• Leonard (1/5): Friendly staff, but the room conditions were unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel. - The staff member who gave me the key was very kind and tried to help, so I want to mention that positively. However, the overall stay was really not good. When I arrived at the first room, there was a huge cockroach inside. The staff member tried to get it out with a broom, but it did not work. There were also many toads outside the door. After that, I was moved to a second room. That room was slightly better, but still very poor. The second room smelled strongly of smoke, the toilet had not been cleaned properly, the shower tap did not work, and there was no soap provided. I only stayed for one night because it was close to the airport, but even that was not comfortable. A second night would have been impossible. The staff were friendly, but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

• Jamal (9/5): Awesome.. - Everything was great, spacious clean rooms, well furnished.. perfect for families. It was quiet, I loved that. Location was a bit out of the way, didn't have a away to get taxi first day. 8.30am noone available to call taxi, had to ask another guest to use their phone. I arranged pick up for rest of my stay.

• Vinay (1/5): Pathetic dishonest owner, all visitors stay away from this site if you don’t want to look for an alternative accommodati - The property looks good in pictures only, reality is different . I was very disappointed I rented the single studio room and they is a contant humming noise coming from the wall, no it is not the rooms air conditioner because I switched it off to verify, I had to leave the property at midnight and find alternative accommodation as they could not provide me an alternative room, they also never refunded me my money which they charged me the first day and I did not even sleep a night there.

• Darren (10/5): Clean, functional, safe - Definitely a no fuss location, within walking distance of the airport, rooms were clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. The compound has an electric gate and the keys come with a gate fob making it very easy to get in and out. Food options were limited within walking range, there is a IGA close and it only cost 3 dollars to catch a cab from the road.
• Ali (1/5): Very disappointing - Location Keys from laundry not provided despite numerous requests. Doors locks broken and not repaired despite complaints. Electricity sub-board kept tripping off and loss of power to the fridge. No cleaning services and no change of towels despite 4 nights of stay. Security gate locked and unattended for hours and remote key not provided- had to park car outside.

Monica at front desk was super helpful and very friendly so she made our stay enjoyable. The property is close proximity to a family residence, so you get to hear the noise coming from the beighbours.

• Adi Talanaivini (10/5): Great location, great hosts - Hosts were accommodating despite delay in our flight. The facilities suited our needs for an overnight layover. Despite proximity to the airport and the eve of Diwali there was not much noise or disruptions. Bed was clean and comfortable, aircon functioning, iron available. For those who may wish to stay longer there is a washing machine also within the self contained apartment. Nothing

Beds should have 4 Pillows not 2 coz it’s quite thin. Also only a half roll of TP on arrival. I booked a Deluxe room as it was same price as a studio but just got a studio.

• Narelle (8/5): Good value - without lengthy transfer for flight - Perfect for a stay near airport and close to Queens Rd. Friendly welcome. Supermarket, liquor shop and a few eat options nearby. Secure. We walked the airport distance 1.3km but the weather, was a bit hot to walk back next day so Raj drove us for a small $. Coffee/tea and milk supplied. Small fridge. Washing machine but we didn’t need it. Good sized shower with proper doors. Aircon (a necessity). Netflix not working during our visit.

• shrish (5/5): overall good except not power supply backup when electricity went off. - the facility was very good with clean rooms, clean toilet and bathroom and free wifi. TV was good Air condition was good. Parking was available, though there was no breakfast the room had electric kettle, tea, sugar and salt with cups, plates, bowels. there was a washing machine also. there was power outage and there was no power back up. if they had power back up I would have given 10/10. I was unable to connect to wifi due to no power and was not able to use some electric gadgets. the AC also went off and lights were all down.
• Ruiyi (5/5): Useful for airport transit. - Good location for the airport. We stayed one night as we were transiting and were able to walk to and from the airport. Host was really friendly, but we initially had difficulty getting in contact with him as reception door was closed and we were unable to call the number despite arriving during reception hours. We booked a studio room which was pricey for what you get. No sound proofing - we could hear our neighbours.

Appreciate how they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable given our circumstances with my husband recovering from his surgery. • Gilbert (7/5): - The place advertised as a Studio is just a small room. It does have the essentials but feels claustrophobic. Claustrophobic feeling in a little space. And one can't open curtains as the walkway to other rooms and Reception is right outside.
