• Oscar (9/5): Sea views from your balcony in Benidorm :) - Vistas únicas y muy buena localización :) Apartamento muy cómodo y práctico. Zona muy turística y algo ruidosa. No tuvimos electricidad a la llegada porque los plomos estaban bajados (no entendí por qué)
• Paul van der Wijst (4/5): Nooit meer. - Leuk uitzicht. Goede bedden voor zolang ik erin heb kunnen slapen. Eilanders vierden in benidorm een paardenrace dus dan weet je het wel. Appartement heeft geen geluidsisolatie dus met eilanders naast je weet je het wel. Ben in de huiskamer gaan slapen op de zeer oncomfortabele bank. Over het algemeen de prijs niet waard.

• June (7/5): - Location it wast the best weather I know it was Xmas but torrential rain a bummer. Neighbors moved in on our last day and could hear them talking I had to sleep on the sofa couldn't sleep in room because of noise.

• Mike (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to book the apartment again. - Located right on the strip so if you like the night life this is a perfect place to stay Everything you need is in the apartment including iron, hair dryer and washing machine so you don't have to take too many clothes. Also the kitchen although small does have everything you need including a microwave, hob and oven if you get fed up of Kebabs and Pizza. I was impressed how easy it was to get in to the property when we first arrived, you are given a code for the main gate and the keys are in a coded lock box right outside the apartment door, a video was included guiding you on how to get in on your initial visit which I thought was a great idea. I have to mention the communication with the property was first class, every message I sent was answered quickly and there was nothing they wouldn't do for you including dropping another key off for us. Lastly the WIFI was excellent so it is worth bringing a firestick or other device if you want to watch any streaming services during your stay. As I said it is on the strip so it can get noisy but if you are one of the party animals it probably won't bother you. The water pressure isn't the best but not bad enough to spoil a shower unless you like it very hot. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sit on and probably better to use one of the chairs provided on the balcony.

• Moore (1/5): - Nothing at all, we had one key and thought nothing of it, we has one night then the second day of our stay, the apartment was broken into , can I just say there was no forced entry so someone has had a second key, valuables were taken,sentimental items which will never be replaced, perfume and clothing, I phoned the rental office and was told to go to police which I did , I was then told to RING POLICE even though I waited to speak to someone in the police station, they said if no one spoke English !then to ring another emergency number and they might send an officer out although there was no guarantee of this, I then emailed the office again and they did say to go to the rental office , which I could not open on the link that was sent of maps, I then had an email from Veronica to say she had suggested I called in and they help tourist in situations like this, a lock change was then suggested however a time could not be given, I was with my partner and my sister and the 3 of us could not settle then decided to pay another 500 to go to a safe hotel , this experience had spolit the holiday completely, I should of waited at the apartment all day for a possibility of a visit from the police to file a report to be able to claim my loss to the insurance, I was so shook up about it and just thought I need to get out of the unsafe apartment, we did move out and then had a call to say the locksmith was at the apartment, we went back as we had some more items to pick up, we waited for the locksmith to change the locks and put them straight into the key pad, as I no longer wanted to stay there, I emailed the rental place about compensation and was told that they were not responsible for items in the apartment although there was no safe deposit box either! As above , as explained these are very unsafe apartments and feel so let down.

• Marisol T. (9/5): Apartamento fenomenal pero en zona inglesa. - El apartamento fenomenal, vistas al mar y muy limpio. Y además con parking comunitario. La zona, es una pena, está en la zona inglesa, a partir de las 10 de la noche, si no eres inglés evita esa zona. Una pena.

• LESLEY (1/5): Absolutely terrible, DO NOT BOOK!!! - Only comment is its right on the strip! We arrived with the instructions from the property owners, we had 2 different instructions one saying apartment B and other apartment C, my husband left me in the car to find the keys to the apartment, he went to apartment C to find a family inside there, not realising that ours was actually apartment B, so the company really needs to give correct information! We got the keys parked up, the car park is small so finding a spot is tricky but managed to grab a space. Went to the apartment through a rough looking door, the lift was dodgy and unstable, the whole building is old and looked like it could do with a make over! Arrived at apartment B which is on the 9th floor, it had a funny smell when we entered the door, we opened the main patio door to let some air in the place. The toilet didn't flush very well and at some stage it stopped flushing! There was no tea towel even if you wanted to make a cuppa or anything, no complimentary shampoos ect in the dated bathroom. The beds are totally uncomfortable, a dip in the middle of the double bed, the pillows were flat and rank with no support. The apartment itself is old and dated, the paint was coming off the doors in the bathroom. Bathroom was small and cramped. We went out around 9pm to grab a bite after travelling we set the aircon at 17 with all windows closed having to add, as it was a hot night, came back to water dripping all over the floor, it stunk to hell which is not good as a health hazard. It was too late to contact anyone, so i messaged the company to notify them off this, they came back to me well over a day but at this point we decided that we could not stay in this hell hole and decided to leave the next day. Next door which was apartment C had noisy children shouting through the walls. SO DO NOT BOOK THIS HELL HOLE !!!!!! The apartment needs to be taken off the booking system, the property owner clearly did not care and it ruined our mini break in Benidorm, so please avoid!

