Karine (8/5): - Emplacement au calme Très belle vue Les gentils animaux de compagnie, petite pensée pour Pancho L'odeur persistante certains jours (élevage pas loin je suppose) Manque d'éclairage sur la route pour aller à la location sur le chemin (un éclairage solaire pourrait être mis par exemple)
Karine (8/5): - Calme Équipements Vue dégagée et magnifique Emplacement parfait pour visiter l'île Sécurité Pancho ♥️ et Malika Amélioration possible : Faire un plan pour indiquer sur la finca où sont les 3 maisons et les nommer lorsqu'on les loue. Le concept pourrait être pousser plus loin, en installant des panneaux solaires sur les toits des maisons pour les alimenter et pour chauffer la piscine Préciser que la maison avec 3 chambres (celle du bas ) est scindée en 2 (important pour uen famille avec des jeunes enfants.
christine (1/5): - Loin de la foule et de la cohue avec vue sur de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Sur papier, tout paraissait parfait. Calme, reposant, le"jardin de la guerison" s'est avéré tout autre: La réalité était tout autre. A peine installées et commençant l’endormissemnent, un bruit de grattage. C'était souris! 🐁 Dans ma chambre et... dans mon sac!😱 L'hôte est prévenu : Pas d’hébergement autre à nous proposer Et l’hôte n'est pas sur place pour nous aider. Pas d'autre solution pour nous que de quitter en pleine nuit les lieux et de tenter de trouver un hébergement décent pour la nuit. Stupéfaction: L'hôte nous facture la nuit et des frais supplémentaires ! Sur les 640€ payés pour 4 nuits, il nous dédommage de 400€. Reste à nos frais: 240€ pour 5h sur place et ne pas y passer la nuit! Le problème n'est pas spécialement les souris, mais la réaction des hôtes et leur manque de prise responsabilité. C'est abusé. Nous avons été lésées: Trouver en toute urgence à nos frais un autre hébergement pour la nuit Et devoir quitter les lieux et rouler en pleine nuit noire. Et ensuite passer du temps le lendemain à essayer de retrouver un autre logement pour terminer notre séjour. Ces mots sont la vraie vie,la vérité: c'est ce qu'il s'est réellement passé. Et la réaction peu scrupuleuse de l’hôte du "jardin des guerisons" qui n’assument leur responsabilité et nous facturent 240€ pour être resté 5h que je qualifierais de honteuse. L'hôte du Jardin "des guérisons" ne répond pas à notre demande de remboursement total. Il fait l’autruche, il fait le mort. Mais qui accepterai de dormir avec des souris dens sa chambre et dans son sac?
PIETRO (4/5): Deludente - L'arredamento è gradevole e le stoviglie sono adeguate La strada per raggiungere l'appartamento è stretta, molto ripida e senza marciapiede, quindi pericolosa. Non sono riuscita ad usare il forno, la TV è inutilizzabile per i canali normali (manca l'antenna?) e la doccia è davvero orribile: quando si adopera si allaga buona parte del bagno, inoltre è delimitata da una tenda molto lunga e macchiata nella parte finale, forse ammuffita? Il panorama che si vede dalla casa non è bello come quello delle foto pubblicate. Nel letto c'era un solo lenzuolo, molto spiegazzato, e un piumino. La casa è molto calda, non abbastanza ventilata.

Marie (8/5): would definitely stay again but maybe not in February. - Quiet and private away from tourist areas. fantastic views. Host very nice. Not gushy about animals but Pancho is a great dog. Nothing. was a bit chilly when we arrived but our host very quickly got us a heater then things were much better.
Steven (9/5): Lovely time, mostly we hung around the villa, walked around the plantations and played with the dog - The view was phenomenal and the area around the house was excellent. It was great to look into the banana plantation. We liked the dog and we had a great massage each. There were two villas connected to each other, which suited us well as a party of five. They shared the pool which was nicely lit at night and had a view over the beach, with palm trees and cacti by the side of the pool and a brick built barbecue. Well, couldn't have been improved but this location is on a steep hill and to get anywhere the walks are hard. You really need a car. Some of the banana plantations nearby were a bit run-down but not the plantations at the villa which were well kept. And being on a hill is the reason the views across San Juan to Gomera are so special.
