• Christian (6/5): War ok für unser Wochenendtrip ansonsten - Die Größe für vier Personen war angenehm Lebensmittel waren noch im Kühlschrank vom Vorgänger. Kühlschranktür defekt.Duschen war eine Katastrophe( Schlauch zu kurz und knickte immer ab, somit kein Wasser, Duschwand stand nicht fest, um Badtür schließen zu können musste immer umgeräumt werden. Plissee im Schlafzimmer defekt

• Rafael (8/5): - El piso , es acogedor. La zona, está a menos de 5 minutos del metro y a dos paradas del centro, pero allí donde está la entrada del metro es un parque y por las noches no se ve seguro.
• Iryna (9/5): Квартира знаходиться в близькому до метро місці. - Квартира була тепла, чиста. Ліжка комфортні, є каво машина, але без капсул, також не було чаю. Пральна машина з сушкою, великий плюс. До вокзалу можна пройти пішки, зайняло з дітьми 20 хв, але там і класні кафе, магазини. Не працював чайник

• Milovan (4/5): Horrortrip... - Von dort weg zu kommen Eine einzige Katastrophe, der Code kam zwar zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt, aber es fehlten Detail Infos die das Schloß entsperren lassen, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter eine Bodenlose Frechheit, hebt den Telefon Hörer nicht ab & schreibt nur DUMME Nachrichten. Die Gegend eine absolute No-Go Area sobald die Sonne untergeht ist Polizeischutz angesagt! Der Vermieter passt sich der Gegend absolut an & wertschätzende kommunizieren ist dem Fremd! 2 Doppelbetten versprochen, aber nur eines Vorhanden, weil bei der Ecksitzgarnitur, die als zweites Doppelbett fungieren soll, die Schlafmöglichtkeit zum ausziehen nicht funktionierte!!!

• Kateryna (9/5): Зручна квартира, поруч транспорт, метро, магазини і дитячий майданчик. - Гарне розташування, є все необхідне (посудомийна машина, пральна машина з режимом сушки), просторо. Зупинялися 2 дорослих і 2 дітей. Була кавоварка але капсул не було.

• Chin Yee (9/5): - The apartment is spacious and clean. Very near to the metro station and bus station. There are many grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. The WIFI was not working during the night when we checked in, but it was quickly fixed the next day.
• Katja (2/5): Mehr Schein als sein!!! Niemals Deluxe!!! - Super war ehrlich gesagt nur die Lage!!! U-Bahn und Tiefgarage in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter unfreundlich! Wohnung dreckig (Gläser, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Terrasse...) Schlafzimmer: Jalousien kaputt Küche: Kühlschranktür kaputt, uralte Lappen zum Auswaschen (igitt!!!) Wohnzimmer: Tischplatte wackelt wie verrückt, Steckdose kaputt, Fernseher ohne Sender Bad: Glasablage über Waschtisch extrem locker (bitte nicht anfassen), Brausehalter extrem locker (bitte nicht anfassen), Brausestange nicht benutzbar, da ohne Halter, nicht hinter die Waschmaschine schauen (da lebt es), Wasser läuft in der Wanne nicht ab, Spiegelschrankleuchte als Spiegelschrankleuchte angeschlossen (hier war kein Handwerker am Werk), die Montage der Wannenarmatur sollte man auch nicht anschauen und nur sehr vorsichtig betätigen (Verbrennungsgefahr/Montagefehler) WC: WC-Sitz locker (Vorsicht!!!), Fliegenschutzgitter gerissen Terrasse: eine Katastrophe (siehe Bilder) Wir können die Wohnung überhaupt nicht empfehlen!

• fcenteno_86 (6/5): Not as good as pictures shows - The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is large, but nowhere near ‘Deluxe’. It’s clear that the host doesn’t put much care into maintaining it. Despite previous complaints from other guests, the issues remain: the fridge door is broken, the shower hose is such poor quality that you can’t shower standing up, the blind in the main bedroom is broken, and the mosaic-style chairs are broken (and dangerous for small children). The bed sheets were also very old, with an unpleasant texture. But what I disliked the most was definitely feeling scammed by the terrace photos. Beware: they are misleading, and I’ve already reported it to Booking. The terrace is nowhere near as spacious as shown, and it doesn’t have artificial grass. We could barely use it, other than sitting for a short while to enjoy the view. Lastly, the Wi-Fi runs on a SIM card, and once the prepaid data ran out, a lady had to come over to replace the SIM.
• Sabrina (9/5): - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Dachterasse ein Traum. Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Betten sehr komfortabel. Kühlschrank war die Tür leider defekt. Keine Möglichkeit die Duschbrause aufzuhängen. Fernseher zwar vorhanden, man konnte aber keine Sendungen schauen.

