Grossartig! - Die Aussicht des Apartments "Fumeque" auf Land, Meer und Inseln ist unübertroffen, egal bei welcher Wetterlage, es war immer ein Genuss, einfach nur dazusitzen und rauszuschauen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut durchdacht, es war alles da, was es für den Urlaub brauchte. Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war super!

• Sébastien (8/5): - Appartement moderne, confortable et très bien équipé (je parle de celui qui n’a pas la vue mer directe - Risco) L’annonce fait état de 2 appartements, attention au moment de réserver de bien regarder les photos de l’appartement que l’on réserve car personnellement je pensais réserver l’appartement avec la vue sur mer et j’ai finalement réservé l’autre ! (Qui est très bien, mais qui n’a pas la vue mer spectaculaire)

Im Ort gibt es eine Auswahl an Bars, Restaurants und Früchstücksmöglichkeiten, aber es bleibt ruhig und nicht zu überlaufen. -
• Thomas (10/5): A home away from home mit Traumblick aufs Meer – jederzeit wieder! - Das Apartment war traumhaft schön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Alles war blitzsauber und extrem komfortabel – ein echtes “Home away from home”. Der Meeresblick war ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage in Famara ist perfekt, die Ausstattung hochwertig und durchdacht. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super – sehr freundlicher Kontakt und absolut zuverlässig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles super.

Ottima zona ... Vicinissimo parcheggio supermercato pizzeria ristorantini birreria ... che dire ... Perfetto! Nulla

La pièce vitrée est très agréable ainsi que le très grand lit qui est vraiment très confortable. Un grand merci aussi pour la communication excellente avec l’hôte. Si on revient à Famara ce sera ici ! C’est une certitude ! Rien

• Emanuela (9/5): Breathtaking view of Famara cliff from the terrace - The location of the apartment in Famara is great, you can see the sea (2 minutes from the flat) and the wonderful cliff of Famara beach from the terrace. You can see the sunset every evening from the apartment. There is a grocery shop with all the essential 2 minutes from the flat. The apartment is new or recently renovated, perfect, it comes with everything I needed, it was very clean, big bed, wonderful terrace, great kitchen with all the necessary. Very silent at night, great shower. To be honest I couldn't have asked for more. I struggled to get out from the apartment since it was so beautiful! Calming, perfect! I was enchanted by the view! The owner very very nice and caring. I really struggle to find something negative!!

The pictures of the Risco apartment do not correspond to reality. The apartment did not have an ocean view, nor any balcony or terrace, but it is marked on the booking.com site. In fact, the pictures on the booking.com site show two different apartments (Risco, Fumeque), which have the same street entrance. We booked the "Risco" apartment. - One of the primary points of my choice was that the apartment had a balcony, terrace, unfortunately this was a huge disappointment when I took over the apartment. If I had known that there was no balcony (terrace) for the apartment, I would not have chosen this one. - In reality, the accommodation has a normal bed for two people. The backrests had to be removed so that my 12-year-old child could somehow fit and sleep on it - We did not get a proper bed cover for the sofa, only a blanket and a sheet. - The sofa was not cleaned when we arrived, we found a fork in it, and it was full of food scraps and sand. - The kitchen equipment is a bit poor, there is only one large cooking pot and no other smaller containers or boxes for storage. - The apartment would have been perfect for us and we would have given it maximum points if the advertisement was not misleading and it really had a terrace, and if the third guest had also had a comfortable and clean bed.
