• MONICA (7/5): No customer service - Good location, close to the metro station. Clean. No answers to questions or big delay in answering without providing solutions. If you need the invoice don't go there as they don't reply at all on this point, on any of the communication channels. The reltionship management is very poor, who welcomes you and comes at check out doesn't speak english and is not able to help at all. Poor disposal equipment (not much toilet paper), non chicken paper, no shower/shampoo products. There is no door between the room and the saloon, this is not specified
• Jose Antonio (5/5): - La ubicacion Colchon de la cama deformado y sofa cama mejorable. Tuvimos la mala suerte de una noche lluviosa en la que el ruido provocado por el agua en una cornisa de chapa exterior, asi como los bajantes a la vista de las aguas pluviales, nos impidieron pegar ojo.
• Aurea (8/5): Séjour appréciable. - Appartement bien situé. Accès rapide au métro. Proche du Stade Santiago Bernabeu 20mn à pied. Commerces et cafétérias à proximité. Très propre. Le lit et le canapé lit ne sont pas très confortables, la poignée de douche n'était pas bien fixée, Plinthes en bois qui n'étaient pas bien fixées au mur côté chambre. Mis à part cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid.

• Pablito Soba (6/5): - La ubicación era buena para ser un apto que no esta en el centro. Tiene facilidad de locomoción y todos los servicios cerca. El apto está bien equipado en lo que refiere a electrodomésticos. La comunicación con el/los responsables no existe, enviamos más de un mensaje tanto por Booking y wapp y no contestaron, ni si quiera el último al retirarnos del piso. Los colchones prácticamente no existen, en ambas camas era como dormir sobre la parrillas. La cama principal tenia las sabanas quemadas.
• Gorana (5/5): - The staff welcomed us late at night and gave us a location where we could get food since the grocery stores work until 9pm or 10pm. The AC worked great. The smell of the humidity was noticable from the start. We thought we could get use to it at first, but it was a bit overwhelming after some hours. It is a little better after opening the windows, but the smell is still there. The cleanness of the apartment is very poor. Our socks were black after some time of walking through the apartment. Water was coming out of the shower. It is sometimes normal that that happens, but this was puddles and puddles of water that was coming out. We had to use two towels to clean it all up. Also, the bed is uncomfortable and some of the pillows were even ripped at the edges. At our last night of the stay someone knocked on our door very hard, we got pretty scared because the door is literally on the street.. I knew that before coming here but we thought the neighborhood was alright.

• Luciano (7/5): Good apartment in a central location. Super clean! - Position, cleaning status. Bad smell from the bedroom. I guess it is humidity. It is not possible to keep the window open in the bedroom as there is not an external net to avoid that mosquitos or other small animals can enter the room.
• Nielsen (3/5): Location was good, smell of the pace was just terrible - Location was perfect We picked as it was 2 blocks away from our family The smell of the place was awful It was like mould or sewer The bathroom was dirty The bed was the worst we ever tried to sleep in Tried the fold out couch too but not much better The skirting boards weren’t attached to the bedroom walls A lamp in the lounge that had no where to plug it in Shower door handle broken and bath towels provided were paper thin Overall we were not impressed by this place Which is saying something as we are pretty laid back people Takes a lot to make us not happy
• Greg (9/5): Superb - Location was great. Close to subway. It was clean and AC was nice. Bed mattress was very firm
• Milovanović (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect, not far from the city center and all main points in Madrid, friendly neighbourhood, a lots of supermarkets and cafés nearby. The apartment is on the groundfloor, was nice and clean, good wifi Internet, modern kitchen. The couch bad wasn't that much comfortable, could be left more towels