Y para completar nos quedamos sin desayunar se nos fue la luz y nadie nos comunicó el corte electrónico y con niños fatal!!

Little run down, door wood rotting, old mismatched furniture on balcony and door handle kept falling off in utility room. Air con also isn’t great, bedroom far too hot.

• Anne-marie (8/5): Honest review - Apartment was clean and fairly modern with a lovely see view. Cannot fault it at all. Having not been to Benidorm before had no idea of the location it was in. It's basically a mental crazy strip with lots of chaos and very drunk people. I would describe it as almost like a red light district at night with near naked dancers and all sorts of strip clubs, we had a ten year old with us who was traumatised walking through it. I will add this is not any fault of the apartment owners, only adding this in so that future guests know the area it is is.

• Lucie (9/5): Fantastic apartment for nights out on the strip! - Fantastic location, right on the strip, minutes walk from the beach and only 10 minutes walk from the Av Europa bus stop from/to airport. Shower is really good, well equipped kitchen, good size apartment. Video and instructions of how to access property really clear and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. 11am checkout and nowhere to leave bags as our flight wasn’t until evening. Found somewhere to store bags for €5 about 10 minutes walk though, looks like a money exchange from outside but they also store bags. It wasn’t clear that the apartment block door (only closed at night) had the same entry code as the gates so that caused a bit of frustration the first night until we worked that out! Also the button to open the gate from the inside is near the front door not the gate - red button on the left as you go down the steps! No chairs/loungers at pool but we were happy to go to the beach. Apart from that it was really good and would definitely stay again.

Will definitely use thus apartment again as it was right on the strip and close to the beach. Was also great communication. Highly recommend.

It’s an ideal setup for both comfort and accessibility! If nightlife isn’t your main focus, be aware that the music from the nearby strip can get quite loud, especially in the evenings. It’s something to consider if you’re looking for a quieter stay, as the vibrant nightlife scene might spill over into the surrounding area.
• Christopher (8/5): Good location, nice apartment but a few minor things would of made it perfect - Location was very good Could have been a bit cleaner, shower head holder was broke we reported it upon arrival didn’t get any response.
• Stacey (8/5): Great girls holiday! - Great location just off the main strip and around the corner from the beach. The apartment was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and it is a beautiful sea view from the balcony. Staff were helpful/Flexible with check in times and allowed us early check in as the room was ready. The WiFi worked great all over the apartment. Make sure to DOUBLE bolt the door when you leave the apartment. Two different groups told us their apartment had been broken into and money taken. It wasn’t advised in the apartment check in information to do this and we probably would have been caught out if the ladies hadn’t let us know, as the two locks on the doors take a little getting used to & you assume one will be okay. Could be loud at night (but obviously you’re right in the middle of all the action on the strip). No sun beds or chairs by the pool.

Perfect No instructiins on how to switch light/fan on in bedroom, we are not techno phobes but just couldnt work it out. Water pressure in bathroom sink was just a trickle but thats being picky

• Jessica (9/5): Perfect location for a saty in benidorm as long as you don’t mind a bit of noise from the bars. We loved it and it didn’ - Close to everything, modern and well kept We had no air con the first night but that was resolved the next day so don’t really have anything bad to say
• Carl (7/5): Good - It’s location literally right on the strip, it was clean and the pool was small but nice When we booked it said two beds and a sofa bed to accommodate 5 people when we got there it was 1 bed and 2 sofa beds which was more of an inconvenience and annoyance, than a deal breaker

• Sean (3/5): Poor - The location was excellent Initially there was only one set of keys which caused a lot of problems,I asked for a second set which i got,problem was they were the wrong keys,at one point I had to sit outside the main door for 45 minutes at 3am waiting for someone to leave the building,,i also received an accusatory message regarding a missing hairdryer,I wasn't happy about that.the apartment was listed as 2 bedrooms,the second of which contained a sofa bed which was truly awful,I slept on the other sofa my whole stay
• Joey (10/5): SPACIOUS,CLEAN, AND SECURE - Has everything you need like home ...all modern appliances and really spacious and with the added benefit of a secure entrance to the complex this apartment would definitely suit mature couples, really close to the beach, also you have private parking so would suit anyone renting a car I would highly recommend, 10/10 plan to book this apartment again in the future
