• Sergey Isayenko (9/5): Great value for the money - Great location, walkable to most major attractions and restaurants yet quiet and residential. A bit outdated bathroom with slight issues with hot water. Aside of that, everything is perfect!

• Marjorie (8/5): VERY GOOD ACCOMMODATION - EXCELLENT LOCATION. - The apartment was clean and tidy, exactly as the photos showed. It had all we needed, it was quiet and safe. Very comfortable bed, , good seating in the lounge area, separate bedroom. It had a washing machine too but unfortunately no English instructions so we were reluctant to try and use it. The location was excellent. A comfortable walk to all the historic sites and a beautiful large park across the road. Also a pharmacy, Market food shops, cafe, restaurants and bars just around the corner . Nothing.

• Abhilash (9/5): Convenient, Cosy, and Comfortable - This apartment is very well located in the Pangrati area. It is close to the Evangelismos train station and has some good restaurants and cafes on the same street. The apartment kitchen and laundry were appropriate and served our purpose. The air conditioning worked very well for the living room as well as cooling the bedroom. The host was extremely hospitable and very approachable with any question that we had. He endeavoured to respond very promptly. Neither of these are major downside, however, are just things worth noting. - The shower looks fancy with multiple spray options, but due to a broken knob, only one of the options works. - The instructions for hot water is not very clear. A gray button needs to be pushed on the power board. However, this was clarified very easily with the hosts as they were great! - There is no air conditioning in the bedroom specifically, however, due to the size of the apartment, the living room air conditioning is sufficient to cool the whole apartment.
• Mayco (7/5): Good - Location, less than 10 min walk to the station, 2 stops to city center. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. There could be better instructions to heat the water. The shower is broken.
• Oleksandr (5/5): Passable - 1. Location: it is just 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, it is one stop from the center of Athens and two stops from the Acropolis. 2. Price is quite affordable. 3. Friendly host that provided us transfer from the airport to the apartment and back for the reasonable price. We stayed in the apartment in the end of July. Overall the stay was good, but the size of the apartment and the cleanliness does not correspond to our expectations. 1. Cleanliness. There was somebody's hair on the sofa. Good that there was a vacuum cleaner and we could clean it. Also, the bedclothes had some grayish stains on them. The shelves in the living room had a some dust as well. So, overall you don't get a comfortable feeling that everything is well cleaned in this apartment before your arrival. 2. The balcony that is mentioned in the description can only be used as an area to dry the towels and clothing. There is a wall just in front of it, so you get no view out of the apartment. Also, it is really tiny. 3. Not sufficient hangers for the clothing. We spotted only three hangers in the closet for the whole family.
• Nahla (5/5): I would rate my stay as ok ( if I overlocked the inhospitality of the host) - Decorated nicely. Comfy bed. The apartment was on ground floor so no more carrying or pushing of luggage to reach the apartment. * The communication with the host was a bit rude and not hospitable. (last time I been in Athens was in 2019 so it was totally different way to find the keys. Host should be helpful and consider the situation the guest is arriving in - Plane-then bus- then walk with luggage in the heat, so it is normal if guest asks again.....he answered me with: "Please follow the instructions step by step. Why you don't read the instructions, it is very easy if you read them" like a teacher.... so hospitality is 0 to me. * There was mosquitoes in the apartment. I asked if there was mosquitoes spray killer in the apartment but he never replied. * Distance from the touristic areas like Monstiraki Square was 25 minutes walk. * There was no AC in the bedroom. * My trip to Greece was 2 nights in Athens then 2 nights on the Island then back to Athens for 2 nights. I decided not to deal with the host again and I have booked elsewhere.

Bed sheets were narrow and short for a double bed (pic). The balcony was so dirty (full of pigeon farces) that you couldn’t sit outside (pic)

• Anonymous (3/5): it’s not for everyone - the place is good furnished and has everything one might need for a week-staying in Athens the possibility of getting some fresh air inside is as good as zero. There is no direkt air inflow from outside. The windows in the living and sleeping area you don’t wanna leave open. But, inside is the apartment very clean.
• Cornell (8/5): Will stay there again. - Nice quiet street. Supermarket a few meters away. Coffee shops literally next door. Very safe. Kitchen has everything you need. Host very helpful in accommodating us checking in earlier, much appreciated. I can definitely recommend this apartment. It is good value for money and has everything you need. The balcony has no view of any sort, but for a short stay it was perfect for us.
