- Emmanuelle (10/5): - Nous devions séjourner une nuit à la Villa Guesthouse Albion et avons tellement aimé l’endroit que nous avons finalement prolongé notre séjour d’une nuit supplémentaire. Tout était réuni pour un excellent séjour ! La piscine est superbe et très agréable. La chambre est moderne, spacieuse et d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une literie particulièrement confortable. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est très bon et varié avec des gâteaux faits maison. Il est également possible de dîner sur place, et nous nous sommes régalés. L’établissement est familial et le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et attentionné. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

- Janet (10/5): Entspannte Tage in einer tollen Anlage - Gastfreundschaft der Betreiberfamilie war toll, ebenso die Kochkünste der Gastgeberin. Zimmer waren sehr großzügig, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet und durchdacht. Eine neue Anlage zum Wohlfühlen. -

Bei schönem und warmem Wetter könnte man sich draussen am/ im Pool aufhalten; leider kamen wir in der Nachsaison... Keine Menükarte für ein Nachtessen war vorhanden; die Küche war nicht in Betrieb. So suchten wir dann als einzige Gäste; auswärts eine Essensmöglichkeit. Als Getränk beim Frühstück wurden nur Wasser und Orangensaft angeboten; der bestellte Kaffee wurde zusätzlich verrechnet. Das Personal verstand kein Englisch; eine Kommunikation war kaum möglich. Beim Auschecken war niemand anwesend...
- Kristian Nikander (10/5): - Wonderful family run mini hotel and restaurant. Everything is built to high standards and well maintained. Great place to relax after a day of driving and why not several night. I also recommend their restaurant, beautifully constructed and delicious food. I'd suggest to offer filter coffee and hot water for tea at breakfast free of charge and charge for any premium products made to order. No I did not think it was a big deal to pay for it but I can understand that many guests find it out of place as it is standard for most basic breakfasts. I do not give a worse rating because of that since the positives make up for this. Just offering constructive feedback. Also is it possible to use washing machines at the premises? I found no information on this.
- Stephanie (6/5): Modern & nice, but no hospitality - The room was spacious, clean and modern. The daughter of the owner is friendly and understands the hospitality part better than her dad. We felt that the owner opened this place not because of hospitality, but to make a profit. We had a discussion about registration and he mocked us when we gave an answer he didn't like. None of the other places we were in Albania did they scan both of our passports. In the room there were multiple papers with rules and do's/don'ts, combined with the registration + argument, it gave us the feeling that he doesn't trust his guests. Besides that, offering 'free breakfast' while charging money for the cappucino's AFTER it's served, is not the right way to do your business.
- Urs (8/5): - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Unterkunft ist neu, erst 2 jährig. Das Frühstück fiel sehr mager aus. Spiegeleier und Omletten wurden kalt serviert. Es wurde kein Kaffee serviert, und musste separat bezahlt werden. Der Kaffee müsste im Frühstück inbegriffen sein. Wir waren 14 Tage in Albanien unterwegs, in anderen Unterkünften stand der Kaffee immer zur Verfügung. Nur an diesem Ort nicht

