Wenn es preislich günstiger wäre und man nur 1-2 Tage etwas zum schlafen braucht ok aber für den Preis keine Empfehlung. Ich hatte nur ein Einzelzimmer und die Bewertung betrifft nur das Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich und top aber rest schlecht.

Лъжливо описание че предлага паркинг ,казаха че имат частен който може да се ползва,но цените бяха много високи (по 25€ на ден). Хотелът изобщо не отговаря на снимките ,няма спа ,няма фоайе даже ,супер тясно е навсякъде, едва влезнахме 2 човека с 2 куфата в асансьора, хигиената е покъртителна и според мен ,не трябва да съществува хотел с такава хигиена в стаите на центъра на Истанбул, пълна нула като цяло...

• Katharina (6/5): Great for low-budget, but no comfort - Super zentrale Lage, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Es gab jeden Tag neue Handtücher und der Rezeptionist war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war extrem klein, es blieb kaum Platz für meine Reisetasche. Die Wände waren sehr hellhörig, ich konnte sogar das Schnarchen aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören. Die Dusche war nicht sauber und der Abfluss verstopft…
• ANA ISABEL (8/5): Buena estancia. - La ubicación y el personal. Las habitaciones suficientes en tamaño y comodidad. Buena relación calidad precio. Los baños necesitan más cuidado. Es un hotel para gente joven puesto que no tiene ascensor desde el primer piso.

• Yang Chrysostomos (7/5): - Convenient location in Sirkeci and within walking distance from Hagia Sophia, Archaeological Museum, Yeni Camii, Spice Bazaar, Eminonu and Karakoy Bridge, which is a main reason for my return to this hotel. I told hotel staff on the first morning of my stay (after the first overnight sleep) that the shower is broken. He said he will look into it. That night when I came back from a day of sightseeing, I realised nothing was fixed. Since there happened to be no one at the reception, I had to wait till the next morning to tell the staff's colleague again, and there was absolutely no record on their end to remind them that my shower needs to be fixed. The second staff said since it was weekend, it will be fixed on Monday, by which time I had already checked out. Not impressed with this negligence, but otherwise okay.

Банята беше в потресаващо хигиенно състояние. Най-вероятно никога не е почиствана. Местоположението е централно, но изключително шумна, понеже се намира точно на главна улица. И накрая персонала - изключително груб и неучтив, и почти не говори английски.

It’s located in an excellent and very safe area, with a tram station nearby that makes it easy to get around, you can reach the Grand Bazaar quickly. The reception guys were absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They even arranged a taxi for me to the airport the day before at a very good price and made sure I woke up on time for it. The internet connection was fast and reliable, and the rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. This hotel really makes you feel like you’re part of the Istanbul atmosphere. Highly recommended!

• Szabó (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is perfectly placed, everything can be reached under 20 minutes. It is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is also delicious and good portion. But the biggest plus is the staff. Istanbul is a big chaos, but with Mohamed and Cinan it’s much easier, they help with everything instantly.

• Lujain (4/5): Disappointing - The reception personal were nice and cooaprative in general First of all no elevator from the ground floor, the elevator start from the first floor, although the guys working there helped us with the bags. The hotel is really noisy and in the middle of the street where you can hear everyone in the street and the next room while talking, the rooms had alot of dead flies. In the morning an incident happened, my booking were including breakfast but the receptionist said i booked it wrong and there is no breakfast is included and kept bargain about it for 30 minutes, then i asked him to show me where does it shows no breakfast only bed so i can send it to booking for compensation, he did opened another system and found our reservation with the breakfast and gave us the cards.
• Basha (10/5): Very good - The location is the best in Istanbul, because is next to the metro stations as well as Eminonu bazaar. Therefore you can access many restaurants and shops. All recepsionist guys were very friendly and helpful to me. Furthermore i broke my phone and they assisted me in finding service center and repair it. I took the room without breakfast therefore i do not know how the food in hotel is. On top of that i like the personel. What i did not like is that the single room was a little bit small and no working desk was provided due to the surface are of the room. But the price is quite affordable therefore it can justify the room size and amenities.

However, the staff is very friendly and helpful once you understand the way it is. Ask and they will happily provide the service. I had a room upgrade from the moment I arrived and the room I stayed had a beautiful streer view and was comfortable for a short stay.

The room was cleaned daily and the room was although small, perfectly furnished and functional. The room was modern and perfect for my stay. The people in the room next door to me were very noisy, more than twice, which was very annoying. But this was not the fault of the hotel’s, but merely inconsiderate individuals.

The best part is the prime location of the property: close to lots of fantastic restaurants and public transport. The room was very small and a fridge would’ve been nice. The hairdryer in my room wasn’t working nor the TV remote’s off button.

Would recommend for budget minded travellers They gave me the wrong room and I was given the key to an already occupied room. Even though they quickly fixed it, it left me a but jarred and scared about security. Also, the blinds for the patio door were not wide enough and let a lot of light into the room.

• Victoria (7/5): Good - The location is excellent, the center of the city. The staff is very friendly, is ready to help with any problem. There is everything necessary in the room: conditioning, wifi, hear dryer, shampoo and shower gel. The bed linen and towel was not as clean as expected and the pillow was uncomfortable. There were some small insects in the room, although I did not noticed them to bite me.
