-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). -This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 5€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Amalie (3/5): Poor - This is a one-bedroom-apartment with a tiny kicthen and bathroom. Not worth the money at all
Zavacky (5/5): Accommadations very underwhelming considering high cost of rental. - Convenient location. Shower had good flow and temperature control. Sofa pullout bed very uncomfortable for sleeping. Thin and old mattress and pillows in need of replacement. Linens and towels show lots of usage, tattered and stained. Not a cozy place to hangout. In general, apartment is dated and needs updating and modernizing. Also, mini-split AC was not working properly. Fortunately, did not really need since weather in Barcelona was relatively cool. Also Bathroom very small and cumbersome to use. Rental price very high considering all of these negatives.
Karl (3/5): Very surprised. We were ready to find a hotel instead on arrivel but we gave it a chance, - The small apartment is not for 3 persons. 1-2 persons would be okay The worst double bed we ever have sleeped as you fall into the middle.

The place is in a fantastic location, tastefully decorated, and adequately equipped for those who enjoy dining out or preparing their meals. While we have some minor suggestions for improvement, such as considering a fixed bed and optimizing the bathroom layout (Perhaps switching the sink with the toilet would make entering and exiting the shower less awkward). These are just some gentle suggestions for consideration during any future renovations, these are just small details and do not detract from the overall quality of the place. The apartment's excellent location, stylish decor, and amenities cater well to guests who prefer dining out or cooking independently. Thank you for providing such a great place to stay in Barcelona!
