• Marcel (9/5): - De snookertafel en de tuin achter. Niet echt tegen maar het is een pand waar de eigenaren hard aan bezig zijn om het achterstallig onderhoud aan te doen. Dat was bekend en voor ons dus geen probleem. De eigenaresse is erg betrokken en verontschuldigde voor het nog moeten brengen van zaken welke na de vorige huurders ontbraken. Dit deed ze geheel uit eigen beweging en vooraangekondigd voordat wij het gemist hadden dus een plus.
• Melder (7/5): Good weekend away - Great location and upstairs area. A lot of spiders and spider webs inside and on top deck. Outdoor furniture was very dusty, exterior of house needs a good clean. No barbeque utensils, had to buy to be able to use the barbeque.
• Boyes (9/5): - Wonderful location. Great rooms. Didnt impact our stay, but you can tell there's a bit more work to be done on the place. Owners seem committed to attending to that.
• Matthew (10/5): Very good house and great location, would stay here again. - Very big backyard with heaps of spots to chill, bedrooms are very nice and master bed was very comfy, the balcony upstairs was a very nice spot and a great spot to see the sunset
• Trudy (10/5): Would stay again thanks - We stayed at coastal tones for 3 nights. The information and communication before, during and after was fantastic. We had only stayed at private accommodation the previous night and we found Coastal Tones so much better. It was clean which really settled my germaphobia that was playing up from the previous place. It had everything we needed and wanted for a family of 6 with kids ranging from 11-19. Lots of space and entertainment. Central location. Nice extras like decor/lighting/pantry/toiletry items. The owner was aware of all little issues and working on it so couldn’t fault it. We slept well.
• MENG CHIH (8/5): A decent , clean house - Great location, quiet community The blinder of the first bedroom at first floor was unable to close perfectly, feels lack of privacy when we sleep in that room
• Monique (10/5): - Coastal Tones is spacious, neat & located in a peaceful street. The house is within close proximity to the shops & beach. Pets are allowed which makes it a huge plus. The backyard is generous in size for the dogs to run around.

• Amber (8/5): Great accomodation! Had a lovely time. Just keep in mind the pet friendly criteria! - Lovely place, beds were very comfortable. House was very lovely and big. Great accommodation. Great location, very close to the main area with cafes and shops. Not as pet friendly as advertised, there were additional fees to have a pet, no large pets allowed, no pets upstairs. Would have been better to know this before booking.

• Gabrielle (10/5): Just perfect - We had a fantastic weekend at Toni's place. She is a delightful host - very easy to deal with. The property was spotlessly clean and the heating was excellent so we were toasty and warm despite the wintry weather. The pool room and games provided were a real hit and the outdoor space was perfect for our dog. The location is also great - only a short drive from anything you would like to do on the island, but tucked away in a quiet spot overlooking some nice wetlands. We would happily stay again. Nothing!

• Giselle (8/5): Fabulously relaxing place with a few small niggles - Fabulous balcony view with lots of local birdlife. Comfy beds and hot showers with good pressure. Toni was super helpful addressing any issues we had. Unfortunately the pre-visit clean hadn't been completed on arrival. The towels supplied were microfibre. One of the bedrooms had bedside lamps but nowhere to plug them in. The bath plug is too big for the hole. Toni was happy to address any issues she could and despite minor issues we had a wonderful time.

We're looking forward to staying again. Not a criticism but a suggestion. A firepit would be a good addition outside in the backyard for those clear chilly night on the island.

My girlfriend and our friends spent the weekend here for her birthday with our corgi Maple, who the host was kind enough to let us bring! We loved the balcony the most, every morning having a hot chocolate on the balcony. The air was beautiful and fresh in the morning. There was also all sorts of birds and bunny rabbits to view accross the road, I never seen so many different species of birds. There is a beautiful walking track near by where we walked our dog every morning and night. It also only took 15 mins to walk to the beach. If you have a dog, this place is great. The backyard is huge too. Rooms were also decorated beautifully, perfect for a group of 3 couples like us. The host was also lovely, bought us a bottle of champagne on the check in. 🍾 Thanks Toni! She had a very welcoming kind personality. We loved EVERYTHING!! 😍

• Simp (2/5): The location is good, however the cleanliness let it down - Location and house layout Mouldy food left in the fridge, dirty chest of draws dirty with old toe nails in them, couldn’t use the bath as the taps leaked all over the floor, bedside table had old mouldy crisp packets in them, for nearly $500 per night I’d expect the house to be clean.

• Nank (10/5): Beautiful property and great for pets. - The house had obviously been treated to a thorough clean. It looked and smelled amazing. We especially liked the view and the pool table was loads of fun. Everything was perfect!
• Colin (3/5): Very disappointing - The location and layout were fine. The cleanliness of the house was disgraceful. This is to help you improve for the stay of others. Bedlinen, towels and pillowcases had stains. Cobwebs and dust was very visible in every room and on shelves, cupboards in bedrooms. Toilet amenities were very poor. Dishwashing liquid was not refilled. Couches were dirty. The backyard was overgrown and clothes drying on the line.
• Yedi (9/5): You can feel that the landlord has carefully decorated the house. Hoping some hygiene details can be improved.Will come - Perfect location,outside the house is a park. It can be seen that the owner has carefully decorated rooms, with flowers and pillows everywhere. The house is family friendly and my kids really enjoy playing billiards there. The staff service attitude is very good. The sheets are new and the bed is very comfortable, but the quilt cover is a little stained. Some of the cutlery and cups are not very clean and need to be washed before use.

• Dana (1/5): Discussing conditions !!!! Filthy dirty , rubbish tucked away around the property , mould in the showers , house not eve - Good location . The property is in absolute unacceptable condition . The photos do not represent reality. The property should be taken off the market , professionally cleaned , rubbish removed , garden and backyard made usable and much more. We left after the first night . Real public health risk ! The house is filthy , furniture dirty , bed bugs , showers mouldy , spider webs everywhere , dishes in the cubits not clean ( had to load the dishwasher before using anything ) , backyard totally unkept , outdoor furniture dirty , damaged , unusable and much more. The state of the property is difficult to describe as I was never confronted by such unacceptable conditions. It was our 33 years wedding anniversary weekend away and it was a disaster.
