Tse (1/5): Extremely Misleading! Avoid choosing this - Nothing, this is the worst appartment ever The photos online are a total lie. The room is so tiny that there is zero floor space to open my luggage. The layout is a disaster—the "open kitchen" sink is squeezed right against the bed, leaving no room to walk or move. To make matters worse, the service is pathetic. Staff refused to refill basic amenities and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Their attitude was dismissive and rude. This is a total scam and a textbook case of deceptive marketing. Do not waste your money here; you will regret it.

Gloria (4/5): Pretty uncomfortable, tiny and suffocatingly tight. - Location Tiny room, no space to put nor open your luggage, there's a coffe table and 2 chairs in between the bed andthe kitchen leaving no access space to the tiny kitchen, the bathroom sink smells terrible, shower curtains have mold at the bottom, too many fines stated for everything and makes you a bit nervous, the TV was standing on one side of the bed in between the window and the bed. You have to access the bed from one little spot at the end of it. Everything is stuffed into the room.

Nicholas (6/5): Great except the bathroom - The location is great. Having a fridge and space for hanging clothes was very useful. The bathroom had a sour stinky smell, and there is a lot of black grimy stuff under the sink in the bathroom.

Jing (4/5): Not so great - Good location Quiet 1. The property isn't very clean, there's lots of black mold in the bathroom, the room smells moldy and mildew. 2. The room is VERY TINY, very limited space 3. The Futon bed looks dirty like it wasn't cleaned after last use 4. There was white stain on the pillows 5. We stayed there for 6 nights and they only gave us two tiny towels, when I asked for more they said no each person only gets one no matter if you stay for 1 nights or 6 nights.

When renting a double room, you get a 1-bed and a futon, so if you're traveling in a couple, it's not convenient. You will sleep on a futon in the aisle near the toilet because the room is very small. For the same money, there are much better accommodation options in the Shinjuku area. The location

That day of the email there was spit on the elevator buttons that I let them know about, but they didn't clean it up.

Kurtis (3/5): This is in a good location however, the communication is lacking and facility services like hot water may also not be av - The location of this property was pretty good because the JR line was literally out the door and across the street. I had no hot water the entire stay. I communicated with the property team the manager and the hot water was never resolved so therefore I was taking cold showers every day with my skin condition. This definitely was not expected. After a second email to the management team, the hot water was then turned off, and I only had the cold water choice and no option for hot water. They sent me instructions to resolve it myself however it did not resolve. If ice cold showers are your thing. This is the place to stay however, if you’d like a warm and or a hot shower I would definitely not stay here.
