• Isabel (7/5): Buen apartamento en Bruselas - Lo mejor la ubicación, además los apartamentos eran bonitos y estaban muy completos. En general buena relación calidad precio. En el apartamento de arriba hacia demasiado calor. Además el ruido y luces de la calle por las noches son un poco molestos. Y las escaleras de entrada poco accesibles.

• Joannes (8/5): Prima appartement voor bezoek aan Brussel - Mooi en tamelijk ruim appartement (voor 2 pp) met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. Uitstekende locatie, temidden van meerdere restaurants. Veel winkels vlakbij. Op loopafstand (voor wandelaars) van centrum en veel bezienswaardigheden. De opgang naar het appartement (wij hadden B1) bestaat uit tamelijk steile trappen. Voor ons geen probleem maar voor wie minder ter been is of met zware koffers moet sjouwen minder handig. Het appartement ligt op een zolderverdieping. Voldoende lichtinval via dakramen, maar geen mogelijkheid om naar buiten te kijken of buiten te zitten. Maar voor wie vooral de stad in wil is dat geen enkel probleem, voor de rest was alles dik in orde.

• Timothé (6/5): Séjour agréable contrairement à l’arrivée qui était compliquée - L’espace était le point positif, très confortable. Lors de notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas été prévenu du changement de propriétaire, aucun renseignement n’était mis à disposition pour communiquer avec le loueur. Nous avons dû faire des pieds et des mains pour accéder au logement. Le sel et le poivre aurait été apprécié ainsi que des verres supplémentaires, les escalier aussi avait un goût de randonnée.
• Emmanuel (7/5): confortable et assez proche a pied du centre - grand appart 1 chambre double + 1 chambre simple sans fenetre + 1 mezzanine. grande pièce a vivre très agréable sous les toits; vue sur le dome du palais de justice. quartier avec commerces et restaurants. accessible en voiture et parking a 50m (23€/jour). lits très confortables et bon linge de maison. 2 toilettes. assez proche de la place centrale a pieds -15min manque qq equipements cuisine (bols, qq couverts en plus), ca discute fort dans les appartements voisins. 3eme etage escaliers raides

• Laki (8/5): Recomendation for this apartment - 8/10. - Apartment is very good, clean and the location is amazing. Everything is nearby, restaurant, shops and the metro station. Staircase is very steep and a conventional stove is missing.

• ArinzeChukwu (4/5): Mixed. My wife's trouble with the stairs marred our experience. - Geographic location. Located in the city centre. Comfy bed and availability of a table and chairs. Flat located on top of a flight of narrow and very steep stairs, on the THIRD FLOOR with no lift. That was not earlier communicated. Was a big trouble for my wife who has a bad knee. Water flow was intermittent. The shower went off on my wife while she was taking her shower. Called for water-flow to be restored and was told to wait for 10 mins. We stayed two nights and experienced water flow cut-off on two separate occasions on two separate days. On each occasion I had to call for restoration of water flow and was promised that my request will be communicated to the restaurant on the ground floor. Not quite sure what the restaurant does with water supply.

• Steven (8/5): OKAY - la ubicación es muy buena, cerca casi todo lo importante, restaurante, gym, supermercado y zona segura, recoger las llaves en el restaurante de abajo del apartamento fue fácil. lo que no me gusto es fue, No te dan una segunda llaves en un grupo grande de amigos. lo que es imposible a la hora de poder dividirnos o hacer algo distinto. también no tiene timbre para abrir la puerta. tienes que bajar del tercer piso abrirla cuando no tienes ascensor, asi que imagínate bajando siempre las escaleras si tus amigos se dividen de fiesta. imposible descansar. también nos encontramos 3 cucarachas. aunque el apartamento relativamente parecía limpio, aunque parece que hay cocina. no hay. solo el microondas. no ascensor no segundas llaves cocarachas no timbre para abrir la puerta. no cocina.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de plaque de cuisson , pas de quoi préparer un repas, ni le nombre de verre, de tasse nécessaire pour 5 personnes, juste une cafetière, une bouilloire, un micro onde et un appareil pour faire des croques monsieur mais on peut aller manger dans le restaurant de notre hôte qui se trouve juste en face.

But when we arrived the host also greeted us with a warm welcome, and said that if we have any questions we can contact him. So very good! But the code for the locker was 0000. So it might be better to change it haha.

• Emilie (7/5): Ok pour une nuit, mais trop cher quand même. On paie l emplacement. - Suffisant pour ne passer qu une nuit et le lit était très confortable. Une seule petite fenêtre qui donnait sur une sortie d aération cuisine aux odeurs de fritures , donc nous n avons pas ouvert. Je comprends mieux la machine airco. Pas de quoi prendre un café ou un thé le matin , juste du café soluble. Gel douche et shampoing de mauvaise qualité 1 er prix. C est dommage il avait tout pour plaire.
• Erin (10/5): I would stay here again in a heartbeat. - I was extremely happy with this property. It was so clean, the host was very communicative and the location was perfect for us. We used Brussels as a base for a few nights and went out to different towns. The studio is extremely close to metro and the train station. We could also walk easily to the sights that we wanted to see in Brussels. The studio is just around the corner from several wonderful restaurants and shopping. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. It is also affiliated with one of the neighborhood restaurants which was very good as well. We had struggled to find good wifi all week in our travels in Belgium but it worked very well in the studio.

