- Inge (10/5): Sehr gut, buchen wir gerne wieder. - Die zentrale Lage und das man das Auto im Parkhaus abstellen kann. Die Zimmer waren gross und gemütlich. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut und es gibt in der Küche Abwaschmittel bzw. Taps für den Geschirrspüler, sowie Abwasch- und Trockentücher. Erst war ich entsetzt über das Zustellbett, aber es hat sich als sehr gut herausgestellt und ich konnte gut schlafen, aber ich finde man sollte dies nochmals explizit erwähnen.

- Olaf (8/5): - Dieses Konzept so ganz ohne Menschen ist schon speziell. Es gab Schwierigkeiten mit dem Zugang. Die konnte man zwar telefonisch klären, aber ich bevorzuge eine Rezeption mit echten Menschen. Der Eingang des Parkhauses war nicht ausgeschildert. Wir haben letztendlich in einem anderen Parkhaus geparkt.

Wenn man nachts durch die Tiefgarage irrt und der Weg zum Check-in-Automaten in keiner Weise ausgeschildert ist, gerät man ins falsche Treppenhaus. Und das ist nicht nur mir so gegangen. Das Personal an der Hotline hat natürlich auch keine Ahnung von der Lage vor Ort und kann deshalb keine Hilfestellung geben.

The lift broke down four times in 10 days; it kept getting stuck on the -1 floor. No one cleans the room, even if you’ve been staying there for 10 days and have put a ‘Please clean’ sign on the door. Those awful, enormous pillows that take up half the bed.

- Georgios (6/5): Good facilities but really bad support and instructions - Location Entrance and check-in during weekend is too complicated. They did not provide you with details on how to enter and how to do the check in and where. We had to wait outside in the cold for almost half an hour until enter the door. Then another struggle to do the check in with the machine that is hidden in a corner. Then they provide you with two different passcodes and you don’t know which is used where. Finally reception is not open according to the schedule provided online. Especially after 4pm they disappear and on Friday they didn’t even appear at all. Last thing, two times one of the mid doors were locked and we couldn’t open it. We called the remote reception and they told us that they know about this problem but they haven’t fixed it yet.

- Tamošiūnienė (9/5): Intensyvi, su tam tikrais iššūkiais, bet įdomi savaitė Zygene - Labai gerai išplanuotas, erdvus ir šviesus kambarys su visa reikalinga buitine įranga norint pasigaminti valgyti viešbutyje. Labai geras kambario apšvietimas, puiki garso izoliacija (šalia traukinių stoties, bet visiškai jokio triukšmo). Šalia viešbučio keli nedideli prekybos centrai, daug kavinių ir restoranų. Nenorint gam,inti patiems, pusryčius galima pavalgyti gretimose kavinėse. Atvykimas ir išvykimas. Atvykstant būtų gerai gauti bent jau išorinių durų kodą elektroniniu laišku iš anksto. Vėlai vakare reikėjo skambinti prie durų telefonu budinčiam, kad jis padiktuotų lauko durų kodą. Kambario kodui gauti reikėjo jau užsiregistruoti savarankiškai viduje žemutiniame aukšte. Vyresniam žmogui tai šiek tiek sudėtinga. Kodai ir instrukcija kaip patekti galėtų būti atsiųsti iš anksto. Išsiregistruojant irgi buvo problemų, nes išsiregistruoti reikėjo per QR kodą. Ten buvo neskladumų atpažįstant mano pavardę. Be to, nebuvo galimybės palikti lagaminų viešbutyje pasaugojimui iki išvykimo. 11.00 val. reikia palikti ne tik kambarį, bet ir viešbutį. Galima sakyti, kad šiame viešbutyje viskas valdoma per atstumą. Registratūroje žmogaus beveik nebuvo. Kambarius irgi tvarkėmės patys (nors man tai ne problema).

- Gabriele (9/5): - Das Appartment war sehr geräumig. Alles war neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Eincheck-Prozedur, nur online, keine Rezeption für Fragen, Zimmerkarte erschien nicht, wie im Autormat angegeben.
- Alejandro (10/5): Inmejorable - Simplemente perfecto: ubicación inmejorable, habitación perfectamente insonorizada (no se escuchaba absolutamente nada), limpieza de 10, todo nuevo, cama grande y cómoda, etc. Probablemente el mejor aparthotel en el que he estado. El check-in fue un poquito complicado, pero por lo demás, perfecto.

Unfortunately no one where at reception desk on that. I completely depended on customer service staff who didn't supported in committed time. I waited almost for 2 hours for checkin.

- karen (1/5): - El apartamento lindo y limpio Reservamos dos apartamentos: uno para mi amiga y su novio, y otro para mí y mi novio. Somos colombianas y nos hospedamos únicamente para pasar la noche de manera tranquila. Al momento de realizar el pago, la recepcionista nos indicó que en el lugar estaba prohibida la prostitución y que tenían cámaras, insinuando que habían ingresado varios hombres a los apartamentos. Esta acusación es completamente falsa. Únicamente ingresó mi novio a mi apartamento y el novio de mi amiga al suyo. Le pedí respetuosamente que, si afirmaba que habían entrado “muchos hombres”, nos mostrara las grabaciones que lo demostraran. Sin embargo, no pudo indicar ninguna hora ni evidencia concreta. Incluso me preguntó a qué hora había entrado mi novio, lo cual resulta contradictorio si supuestamente tenían registro claro de múltiples ingresos. Nos sentimos señaladas y discriminadas únicamente por ser mujeres latinas. En ningún momento incumplimos normas del establecimiento ni realizamos actividades indebidas. Simplemente estábamos haciendo uso legítimo de una reserva pagada. Además, no se nos permitió extender la estadía por una noche adicional, sin una justificación válida.
- Lutz (9/5): - So einfach zu finden und tolle Räume Das mit dem Parken war sehr teuer. Mehrfach an einem Tag rein und raus hat dann über Nacht nochmal den kompletten Tagespreis gekostet. Keine Ahnung wie man das hätte umgehen können. Konnte dazu leider niemanden fragen
