- Jota (6/5): Decepção com o booking - Primeiro, o BOOKING alugou o apartamento sem o proprietário saber que estavam locando no site, levaram um susto quando entrei em contato para pegar as chaves, não tinha roupa de cama, apartamento tava fechado e sem condições de receber hóspedes. O proprietário, muito atencioso, se comoveu com nossa dificuldade, já que entrei no site do booking para cancelar e obter a devolução do valor pelos motivos já relados acima, se prontificou a ir limpar o apartamento e deixa-lo em condições mínimas para receber hóspedes e ainda trazer umas roupas de cama e cobertores para nós. Nossa hospedagem só não foi desastrosa porque o proprietário é muito atencioso e amenizou a cagada que o Booking fez. DO BOOKING, ALUGOU UMA ACOMODAÇÃO QUE OS PROPRIETÁRIOS NEM SABIAM QUE ESTAVA DISPONÍVEL NO SITE DELES. TODO INCONVENIENTE E DIFICULDADE FOI CAUSADO PELO BOOKING NAO PELO PROPRIETÁRIO
