• Rebekah (10/5): Perfect! - The property was beautiful and relaxing. Inside the guest house was clean and inviting. Our family stayed only one night travelling through but would happily stay longer if time allowed.

Air con throughout was on for arrival. Entertainment for 5 year old - really liked the bricks and games supplied in the cupboard. Very comfortable bed. Super friendly hosts. • Wolff (10/5): I would highly recommend "Cherry Mango Guesthouse" to all travellers! - We loved the fact that we were out amongst Australian bushland and yet felt very close to civilization. It was quiet and peaceful. Would love to have stayed longer but had to be home the next day. No covered parking for vehicle in the event of bad weather for loading and unloading.

• Lianne (9/5): Fijne tussenstop op weg naar het noorden - Wat een rust en ruimte! Fijne plek voor 1 nacht op weg naar het noorden, maar als we meer tijd hadden, zou ik hier best wat langer blijven. Grote slaapkamers met genoeg bedden voor een gezin, mooie badkamer. En gezellige begroeting door de eigenaren en hun honden. Keuken is niet heel uitgebreid, 1 elektrisch kookplaatje en wel meer elektrische pannen maar niet ideaal voor een uitgebreide maaltijd.
• Dianne (10/5): We didn't want to leave. - Our hosts for the weekend were very accommodating to all our needs. The location is very peaceful. We sat on the verandah drinking a cuppa and watched the sun come up. We were a group of four and we all agreed that our weekend was excellent.

• Katie (10/5): A hidden gem, the hosts were lovely and the guesthouse was immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable. - The guesthouse is spacious and has everything you need for a ‘home away from home’ There isn’t anything to dislike about this property.

• Ingrid (10/5): Great stop over for the family to break up a long drive. - It was located a short distance from the main road, so we didn’t do a big detour, but felt very tranquil as though we were far from everything. It was comfortable and had everything we needed including a two plate stove and cookware (although we used the BBQ) for doing a little dinner.

• David (10/5): WOW a magnificent 2 bdr house in a beautiful setting & I'd rate the property & hosts an 11 out of 10 - WOW what a beautiful setting and a magnificent 2 bedroom house. Size, fitout and amenity was amazing. It was a little bit out of Childers - we opted for the quiet - didn't want to stay near the main road with all of the traffic noise running through Childers so Cherry Mango guesthouse was a great choice when we did our search on Booking.com. We were greeted by Megan and Gerry - fabulous hosts, beautiful people who gave us a brief introduction to the property and were there if we needed anything. Inside the residence was a fitout I would love to have in my house, beautiful big bedrooms, fans, airconditioning, TVs, beautiful bathroom, and the water was so soft and sweet - pure clean rainwater. At night we sat outside for a while and just looked up into the starry sky - so clear and everything seemed so close. I would give the property and hosts an 11 out of 10 and 6 stars - highly recommended as a venue for a few nights. The Booking.com directions to the Cherry Mango Guesthouse were a bit vague - fortunately our hosts gave us some more relevant and accurate directions to the property.

It really was lovely and away from everything. Close enough to town if needed. We only stayed one night but the kids didn't want to leave.

It had absolutely everything you could need and every detail was thoughtfully considered. Very comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us. We wanted somewhere quiet, slightly off the beaten track in nature but not to far away from down (just a few mins). Our French guests loved the nature, birds, kangaroos etc. The guests were lovely, friendly and helpful. We loved this stay. It was just one night on our way further north but if we were to erxplore the Childers region we would have liked to stay longer. Nothing
