• Natalia (7/5): Wonderful, would rent again. - The location is superb!! Can’t be beat. Nice cafes and restaurants at walking distance. We walked all over over needing transportation other than from the airport, which was close. Roomy for large groups and actual beds for everyone. Hosts very responsive. Maybe update the bathroom to an actual shower with curtain.

• Ruan (7/5): - A Localização é muito boa. O espaço é mal distribu[ido, não há espaço de convivência ao não ser a cozinha. O chuveiro nao fica preso em uma altura para ficarmos em pé, portanto, tivemos que tomar banho sentado.

• Letizia (9/5): Centrale e silenzioso - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima posizione e dimensione delle camere e appartamento. Un bagno per sette persone è un po’ poco, ma lo sapevamo al momento della prenotazione
• Magdalena (1/5): Niestety nie polecam - Pozytywne chyba tylko położenie obiektu. Mieszkanie w kamienicy, z zewnątrz wszystko ok, ale po wejściu do kamienicy od razu bucha zapach stęchlizny. Na korytarzu jak w starej piwnicy, w mieszkaniu niby lepiej jeśli chodzi o powietrze, ale widać, że jest grzyb. Wśród nas była osoba z uczuleniem i momentalnie pojawiły się objawy - zapchany nos, ból głowy, problemy z oddychaniem. Gdyby nie leki musiałaby spać w samochodzie. Spała z głową przy oknie. Mieszkanie ogromne, wielkie łóżka, ale puste i nie zadbane. Pleśń i grzyb na ścianach pokryte farbą, żeby nie było widać. Łazienka tragicznie niefunkcjonalna. Wanna, w której nie da się umyć bez zalania całej łazienki. Okna ciężko otworzyć, bo na ulicy ruch i hałas. Nie mam pojęcia skąd obiekt miał ocenę ponad 8 i bardzo się rozczarowałam. Nie polecam.

• Wendy (7/5): - The house was spacious. The rooms were big. The bathroom is adequate. I appreciate the soap and towels. The TVs are nice. The AC functions well. The location is pretty good, close enough to walk or take metro. The check in codes worked so that was efficient. There was a big yucky raised stain on one of the comforters - pretty gross. There isn’t really a living room and the kitchen isn’t stocked with anything. Some of the beds didn’t have pillow cases and the cleanliness of the comforters was in question after the big blood looking clumpy stain. It was a bit disappointing that the management company wouldn’t consider letting us check in 45 mins early since the code is sent out at 3pm and not a minute before. The WiFi was inconsistent and would drop coverage randomly which led to worry when I had work related zoom meetings. Overall, I would choose different accommodations next time.

• mustafa (4/5): - Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment mit vielen Mängeln verbunden. Der Zugang zur Schlüsselbox war zunächst nicht möglich, da uns ein falscher PIN-Code mitgeteilt wurde. Der Check-in verzögerte sich dadurch erheblich. Als wir schließlich in die Wohnung konnten, war der Türgriff defekt – wir konnten die Wohnung zeitweise nicht verlassen. Die Klimaanlage in einem der Räume funktionierte nicht und tropfte. In der Küche gab es zwar Teller, aber ansonsten war sie sehr schlecht ausgestattet: Nur eine stark zerkratzte Pfanne und ein qualitativ minderwertiger Kochtopf standen zur Verfügung – Kochen war damit kaum möglich. Informationen zur Müllentsorgung fehlten komplett. Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls unpraktisch: Die Badewanne hatte keinen Duschvorhang, sodass beim Duschen das ganze Bad nass wurde. Besonders störend waren die lauten Geräusche der Wasserleitungen im gesamten Gebäude. Jedes Mal, wenn irgendwo im Haus Wasser genutzt wurde, war das in allen Wohnungen deutlich hörbar – an ruhigen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Positiv war lediglich die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft. Als Entschuldigung für die vielen Probleme wurde uns ein Rabatt für die nächste Buchung in Form eines Gutscheins angeboten. Das ist aus unserer Sicht unpassend – der Rabatt hätte für diesen Aufenthalt gelten müssen. Wer weiß, ob wir je wieder nach Florenz kommen? Ein Gutschein bringt uns nichts. Selbst wenn es kostenlos wäre, würden wir hier nicht noch einmal übernachten.

• Angie (9/5): Clean, Spacious and Great Apartment for Family - Great, spacious rooms for families. Property was very clean and quite. The location can easily be accessed via public transportation which made our travels throughout the city quite enjoyable. I did not like that there is no shower in the washroom. There is a tub but we only stayed a short while so I did not bother us too much!

• Mila (9/5): Superb - Location was 10/10. Centre may look distant on maps but the Duomo is really 2 streets away. Tram, bus, everything nearby. Its also easy to access, easy check in instructions Very nice kitchen with coffee machine and capsules Has hairdryer and iron, clean towels, soap, shampoo Comfy beds, huuuge rooms Only 1 toilet for 4 bedrooms which means 1 bathroom. The bathroom is super cozy and cute, but only for a picture because is not effective at all, the water from the bath has nowhere to go, there is nothing to gather the water with, you shower and there is litteral flood. Which is a huge minus for me.

• Sylvain (9/5): Superbly located place with really big rooms with plenty of space. - Fantastic location close to the tramway directly on the airport line T2. You can walk in 20 minutes to town center. Two very good size rooms and two huge size rooms in the apartment. No toaster. Also you need to take bath only or shower while in seating position. If you shower while standing, you end up splashing water everywhere.

The heating system did not work properly.It was extremely cold at night in the rooms. The bathroom is small and impractical because it has only one bath for 8 people and water went all over the floor while showering. The wifi connection was very weak and needed a restart once every few hours. The kitchen could be better equipped. It lacks various utensils.
