamas. Easy to get Grab/Taxi to go anywhere. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of light through the windows and balcony doors. Communication with staff via Whatapps was easy. Mailroom is a little hard to find at first (the direction of the toliets) although it wasn't a big deal for me. The place has seen good days but is still comfortable and cozy. The floorplan is a little odd.
- Pg. (8/5): very helpful host, with extra payment allowed extra check out time till 6pm - video instruction, good communication and good negotiation with (extra pay) to allow add hours stay (check out) till 6pm, because my flight was at night (I need a place to keep my luggage before flight) maybe the air-conditioning units need better maintenance servicing, e.g. the indoor aircond. outlet parts require through cleaning using water with compressed air to remove all dirt/dusts in the heat exchangers and filters.
The old remote controls maybe require replacement. Similarly the dust bin need replacement.
- Sheerin (3/5): Azriman was easy to communicate with, however the property itself didn’t give us very good and safe vibes due to its ove - The host was easily reachable & communicative on the steps necessary for our stay which made it easier to check-in 1. The location of the property is in an awkward position which makes it tough to access public transport by foot
2. The parking felt unsafe as there were many abandoned cars
3. There was no security or management staff in the building, which made it feel unsafe during our stay
4. The property was dusty in several areas of the house which made us feel uncomfortable

- Nur (10/5): Exceptional - Loved it. The privacy and the feel of home. The host is super responsive and very warm As a single lady driver, I found the parking area quite scary. There are 2 unused cars left there for ages I guess, near the parking lot area.

Most point of interest are also only few minutes nearby, especially if you are a UM staff.

- Christopher (8/5): I would be happy to stay there again - This is a genuine residential apartment. The interior was fitted out to a much higher standard than you find in purpose-built letting accommodation. When you stay there its much more like staying in a home. The “welcome” letter needs a different approach. Its more normal to get 3 different messages from a host. The first a “warm welcome”. The second fuller details of how to get access, wifi passwords and those things you need in order to use the apartment. And the third being the details you need to know for checkout and returning the key etc. What i got was a single, long combined message. This “welcome” message contained I think 7 mentions of possible extra charges; 6 lines on not to make ‘unreasonable’ use of the wifi; several instructions to turn off the hot water and aircon after use in order to keep down costs; and some sentences that did not see at all ‘welcoming’ eg “If this is an issue you might want to book elsewhere”. This is a great shame. Its a good place to stay. The location is not very far from an MRT station which is great for cheap and quick travel, sight-seeing around KL. I’m sure the host is a good guy. I just thing a slightly different approach to the ‘welcome’ letter would help.
- Davaajaw (10/5): Comfortable and interesting interior. - It is really comfy. The apartment has a washing machine. I traveled over 15 countries but have never seen a washing machine in rental plat. Pedestrian way to MRT(underground) was difficult. Especially you have a luggage.
