• Paolo Jemsen (10/5): Dubrovnik da sogno - Abbiamo avuto una ottima accoglienza. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e si è messo a disposizione per risolvere ogni nostro problema. L'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso. Il bagno molto comodo. L'angolo cottura è piuttosto completo. La presenza del parcheggio riservato è davvero una ottima cosa, specialmente a Dubrovnik. L'appartamento dispone nelle immediate vicinanze di un ottimo ristorante, di un market piuttosto fornito e di altri negozi utili per la prima colazione. C'è anche una bellissima spiaggia raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata. Siamo stati molto bene La pulizia generale è migliorabile

• Jankovic (6/5): - The location is great, it is a short and a very nice walk to the old town. It has its own parking which is difficult to find in Dubrovnik. The apartment was spacious. We took off some points for cleanliness. It looked clean enough at first but the more you look the more you see that it was not thoroughly cleaned. If was also quite cold in the apartment, it has an AC unit to heat it up but it was definitely not enough for the whole apartment. We visited in December.

• Volker_WN (8/5): Schönes Apartment in guter Lage - Das Apartment ist recht groß, schönes Bad, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, und Netflix gibt's obendrein. Parken in der Garage ist sehr positiv in dieser Stadt! Zu Fuß keine halbe Stunde in die Altstadt, alternativ fährt der Bus keine 100m entfernt ab. Die Lage ist also hervorragend! Eine Bäckerei und ein kleiner Laden sind außerdem nur 200-300 Meter entfernt. Aussicht gibt's vom Apartment Nr. 3 leider keine.

Nous avons transmis des photos du frigo et de la vaisselle tres sale au propriétaire, qui n'a donné aucune réponse...

• Schnecki (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage und sehr gut ausgestattet! Kurzer Weg in die Altstadt. War nur ein kurzer Stop, nicht zum Baden. Unser Zimmer hatte leider Fenster mit Blick auf die angrenzende Mauer. Für einen Badeurlaub würde ich Dubrovnik generell nicht auswählen. Leider kein Doppelbett.

• Marco (4/5): - La posizione a metà strada tra il porto e la città vecchia rende possibile raggiungere i posti anche a piedi in meno di venti minuti. In confronto ad altri appartamenti, il prezzo è più conveniente. L'appartamento era sporco e generalmente impolverato, gli asciugamani e la biancheria del letto dati in dotazione erano sporchi e macchiati o presentavano peli, così come negli armadi. Anche la doccia e il bagno non erano puliti. L'ingresso comune dell'abitazione aveva un cattivo odore di cane che i proprietari non hanno avuto la premura di rimuovere.

• Claudia (5/5): Buena ubicación y parking pero no cumplió nuestras expectativas - • Parking privado, muy importante en Dubrovnik. • Supermercado cerca. • Centro histórico cerca, 15-20 minutos andando. Parada de bus al lado del apartamento pero muy saturada. • Mala señalización del parking. • Escribí al anfitrión diciendo a la hora a la que iba a llegar y no había nadie esperando tal como estaba escrito en la descripción, sumado a la mala señalización a la entrada del parking (podría facilitarse la descripción). • Poca iluminación tanto de lámparas como a través de ventanas ya que nos tocó el apartamento nº 3, una especie de sótano. No tiene vistas a la calle, solo a una pared de en frente. • Poco menaje de cocina. No tiene microondas. • Déficit de limpieza, platos y menaje de cocina sucios, muchas pelusas por el suelo. • La mampara de la ducha no cerraba. • Nos encontramos toallas sucias en el armario. • Picaporte de la puerta principal flojo, se descolgó. • Nos pareció descuidado.

It was super clean and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the main beach, the Riva, and plenty of souvenir shops. Marina was amazing—very professional, always helpful, and quick to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!

• Paweł (7/5): Dubrownik - tam po prostu trzeba być ! - W obiekcie super restauracja, z pysznym regionalnym jedzeniem i muzyką na żywo. Bliskość sklepu i piekarni. Możliwość korzystania z zadaszonego parkingu co jest atutem w Dubrowniku. Przestronna kuchnia z lodówką. Miejsce z którego można szybko dojść na skalista plażę i do portu Duży taras, ale niezadbany, nie zachęcający do wieczornego przebywania. Z jednej strony widok na rupieciarnię poniżej, z drugiej na stary cmentarz i kościołek - co akurat nie było dl nas problemem, tym bardziej że wieczorami nie są to oświetlone miejsca.
• Mario (3/5): Infernale - Vicinanza La casa era posizionata sotto il livello stradale,le informazioni non rendono le reali situazioni dell’appartamento. Appartamento con pulizia approssimata, piatto doccia sporco,maniglia del bagno che si staccava ogni volta che si chiudeva la porta con il rischio di rimanere chiusi dentro,scaldabagno non idoneo per supportare 4 docce,alla prima doccia si esauriva già l’acqua calda. La camera da letto era piccolissima con due letti attaccati che si aprivano in mezzo. La finestra della stanza dava in un seminterrato buio. Quindi si può dire che la stanza è di fatto senza finestra perché non c’è aria. Stanza senza aria condizionata che è posta nella zona giorno indirizzata sul divano letto e di fatto non utilizzabile altrimenti ti becchi la bronchite Divano letto con misura ridotta. Un adulto di 1 metri e 90 non ci sta dentro. Detto ciò al momento della prenotazione viene mandata foto di altro appartamento e non quello che mi è stato dato Esperienza negativa. Sconsiglio per persone claustrofobiche.

• Senada (10/5): Beautiful Stay in Dubrovnik - We had a wonderful stay at Nika Marangun’s apartment in Dubrovnik this summer. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent—close enough to enjoy the city and beaches, but still quiet and relaxing. The apartment had air conditioning, and the host was welcoming. We truly appreciate how comfortable we felt, and we would gladly return. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

The guy was nice, explained us everything we should know about where the supermarket was, the beach, the bus, the old town direction. Room was big, the cooker had all the menage for cooking. Washing machine in the bathroom which after a week traveling around was great. Bed was quite big for both of us, we were at the same level of reception. Free parking, the place has its own parking, which was relieving as it is impossible to park in Dubrovnik without paying fares. Detachable clothesline, we didn't know if it was broken as we doubted to ensamble it outside the window. We put it on top of both windows to have our clothes dried out. Not a big deal actually...

• William (8/5): Very good - Convenient location. Well equipped but no microwave. Host was responsive and helpful. A little run down and dishes needed cleaning before use. Aircon only in the living room and hard to cook the separate bedroom. Light from the living room goes through frosted glass into bedroom so could do with a curtain for those who want darkness when sleeping.

• Maria (10/5): Great owner, very good location - The owner was the best! Really kind and helpful, he brought us whatever we needed! The location is very good, it’s 5 minutes away by foot from the nearest beach and exactly outside of the house there is a bus station for the old town. Also, next to the apartment there are 2 cafes/restaurants and very close there are 2 supermarkets and a pharmacy. Unfortunately, the elevator wasn’t working. We had a stroller and it was very difficult to move it up and down by the stairs. Also, there isn’t any balcony.
