Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
1) In-person check-in for EUR 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
Weekends: EUR 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
2) Free self-check-in by collecting the keys from a secure box at Calle Valencia 182.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Nikita (1/5): - It’s big It was dirty Cockroaches all over the bathroom Someone’s dirty clothes and underwear found in the bathroom They were late with check in said we can check in from 3 but they guy told us to wait as the property was not ready. Had to pay for check in.

- Julianna (9/5): - 8-an indultunk neki Barcelonának és ezt a szállást választottuk, nagyon jo helyen volt közel volt a reptér ( kb 20 perc taxival) ,közvetlen melette supermarketek amik éjjel is nyitva voltak,tengerpart az út másik felén és a belváros is szépen megközelithetö akár gyalog vagy van buszmegállo és metro is a közelben.Szallásado kedves volt,a lakás szép tágas volt böven elfértünk és mindannyiunknak volt melegvíz.szivesen választanám még egyszer ugyanezt a szállást Hátso szobában a fürdöszoba ajtót nem lehetett becsukni csak behajtani de egyéb probléma nem volt
- HERMAN EXPO (1/5): nie polecam - wielkość apartamentu zimna woda, rozwalone klamiki w drzwiach od łazienek, słabo wyposażona kuchnia, pokrzywione łużka, jak był jakiś problem brak kontaktu z właścicielem, po wykąpaniu się dwóch osób leciała pod prysznicem zimna woda i następne osoby musiały czekać min 2 godziny zanim nagrzeje się woda, z awarjami trzeba było sobie radzić samemu ogólny brak kontaktu z obsługą, po zakończonym pobycie brak kontaktu z obsługą i brak wystawionego rachunku/faktury mimo próśb wysłanych maili do obiektu jak i przez booking zero odpowiedzi, definitywnie nie polecam ogólnie porażka
- nuno (3/5): Péssima - A localização 5 dias 2 famílias nao deixam papel higiénico deixam só uma pastilha para a máquina de lavar louça , Nem detergente para lavar a mão , loiça imunda nos armários , cadeiras e sofás manchados pior que uma casa de …., porta da casa de banho que não fecha , chuveiros degradados , porta de entrada que com sorte consegues abrir em 5 minutos , tv sem sinal só internet , toda a casa sem o mínimo de cuidado

- Charlotte Demant (6/5): God beliggenhed i forhold til strand og by, lækkert med stor terrasse men dyr og nedslidt - Beliggenhed (tæt på lækker strand og ok afstand til centrum), terrassen, rumfordeling Meget slidt, flere ting var i stykker/slidt ned, meget få køkkenting, dårlig/svær kommunikation med udlejer som konsekvent skrev på spansk, ufleksibel/bøvlet/dyr indtjekning - enten skal man hente nøglen 6 km fra adressen eller betale 30 Euros for at få nøglen til adressen og den var så en time forsinket, og kun muligt at få en nøgle hvilket er meget bøvlet til så stor lejlighed- vi var fx tre familier

- Franco (3/5): Not worth the money - Good check in service at 23:30 (paid 70€ extra) by agent. Location is good. Apartment is very spacious. Really old furniture, everything is outdated or damaged. There was rust in the bathtub. We had no hot water since they did not turn on the boiler nor had AC. We figured it out by ourselves by turning up the switch in the electrical board, since guest service via WhatsApp did not respond. There was bad smell coming from the kitchen where the boiler was placed. Generally not worth the money.
