• Sandra (7/5): - Relación precio calidad esta muy bien. Ubicación a pesar de las cuestas que hay que subir. Cerca de todo. Por las noches salían cucarachas de la zona de la cocina. Y la limpieza había bajado en comparación al año pasado.

• Javier (8/5): Días tranquilos para estar en familia. - La ubicación tanto dentro del complejo como por fuera. El XSur está cerca, la playa. Una buena terraza con vistas a la piscina. Sitio tranquilo para descansar y piscina muy grande que permite estar en sitio tranquilo de la misma con los niños. La distribución la planta baja es algo extraña, a parte de no disponer de un baño, cosa que nos sorprendió para mal a nivel de comodidad. Un plus, haber dispuesto de garaje porque la zona es complicada para encontrar donde aparcar dependiendo de la época. Si necesitas moverte todos los días, tener eso sería algo que aporta mucho.

• Paggie321 (9/5): Clean and convenient Mare Verde apartment, excellent stay. - We were met by Natalia who explained the keys, resort and gave some ideas on supermarkets and restaurants.The resort is very well located, a few minutes from the seafront, and little supermarkets and restaurants, souvenir shops are very near. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need if you want to do your own cooking. There are 2 balconies, one reached from one of the bedrooms and has sun from early afternoon, and the other is of the lounge/dining area and is covered so has some shade if you like that. Natalia was in touch via Whatsapp and easy to reach if you need anything. The swimming pool runs through the resort, from top to bottom and is very clean with plenty of sun loungers to use. We would definitely come and stay here again if we go to this area in the future. There is a padel court which we rented at a hotel nearby which was very easy to arrange with that hotel and borrow rackets. There was nothing we did not like.
• Matt (8/5): Overall a great place to stay in Adeje - Very nice and modern and sizeable apartment. Very helpful owner/manager too. Would recommend. Awful sewerage smell which worsened through the week. Perhaps a wider issue at the complex rather than the apartment itself.

• radim (10/5): - Ubytování je výborně situované, cca 5 minut od pláže, má výborný bazén s různými hloubkami pro dospělé i děti, ubytování bylo čisté, předání klíčů bezproblémové a v den odletu, kdy jsme měli odlet až večer, nám bylo umožněno zůstat v ubytování až do odpoledne což nám hodně pomohlo. Celkově ubytování splnilo očekávání a za tuhle cenu je skvělé.

• Lucy (5/5): Theift of our belongings! - Unfortunately I would not recommend this stay for a number of reasons. we were really pleased with the property however the cleaners tried entering the property with their own keys whilst we were still inside getting changed and we’re really rude when we asked them if they could wait outside until we were ready. Check out was at 11am and they were at the door at 10:55 trying to enter the property which I had to stop them from doing so. Due to us being rushed by the cleaners, some of our personal items were accidentally left behind such as a pair of apple headphones, a brand-new bottle of perfume unopened and one of my trainers… When I contacted the property within hours, they insisted nothing had been left behind, I asked the property manager to contact the cleaners to see if anything had been found and again replied back saying nothing was found. My partner was able to track the location of his AirPods using Find My iPhone and the last recorded location was in the property, despite contacting the property manager multiple times they continued to deny any of our possessions being taken or took any responsibility for the missing items. They offered us a 10% discount on our next stay.. which we will most definitely not be using! And an insult after losing £500 worth of belongings. AVOID
• Amanda (8/5): We were a family of 4 and we all loved the apartment and the location - Everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Lots of space for a family. Lovely and quiet. All new appliances. Great location. Nothing. No complaints at all about the property itself. Only thing is parking is a bit of a problem although this is standard in Tenerife
