Guest Reviews
- Katie (10/5): We felt wonderfully cared for, our hosts were so generous and the house was scrupulously clean. - We loved the location, removed a little from town and overlooking lovely views. It felt homely and special.
- Elyn (9/5): Lovely little cottage for a Clare weekend - Lovely cottage with everything we needed, close to everything but remote enough to feel like we got away. Waking up to the chickens was delightful!
- Michelle (8/5): Great location, great host, thanks for having us - Great little gift basket
Bedrooms were very comfy
We fed the sheep in the morning, which was fun
Nice and quiet It was a bit cold, even with the heating on, but
good once we were in bed with the electric blanket on
Couch needs a bit more padding
- Holly (8/5): Lovely peaceful stay in Kirrabilly Farm cottage - A very comfortable cottage with lovely bedrooms, it was everything we needed. Heater in living room wasn’t really warm enough, but additional heaters in bedrooms so we were fine.
- Phoebeblue (8/5): Loved the farm, walks, close to town and the feeding of the sheep experience and the VERY friendly - Breakfast not included- that would be a great thing to add in
Loved the farm, walks, close to town and the feeding of the sheep experience and the VERY friendly welcoming owners.
- Graeme (9/5): Superb -
- Jean (8/5): peace and quiet - peaceful, comfortable beds, lots of kangaroo and birds carpet was rather stained,
- Paul (9/5): Got to experience a lovely night in a farm house. The peace and quiet was amazing. - Loved the farm location and old style farm house. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Feeding the sheep was a nice experience. Very spacious. Had bet sleep in a long time.
- Anne (7/5): Good -
- Elizabeth (10/5): A good experience - We - a group of 4 - enjoyed our stay at the farm cottage. It was a base for us to explore surroundings, return to cook dinner for 3 nights and then take a walk to look up at the stars and come close to the sheep. Good to have washer and dryer when you’re travelling for 11 days. It is a place that made us feel at home, and we slept well. Place is as per photo, and description.
- Carol (10/5): Comfortable cottage in lovely peaceful surroundings. - Lovely, peaceful location with the most amazing view of the night sky. Breakfast provisions were great with a coffee pod machine Nice little gift for us in the fridge too.
The host was really helpful and easy to communication with. Greeted by kangaroos in the morning. We had a fabulous time. Nothing, it was lovely.
- Kevin (9/5): Comfortable and everything we needed was there. - Isolation, quiet, different, very pleasant and considerate host. Nothing, it was as expected.
- Heather (5/5): okay(ish) - quiet location, kangaroos, roosters (I love them), bedrooms looked nice cockroach in my bed, cobwebs galore, cleaning of some areas required, no outdoor setting (except for two cane chairs with spiders), wifi didn’t work, couldn’t lock front door or bedroom window (but a safe area so not a huge deal), disappointing at that price
- Antony (9/5): Superb -
- Ayliffe (8/5): Very good -
- Berry (10/5): Kirribilly Farm is a wonderful place to stay. - Everything it was quiet and comfortable. In a Fabulous location. There was nothing to dislike.
- Trish (6/5): We were there for only one night so none of the above bothered us much. - There were treats for us and the beds super comfy and warm. We weren't aware on booking that the TV worked only via a mobile phone.
The couch in the lounge area was very uncomfortable - springs badly needed replacing/fixed.
- Kate (10/5): Absolutely Gorgeous Farm Stay - Absolutely loved the area. The people who run this place were so kind! My friend and I had a wonderful time. Everything was cleaned amazingly. They communicated with us and let us in early and leave later. Very generous and accommodating people! Will definitely return to this beautiful local again!

- Cook (10/5): What a perfect getaway to relax and unwind amongst the vines. - The cottage has all the essential amenities to enjoy a weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable, and the cottage was clean and tidy. My 3 girls enjoyed watching the roos in the paddock and the Hares jumping around in the front garden. We will stay again.