Polecamy tę miejscówkę. - Super lokalizacja, przestronny apartament z super opcją odpoczynku na dachu z widokiem na Wiedeń Prześcieradło oraz ręczniki były nieświeże, miały brzydki zapach. Warto zwrócić na to uwagę następnym razem.
• Marjella (8/5): Top appartement met top ligging. - De ligging, de bedden en de ruimte in het appartement. We hebben een super tijd gehad in het appartement en zouden het zeker ook mensen aanraden tijdens een bezoekje aan Wenen! Mochten we terug gaan naar Wenen zouden we zeker dit appartement weer boeken. Het enige wat ons een beetje tegenviel was de douche. Je kon je niet goed staand douchen.
• Diana (7/5): Ruim appartement, maar wel met gebreken. - Locatie. Mooi uitzicht op dakterras. Gunstige ligging m.b.t. OV. Gebreken in appartement: kapotte koelkastdeur, kapotte douche-stanghouder en tekort douchestang. Dus niet goed kunnen douchen in bad. Defecten gemeld aan eigenaar, wel gelijk reactie. Maar we hadden de indruk dat de defecten al langer aanwezig waren. Jammer dat er niks aan gedaan is. Vlekken in slaapbank. Kapotte verduistering slaapkamer.

• Desislav (8/5): Very good - Location was amazing and inside the apartment there was everything you need for your stay. Host was very nice and give us possibility for early check-in. Wi-fi and TV were not working , our host try to help us , but it was Sunday and sadly it was not possible

Check in should be at 2pm , No one answered the phone or contacted us . we finally got the entrance code around 1:30pm after a friendly local girl helped us to contact them. 2. The room hadn't prepares well, They even not did urndown service , we had to prepare bed linen for ourselves. 2. The worst thing that we never met . There were 2 men broke into the apartment , they rang door bell then opened the door. How did they get the entrance code? Such a bad experience. We won't recommend anyone to stay here.

• Szilvia (10/5): Spacious apartment in great neighborhood - Awesome, spacious apartment in a quiet street in the Favoriten district. Sparkling clean with great amenities. Great view from the roof terrace! Parking garage, subway stop, cafés and multiple grocery stores just a few steps away. We enjoyed the lively, safe neighborhood.
• Nikolina (10/5): Great apartment for reasonable price - Great apartment with all the facilities. Balcony and the rooftop, beautiful view. The quarter isn't safe for family. Unfortunately nothing happened to us, but people on the street warned us that woman with kids shouldn't walk alone outside, there is too many violence.

• Marcin (10/5): Beautiful and calm property, great location with excellent view, cosy apartment - Very good location, close to Reumannplatz underground station. The flat is neat, well decorated. It is two-storey, so you can eat breakfast or dinner on the upper floor or even on the terrace, which has a great view of the city. In fact, I can't really have any significant complaints about the property. There were not enough tea bags for 4 people. Normally, we would buy tea in a shop, but on our trip the shops were closed due to the festive day, so we couldn't do that. The door of the freezer were broken but but managed to open.

• Veronika (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice and clean. Underground parking and U-bahn were very close. The owner communicated immediately. We had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop with a view of the city. We would definitely come back when we visit Vienna again.

• Svitlana (10/5): Exceptional - The best appartement I ever seen: nice design, good quality of everything inside including toilet paper, carpets, appliances and marrasse - that is very important for me. I found a few stores around where could buy water and necessary food. There is a nice park next to I could jogging in the morning. I like walking so easily did 20 minutes to reach Belvedere park. The host was really helpful with finding taxi. The view from the balcony on the roof I already posted on my Instagram 😁👌Next time I’ll stay longer for sure. I was sad leaving apartment. I wanted to stay longer.

• Alt (9/5): Superb - Nice roomy Appartment on the top Floor with an extra coffee & breakfast room in a kind of conservatory (Wintergarten) on the next floor. Access to a terrasse with a broad view over Vienna including two lying beach chairs. Quick access to the ubahn which covered the main locations. As appartment was just newly renovated and opened for booking.com some minor things are still on going and going to be better. Nevertheless overall 5.stars.
• Mariska (9/5): Amazing apartment, perfect location close to public transport and shops and restaurant nearby. - location is 2 min from metro station and 15 min walk from Vienna Hauptbahnhof. there are a lot restaurants and a Hofer just 5 min from the apartment. The apartment was amazing, very cosy and comfortable the sofa bed was so nice I slept on it without turning it into a bed. there is a Nespresso machine and you can cook while looking through the window with a nice overview of Vienna. I will certainly book it again when visiting Vienna. the doors of the refrigerator were 'broken' so you need to open the doors twice hope they will repair it and then it is an absolutely perfect apartment.