L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, completo di cucina funzionale e un bel divano. Comunicazione con l’host rapida ed efficace. I rumori! Di notte dai locali sotto la camera, mentre di giorno (e anche la mattina presto) si sentono chiaramente passi e movimenti dal piano di sopra e dalle scale. L’insonorizzazione è praticamente assente.
• Pecko (7/5): - The location is great, in a wakiing distance from centrum and near metro station. The smell - very strong odor was coming out of the kitchen sink, spreading all over the apartment. The odor was so strong that windows had to be open all the time (though not much helping) and made the stay in the apartment unpleasant. Bad maintenance in total.

Hello, On the day of our departure (scheduled for 12:30 PM), a total power outage occurred at 11:50 AM without any warning. At the time, I was cooking and my colleague was in the shower. The bathroom was completely dark, and my colleague fell. We had just returned from an 8-hour flight and were looking forward to relaxing. This incident, combined with the state of the shower and several non-functional lights in the living room, ruined our stay. We expect an some explanation !

• Ludmila (7/5): Great apartment & excellent location - The location is great, it's really close to the metro station and there are a few restaurants literally downstairs. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, very suitable for a family stay. What needs to be mentioned that there is no heating, just small heaters that were not enough to keep the bedroom comfortably warm during the night. Also, our apartment was on the top floor with quite steep stairs. Was not a problem for us, but something you need to be aware if you are traveling with a heavy luggage or have mobility issues.

He was friendly and efficient. It was ok but the bathroom was very small. The stairs were very steep, but they worked.

La disponibilité des propriétaires qui ont un restaurant juste en dessous et acceptent de garder nos bagages plusieurs heures après la remise des clés Globalement peu bruyant, exception faite des travaux dans la rue, mais ils ne sont absolument pas la responsabilité des propriétaires. Un 3eme étage très peu accessible (escalier extrêmement raide), pas de possibilité d'aérer la chambre (l'unique petite fenêtre est condamnée) et il aurait été agréable de trouver une bouteille d'eau au frais ainsi que quelques sachets de thé (en plus du café filtre présent dans les placards) Et le matelas extrêmement mou, on s'y enfonce et on a mal au dos au réveil

• respaud (7/5): - L'emplacement est parfait. Le lit est très confortable. La porte de douche ne ferme pas. Pas de grille pain comme indiqué. Il faudrait au moins un balai et une pelle pour nettoyer mais comme il y a de la moquette presque partout et non du parquet, un aspirateur serait apprécié. Une machine à café à dosettes serait un vrai plus.

• Julie (9/5): Delightful apartment - main tourist areas v accessible - The staff were friendly and helpful but with limited English. They directed me to the metro station. The restaurant discount is a great bonus and lovely food. The apartment is tastefully decorated and spacious. The bed is luxurious. Washing up liquid and teatowel for mug washing. Information about how to reach the property. It is 3 metro stops on a direct line from the railway station - but instead Google maps took me through an unsafe area - where a kind woman recommended I used a different route. Later the metro attendant guided me to use the 33 bus direct to Grand Place and the 48 direct to the station, but that information inside the flat would help future visitors. Three flights of steep steps were involved to reach this beautiful apartment - not an issue for me but I don't recall reading that beforehand. Sadly an inconsiderate group of English guys were noisy coming in - otherwise I could have slept for days.

Mucho ruido, en frente hay un bar donde se amanecen bebiendo y el ruido es alto, sería ideal pensar en una insonorización en las ventanas de la sala.

• Helen (8/5): It was small but had everything I needed. - It was small but had everything I needed. Hosts were nice. The area of the apartment felt safe and wasn't too loud in the evening. Supermarket just around the corner. Shortish walk into the centre of the city and from the train station. The microwave was really dirty, so I had to clean it before I used it. You could hear all the noise from inside the building - people walking past, people using the toilet upstairs and people snoring. The showerhead holder was broken. There were no windows in the bedroom

• Andreea (8/5): Noisy area, but I enjoyed the room, white clean towels, fridge, microwave and fully equiped kitchen. - The guy that served me the salad in the restaurant was very nice and polite, liked him! I liked the very prompt communication when reserving the room about the hours and luggage storrage after checking out. The room was very noisy, as there are very many noisy pubs downstairs opened nonstop, more plug-ins needed nearby bed sides. In the bathroom, the shower tub has no insulation, so all water is going out on the floor. The window frames should be replaced with sound proof windows, so people could get some sleep at night🫣

• Antonio (7/5): - Ubicación no está mal, el barrio es por un lado zona cara y pija (muchas tiendas caras) por el otro más normal pero pocas costas. El alojamiento está justo en un cruce de restaurantes, bares y hasta supermercado. Estás en un tercero y el ruido no es muy molesto. Metro cerca 3min 🚶🏻‍♂️, tren tienes las estaciones Central y Zuid a 20/ 25 min🚶🏻‍♂️. Nosotros éramos 3 adultos, la cama grande y un poco blanda pero bien, sofá cama grande y cómodo. Es un tercero sin ascensor y escaleras estrechas. La iluminación pobre: la habitación con ventana en el techo, pero si la abres entran olores de las cocinas y cerrada no entra luz. Comedor con ventanas pero por la noche no se puede abrir por el ruido. La cocina comedor muy justa de servicios. Microondas, nevera,hervidor, Sandwichera y cafetera (había filtros 👍), unos pocos platos y cubiertos es la disponibilidad que tenía.. WC justo tirando a pequeño.
