Guest Reviews
- Akhter (8/5): It was a good stay at the cottage, kids and we like the property. We would like to come back if wifi & cloth hanging - Good location, clean & tidy, Plenty of room for a family of four There is no WIFI at the property that makes bit inconvenient, I think wifi is an important facility that any holiday accommodation should provide for the comfort of the guests.
- Evy (7/5): - L'emplacement tranquille près des randonnées facilement accessibles Le manque de rangement (penderie)
Chambre à l'étage difficilement utilisable lors des fortes chaleurs.

- Jenny (10/5): Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we will come back to stay here if we go back to the Grampiand. - It was an excellent place with lots of wildlife. The beds were incredibly comfy and the balcony provided excellent views. The front was perfect for mailing wood fires. The place that the key was in should be more obvious as we spent quite a long time trying to find the key.
- Jacqueline (8/5): Prachtig juweeltje midden in the Grampians. - Prachtig gelegen, lekker ruim. Eigenlijk niets.
- Macaulay (6/5): -
- Rebecca (9/5): A great home away from home 😊 - We loved the homely feel and how comfortable the beds were 😊
- Jeanine (10/5): Loved it! Would stay again - The coziness & the location one bathroom lol
- Wendy (6/5): Reasonably comfortable house in Halls Gap - The house was reasonably comfortable and had enough space for our group of friends. Nice to see kangaroos on the property and to hear the kookaburras. Also nice to have a balcony from the upstairs bedroom. The air conditioners work well. Halls Gap and the Grampians are lovely. The driveway was impossible for a sedan - scraped the bottom of the car badly on the gravel every time we left and returned to the place, however, there was nowhere else to park. Would recommend only visiting in a 4WD or SUV. The single beds and pillows were uncomfortable (the queen beds were better). It would be good if the TV was connected to an antenna so that we could have watched TV (instead you are stuck watching videos). There is no wifi and the signal in the area is dismal, so no chance of trying to connect to streaming services, etc. The hot water is scalding - would be good to have a temperature restrictor placed on it to prevent burns.
- Walter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leanne (10/5): Exceptional - This pace was awesome. It was clean and tidy. The beds were great. And it had a wonderful relax feel about it. The balcony was my favourite. I spent the early morning out there watching the world slowly wake up. We couldn't stay longer!!!
- Edwards (9/5): Great place to stay for family or group gatherings - It's was a very clean, comfortable, and super homey feel property exactly what you want when it is a group getaway. It's a great social hub home. The bad were super comfortable for a great nights sleep. It had all the things you need right down to salt & pepper. It's kid friendly so they have board games, lots of DVDs for kids and Adults. They even had outdoor camping chairs I'm guessing for use on the upstairs verandah and a telescope for if the night sky is clear. All in all I would definitely rebook here if I return to Halls Gap The only downfalls are the driveway is quiet steep.
And it would be awesome if the upstairs verandah had a family size outdoor dining set to enjoy a clear night outdoors while eating dinner.
- Nat (9/5): Great holiday home - Loved the wood fireplace and also the house was set up perfectly.
- Kevin (8/5): Loved the house and location. Living, dinning and kitchen all together for family and friends - Cosie family home with appliances and games. Wood fireplace on a cold and windy weekend. Close to walks and shops. Beautiful gum trees and surrounds. Driveway was a little steep to get out of.
- Mary (8/5): Overall lovely place to stay, peaceful and quiet area. - The house was lovely and clean. Host was fantastic. Nothing really, if anything maybe updating the appliances.
