- Deloraine (1/5): Disgusting behaviour on the part of both this accommodation and booking.com in not keeping up to date with each other. - This accommodation was apparently no longer available to booking.com which we found out the night before I joined my friend in Sydney.
Several phone calls and emails have gone between booking.com and us regarding this non-event booking.
We ended up having to find new accommodation the next day i landed in Sydney forcing us to pay out more money.
It would be politic if booking.com could be as quick with repaying the cost of this accommodation to my account.
The fact of this situation is not my problem. The BIG PROBLEM we have with booking.com is their refusal to reimburse my account with the funds paid out a week before.