- Constanze (8/5): Schöne gepflegte Unterkunft mit Einschränkungen - Sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft, wir hatten den Pool fast für uns alleine :-) Wirklich sehr eintöniges Frühstück, nach zwei Tagen gab es nicht mal mehr Obst. Ständig waren bestimmte Dinge leer, man musste immer wieder um Nachschub bitten. Private Gespräche waren oft wichtiger. Die Lage ist ohne Auto eher schlecht. Zum Strand und in die nächste Stadt- zu Fuß sehr beschwerlich. Wir durften einmal die Räder der Familie nutzen, jedoch waren diese überhaupt nicht straßentauglich. Die Familie an sich ist nett, auf ihre Art- jedoch hatte man häufiger das Gefühl zu "stören", da die Familie lieber mit sich beschäftigt ist. Auch als wir Probleme mit unserem Mietwagen hatten, wurden erstmal Privatangelehenheiten erledigt. Man stellte uns spätere Hilfe in Aussicht. Als das Problem am nächsten Tag noch immer bestand, mussten wir uns selbst helfen. Die laute Musik am Pool war teilweise unerträglich.
- Annalisa (10/5): Una delle sistemazioni migliori del nostro viaggio itinerante. - Tutto curatissimo nei minimi dettagli. La guest house è a conduzione familiare ma è stata una delle uniche a richiedere i documenti e dove è stato possibile pagare con la carta di credito. Le zone comuni e la camera erano davvero perfette. La camera familiare aveva spazio sufficiente per tutti, ampio bagno, armadio capiente, zanzariera alla finestra (questa è l'unica zona in Albania dove ho trovato le zanzare) tende da giorno e tende oscuranti. Sistema avanzato di chiusura della porta, segnalazione no disturb e richiesta pulizia (anche se quando ho premuto il pulsante non è venuto nessuno). La colazione molto buona, così come la cena. Tutta la famiglia molto professionale, gentile e disponibile. Piccolo fraintendimento alla partenza. Il giorno prima c'era stato detto che dopo il checkout saremmo potuti rimanere in piscina tutto il tempo che volevamo ma la mattina mi hanno comunicato che per rimanere avremmo dovuto pagare. Abbiamo preferito partire.

Een hele lieve familie, die ons na een late aankomst nog een heerlijk avondmaaltijd had voorgeschoteld voor ons en de kinderen. - Brainbowbrain (9/5): - Ein schöner Ort um etwas abzuschalten. Das Essen war sehr gut und ist empfehlenswert es mal zu probieren. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr zuvorkommend und wir hatten netten Smalltalk. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man fühlt sich dort schnell Zuhause und willkommen. Die Poolbar ist gut ausgestattet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wir haben zwei Nächte dort verbracht und hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Am späteren Abend haben uns die Stechmücken etwas geplagt, aber das ist ja eben Natur und der Gastgeber kann dafür ja nichts. Die Schlafcouch ist etwas hart, aber für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt schon in Ordnung.

The interior is tastefully designed, reflecting significant investment of both effort and resources. The rooms are comfortable, featuring high-quality beds with exceptionally comfortable mattresses. The furnishings are upscale, with thoughtful and creative design elements throughout. The pool and garden area are outstanding. The owner’s daughter speaks English reasonably well and is always willing to assist with any inquiries. 1. The breakfast options were somewhat repetitive, though all the essentials were provided. However, I consider it a drawback that tea and coffee at breakfast were available only for an additional charge. 2. A major concern during our stay was that the pool and the adjacent bar area were regularly used by the owner’s friends, relatives, and acquaintances who were not hotel guests. This significantly impacted the sense of privacy and exclusivity for paying guests. In my opinion, this practice is entirely inappropriate for an establishment positioning itself as a hotel. 3. This is not necessarily a negative point, but it is something guests should be aware of: consuming your own beverages is not allowed on the hotel premises, including by the pool. There is a bar by the pool — beer prices are reasonable, but cocktails are overpriced. 4. During our stay, there were frequent power outages in the area. The hotel does have a diesel generator located in the garden, which ensures electricity is restored quickly, but the smell of diesel is noticeable when it’s running.

- Jiří (10/5): north of Tirana, close to the sea - Already the photos (before we came to the place) looked perfectly. The place is amazing, I highly recommend to visit and stay there. Newly opened appartments (everything needed for a stay even if you eventually decide to cook by yourself), stylish, very spacy, clean. Not a huge hotel, just few appartments in the villa. Garden (night-lit), parking on the property, pool to be ready for this summer. Restaurant within the property, buffet breakfasts. And finally the host family, we felt as at home, we got all advice needed, spent interesting talks, been prepared a food we wished. Plus, at very competitive price. I have nothing to mention, I wish there are more places like this one.

They were a family that manage the guesthouse and they were very welcoming. The property was easy to find because it was in the beginning of the road. It was the perfect night for new years. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable and there was everything you could ask for. They were clean and luxurious. It was the perfect room for a couple but even for a a couple with kids.
