Washer & dryer for added convenience. The sewage smell from the bathroom. We purchased air freshener and neutralizer to get us by. The elevator stops one level below. Low ceilings in bedrooms.
• Shawna (10/5): - Great location and perfect for 3-4 people. Shop,restaurants and beach are just around the corner. Apartment had everything we needed and a lot of space. Hosts were very kind and friendly. They replied to any of our questions immediately. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again.
• Nike (5/5): Decent stay but some facilities need to be fixed. - They had an orange juicer. Overall solid flat. Many restaurants close by and close to the beach.washing machine and dryer available. Broken toilet lid, broken window, not a lot of room for 5 people

La comunicación con el dueño fue súper fácil, y fueron muy amables al dejarnos hacer el check out más tarde, porque nuestro tren salía a las 16h. Está a 1 minuto literal de la playa y supermercados también muy cerca. De 10!

They allowed us to check out a bit later since we had a late evening flight, which we greatly appreciated! Contrary to some other reviews, we did not encounter any foul odors in the bathroom; there was even an air freshener. The terrace was lovely, and we enjoyed all the pottery as well. The apartment had three air conditioners, which kept us comfortable. The beach is just around the corner, and the stairs to the fourth floor were not an issue at all. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great

• Päivi (8/5): Nice place to stay - Location is very good, near to the beach and center. Owner replied without delay. Peaceful road and the whole building was quite. There were some technical difficulties with elevator and it did not goes to the top floor where the apartment is. And bathroom smells guite bad.
• Iida (9/5): Superb - The apartment was modern and clean. It looked just like in the pictures and we loved the sunny balcony. The location was great and the street was quiet. Everything worked easily. There seems to be some mold (or other water damage) in the bathroom, as we got some symptoms like eye and nose irritation and dry cough during our stay. If you have any chronic respiratory diseases we would not recommend this apartment. However, if you are not suffering from sick building syndrome and do not have asthma etc., it might not be a problem. To our understanding, this is common problem in many apartments and buildings near the beach. Otherwise, we really loved the apartment.
• Cameron (2/5): Awful, would not recommend! - Nice terrace, catches the sun. Unfortunately there were several things that spoilt our holiday. The main one was the smell it was overwhelming, the whole apartment smelt of sewerage it was so strong it made our whole party very nauseous. We tried various cleaning products but it would come back with a vengeance. I contacted the owner prior to arrival regarding someone travelling with us that had disabilities, he stated there was somewhere to store mobility scooter but failed to mention that there was no charge point and a step into building, he did however tell us that there was 12 steps from the lift to apartment, the individual has limited mobility but presumed due to have 13 stairs on a British house the stairs would be achievable. How wrong were we! There are two flights of steps after the lift and the lighting is atrocious, we had to move our disabled traveler to another hotel! The apartment was not clean, there was debris over the floors, stained sheets, dirty towels and damaged furniture. Then to top it off the air conditioning in the bedroom and living room stopped working! The owners response was “there is one in the entrance”, the one on the entrance was not powerful enough and did not cool the apartment, this led to quite a few uncomfortable nights.
