• agata (9/5): Good night sleep for one night - Very clean property with crispy white sheets and comfortable beds. Quiet room, excellent Wi-Fi, close walk to town, free secure parking in the driveway, access to main kitchen with everything needed. Hot water and good water pressure, clean bathroom . Secure gate to the house. Little difficult to find as it is in the back alley that’s unpaved and rundown. Once in the property it’s really nice, clean and organized. The room had window to the kitchen so no fresh air flow (this should be advertised we would not book a room without a real window to outside.

• Farnoosh (10/5): It truly feels like being in your own home, everything is so complete, comfortable, and clean. - We stayed there for one night with my spouse, and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. The place was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special thanks to our kind Armenian-American host, who made our evening truly memorable. We genuinely enjoyed our conversation with him and appreciated his hospitality. Also, the kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to comfortably use it and prepare anything we needed during our stay.

• Anais (10/5): - Everything was very clean and comfortable, with a very nice terrace where we could sit. The host was very kind, and even though we arrived earlier than check-in time, she let us check in without any problem!
• Eliza (9/5): Good place for such price - The hostess was very nice and friendly. The room had many lightning options and was small but comfortable. You could also hang out in the terrace and use the kitchen. Besides, the hotel was very close to the center of the city (about 5 minutes of walking). If you're staying in the room below, you can hear perfectly the conversations taking place in the kitchen or the living room, so most likely they can hear you too🙃

• Aleksandr (10/5): Great fresh place. - Great facilities. Everything is new, solid and clean. The rooms are small but well equipped. The ceilings are high (rooms on the 2nd floor). The shared kitchen has everything for cooking. There is even a lounge zone under the roof with tables and chairs. Maybe the only downsides are hot water (slow and turns to cold if you take a shower longer than 10 minutes) and the location (quite hard to find with navigator).

The host was exceptional – very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the equipment and furnishings was top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped with a cozy sitting area, and the terrace was a great spot to relax. To top it off, the prices were unbeatable for the quality and location. Highly recommend! I will come back there many times!

Hostess also helped us with keeping our luggage while we were waiting for our transportation at the day we checked out. There is slightly bad soundproofness of the suit.
