• RAFA2016 (10/5): Muy tranquilo y grande. - Una vivienda en un edificio muy tranquilo, hay pocos vecinos, y ninguna limpiadora de hotel haciendo ruido a las 9 de la mañana. A 50 metros de una avenida principal, donde pasan muchos autobuses, muy cerca hay multitud de restaurantes. esta a 10 minutos a pie de un paseo fluvial por el rio . nada
• CPO (9/5): - L'appartement est très spacieux, très propre et la literie est très confortable. L' emplacement quoique excentré mais proche de la Macarena permet de découvrir des quartiers moins touristiques mais très chaleureux. Il faudrait faire un petit effort sur les équipements pour faire la cuisine. Sinon vraiment rien à redire.

• Aleksandra (7/5): generalnie apartament ok. w dobrej lokalizacji i z wygodnymi łożkami. kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. - lokalizacja ok. bo niedaleko centrum i przy sklepie spożywczym. ładny dziedziniec, wygodne lóżka i cicho w okolicy. sprawny odbiór kluczy. wlasciciel szybko odpowiadał na zapytania. obdrapane ściany i lodówka, brak dostatecznej ilości haczyków w lazience na ręczniki, brak krzesła albo szafki w 1ej sypialni, aby mozna gdzies polozyc rzeczy. słabe oświetlenie w salonie. Właściciel nie mówi po angielsku i telefonu praktycznie nie odbiera. lepiej pisać. Nie dzialał ekspres do kawy.

• Guillaume (10/5): Séjour agréable à proximité du centre historique, appartement au calme avec commerces à proximité. - Le calme, la possibilité d'aller dans le centre historique à pied, la cour, la proximité des commerces. Les voisins qui tapent du pied de façon régulière, que soit 6 coups ou pendant 40mn, au dessus de l'appartement, et ceci à n'importe quelle heure. La table pliante cassée ne pouvait pas être utilisée pour plus de 4 personnes.

• Macarena (10/5): Todo excelente - La amabilidad del propietario hace que la estancia sea mucho mejor. El día que teníamos que irnos nos comentó que podíamos salir a la hora que quisiéramos ya que no tenían huéspedes para ese día. Algo que nos gustó mucho. También las instalaciones estancia muy bien, es amplio y muy cómodo. Me gustó todo.

• Nicole (9/5): Tudo ótimo! Recomendamos! - Tudo ótimo. O anfitrião foi super prestável sempre e deu-nos a possibilidade de fazer o check-in antecipado, o que nos facilitou bastante. Gostámos muito da estadia e recomendamos o espaço! Foi excelente para conhecer Sevilha!
• Fedele (5/5): - Solo la posizione è la tranquillità della zona La struttura anche se ha gli spazi giusti per 4 persone non dispone di un arredo sufficiente. Il tavolo cucina delicato e traballante. Il bagno senza finestra e senza aspiratore e nemmeno un porta accappatoio o minimo appendino. C'era una perdita di acqua dalla doccia o water e il semplice scopino del water era inguardabile. Un pizzico di accortezza in alcuni piccoli particolari avrebbero fatto la differenza

Nos gustó todo. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y muy bonito . Al anfitrión le doy un 10 y porque no hay más. Nos resolvió todas las dudas y nos ayudó en todo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo! • Jovana (8/5): Very good - The flat is spacious and it was very clean. I enjoyed the bed, it was so comfortable. The check in went smoothly and the host let us leave the luggage until the room was ready. Maybe if it wasn't raining most of the days, we would have spent more time in the courtyard which seems nice. The place doesn't get much light as it is surrounded by this building that is a part of. Also, the terrace is only suitable for drying clothes and feels very claustrophobic. It is on the ground floor and the space is connected to the higher floors where they all could dry clothes. Through the window of the bedroom, you can't see the sky outside.

• Yuliia (9/5): Superb - Spacious and cozy apartment. The location is great, there is a supermarket nearby. The owner was very nice and responded really fast when we needed something. There were ants in the kitchen. Except that everything was great.
• Phillip (8/5): It was very enjoyable with a very big supermarket in the same block. - It was very spacious with a big fridge & 4 hot plates with a great new washing machine & secure courtyard. The couple walking in high heel shoes at 5:30 am above.
• Gertie (7/5): Good - Apartment was in a very quiet neighbourhood with a good supermarket close by. Some basics (coffee, tea, oil, salt) in the apartment on arrival. The poor soundproofing between apartments. No complimentary Netflix.

• Judy (9/5): Good location, easy access, clear instructions - We liked the location, less than a block from a major grocery store, and very walkable to attractions. We appreciated the olive oil and cooking supplies/ pots pans, paper towel. The apartment is spacious and the bed comfortable.

• Yick (10/5): A most wonderful stay in a lovely city - It’s a beautifully spacious apartment in a nice and quiet development. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. It is clean and well maintained. The owner kept good communication throughout and was very helpful with clear instructions on check in details (self check in). Would recommend and definitely stay again ourselves. Nil
