• Albina (7/5): - The apartment itself is cozy, spacious, and located about a 40-minute walk from the city center, which is quite convenient. It has good potential for a comfortable stay if managed properly. Unfortunately, my experience was very stressful. First of all, when my flight was delayed, I informed the host in advance. I still arrived within the official check-in time (20:50, before the 21:00 deadline), but the host suddenly stopped responding. I was standing outside the building, unable to get in, and even asked people on the street to call the phone number provided – it was unavailable. I was in complete panic, not knowing where I would spend the night. Eventually, kind neighbors from the building helped me open the door so that I could enter the building and access the keys left under the code on the first floor, otherwise I would have been forced to sleep outside. On top of this, the apartment lacked even the most basic essentials – there was no toilet paper, no shampoo, no sponge for washing dishes etc. After a long trip, this was extremely inconvenient, as I had to go look for a place where can I buy it in the late evening time instead of being able to rest after long trip. Also, I found someone else’s hairs on the bed linen. Fortunately, there was a wardrobe with clean bedding, so I could replace it myself.

• Moore (2/5): Poor with no comfort. - what breakfast? No settee, only kitchen table and chairs. No safety hand rail on shower. Shower repeatedly went hot and cold. Stairs to "second bed room" loose. No iron. Overall very basic with little comfort. I will not be staying there again and not worth the money.

Parking is convenient using easy car app. the loft bedroom is not safe for occupant because of the stairs and the roof. some glasses and cups not clean.

The plug socket came away from the wall whilst plugging in the kettle to make a cup of tea and had to stay that way throughout our stay no good really!! And my daughter could not sleep in the mezzanine bed because she was to talk and could not stand up , so I had to sleep up there instead.

• Cassie (8/5): Nice apartment stay within easy reach of the centre - Property is as pictured. It’s on the first floor of an apartment building. Entrance was through the front building door (key), another entrance door on the level (key) and then the front door to the apartment (key) so it felt secure. The neighbourhood is nice and well connected with public transport. I think when you book this property, you have to take in consideration that if you’re spending most of your time in the centre, you will need to take public transport. There is only 1 bathroom which connected to the main bedroom and the second bed is located on a mezzanine as pictured. I still felt the mezzanine wasn’t cramped, albeit it’s not possible to stand. The washer/dryer is super helpful. The air conditioning works great - one cools the main bedroom and a second air conditioner cools the living area/ mezzanine. Bathroom looks newly renovated. Host was accomodating and friendly. Mosquitoes did somehow get into the property. Shower didn’t drain well.
