• PralinkaProductions (8/5): Overall, a comfortable stay, with great amenities and a convenient location. - The apartment is conveniently located just off the main road to Palm Beach. Situated on the ground floor beneath the owners’ residence, it features a comfortable one-bedroom layout with a living area and kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a small outdoor patio. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchenware. The gas heater in the living area was especially appreciated and made the space very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, modern, and thoughtfully appointed, with a heated towel rail and all toiletries provided. Additional amenities included access to a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and streaming services. Free parking was also available across the street. One downside was that noise from the house above could occasionally be heard, including footsteps, toilet flushing, and the shower running.

• Karolina (9/5): Overall, a great place for a reasonable price, which I highly recommend. - Communication with the host was excellent, including meeting our needs. I had very clear directions on how to get there. The apartment is very cozy and clean. It also has everything you need for a few days – including beach towels and kitchenware. Thank you for the yoga mats! Easy and quick access to the beach and local shops. The apartment's location makes it a bit difficult to get light inside. This is definitely a plus during the hot summer months, but not so great in the off-season.
• karen (10/5): Excellent location and peaceful - Very easy to get to from Sydney using the M1 bus changing at Pittwater where we got lunch then on the 199 which basically stops outside the driveway. Also accessible on 199 to Palm Beach. The property is adjoined to te owners house but has own private entrance and not interfered with in anyway. Leonie is a great host and had left easily understood instructions for appliances, milk, a couple of teabags, sugar, biscuits, there's easy access to the washer & dryer. The shower is great, bed comfy. Even beach towels in the cupboard. Lots of space and light. There isnt much to not like. A variety of beaches around too. Not a lot in terms of the value for money, host and location. Probably the only thing to mention is there isn't a supermarket nearby but its easy enough to jump on the bus to Pittwater and stock up. There is a couple of eateries within a few minutes walk.

• Porter (9/5): To short a stay - Everything, was clean, with great decor. Had no trouble finding the cutlery.ha ha. Very quiet, tranquil. Lots of games in cupboard Would highly recommend. A little far from the ⛱️ But we managed. Just a short drive. Sorry that we only stayed for 2 nights wished it had been longer.
• Kim (10/5): Would stay again and highly recommend to others for the comfort and location. - The location to attend a family wedding was excellent with the bus leaving virtually outside the driveway. It was close to a fabulous pizza place and we also took the bus to nearly Avalon Beach for breakfast one morning. It was quiet of a night and very convenient.
• Alan (8/5): A good short stay and would definitely stay there again. - An early check in due to family commitments was a relief and greatly appreciated. Cannot fault the hostess for communication and consideration. A well equipped and spacious studio accommodation. Well located and suited our purpose totally. Would definitely stay again. Fittings were a little dated and parking, while quite close by, was in a muddy area.

• Lara (10/5): Lovely! - We recommend! Beautiful guesthouse with everything you need. We are huge coffee drinkers, and they provided both coffee and milk, as well as some water. Location is great with a bus stop right outside the house that leads to all the nice beaches. Would defenetly come again!
