The place is so close to idrive we never had to use our car. Another thing I noticed was that it was very clean and welcoming also the rooms were pretty cool. Also the parking is free. We will definitely be back again. 👍

• reynald ascencio (10/5): - Honestly, this private room in Orlando was lowkey a steal for the price I paid . Bed was crazy comfy, knocked out in seconds after being out all day. Wi-Fi was fast, no annoying lag or anything. The little kitchenette came in clutch too. Host was chill, didn’t bug me but replied quick when I needed something. Location was solid, close to everything but still quiet, which I didn’t expect. Felt safe the whole time. No weird vibes at all. I’d 100% stay here again, no question.

Overall, i will be booking again in future please contact me on my personal number as I travel frequently to Orlando. I really appreciated having my own refrigerator and microwave in the room—it made it feel more like a hotel than just a shared home. The host also provided access to the kitchen and living room, which were both tidy and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth with a lockbox, so I didn’t have to coordinate arrival time. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and I had no trouble finding parking. A couple things to keep in mind: since it’s a private room, you will hear occasional noise from the host or other guests in common areas. It wasn’t excessive, but if you’re expecting total privacy like a hotel, this isn’t that. Amenities were a nice bonus—Wi-Fi was fast, and having streaming services available was great after long park days. There was also access to a pool and gym, though I didn’t use them much. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again if I wanted something affordable and close to Universal without paying hotel prices.

My friend walked in, stayed for literally one minute, and left immediately. There was no way to spend the night there. Despite this, only $11 out of $51 was refunded, which is honestly unacceptable considering no stay actually happened. You can judge for yourself, but unless you’re used to sleeping under a bridge, this place will likely be a huge disappointment.

• Laís (10/5): - Very convenient location in Central Orlando . For a quick weekend visit where I fit in a concert at the Kia Center, parks, and driving back and forth to the airport this was about equal distance from all things. The directions to enter were very easy and straight forward and the studio looked just like the photos. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. I asked about an earlier check-in since I would be arriving much earlier in the day, and they were very happy to move it up a bit so I wouldn't have to sit around with my luggage for quite as long which was MUCH appreciated. The room is small but good for solo travelers or a couple of people, which was perfect for me. The neighborhood it is located in is nice and the room itself is hidden behind a fence which gives an extra sense of privacy and safety. The location isn't too far from main attractions like Disney and Universal, and is DEFINITELY worth staying a bit further out to save on egregious hotel costs closer to the parks. If I ever visit Orlando again, I will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

• Jamie (10/5): Perfect - I was expecting a place to sleep and get cleaned up and that is what I got. The thing that stood out the most was how quiet it was. I sleep in till after 9 am usually and I was never awakened by noise of any kind. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I was looking for a no-frills place to stay for the lowest price possible and this place fit the bill perfectly. I didn't use the kitchen or any other rooms except the bedroom and the bathroom so can't comment about anything else. Plus free parking. I feel good about my stay and would stay there again if in the area. The price was right and all went well. No complaints.

Lo único es que hay que tener códigos digitales para registrarse, pero una vez que lo entiendes, es bastante fácil. Estuve aquí para una conferencia y el armario y los espejos de cuerpo entero fueron geniales. Incluso hay una mininevera y un microondas en la habitación. El anfitrión responde rapidísimo a preguntas o mensajes, es muy comprensivo y amable. La parada de autobús está a una cuadra. Precio justo. Parecía tener todo lo que necesitaba. ¡Muy recomendable!
• brenda (10/5): Wonderful - I booked this room for me and my boyfriend, even though we had to wait extra 30 mins before we could checkin because of ongoing cleaning, we were satisfied when we checked in as everything was very nice clean smelling fresh and we got free parking as well (which we paid $5 extra at our last stay) . Manager was very quick in response and told us all the nearby food places as well if there were any sale or ongoing promotions. Room gave us a pretty cozy vibe and nice ambiance. Also allowed us to checkout late . Overall this experience was much better than our last experience. The price was perfect and pretty reasonable. We would definitely be back in Orlando and stay here again.

• James (3/5): Room is not up to par currently - Private entrance -Strongly Smelled of marijuana -The bed slats are going out to where several times during the stay they give out and that person sleeping there goes to the ground -The room hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while from the dirt ,dust, and grime around -The "spa tub" advertised is a bold faced lie. It is a run of the mill standard shower tub that is disgusting. An exposed hole that you can see full of God knows what. Extreme peeling of the tub falling off on you..ugh -Garden view? Lol..no garden but you can see plenty of trash and random debris. *Look...I don't like giving terrible reviews for places that have lower prices because usually you get what you pay for but for $50 you need to not be lazy and fix some of the easy fixes. I would say this room is not rentable if it's in the state it was when we stayed. I felt like this is the room for a 13 year old nephew who's parents just got sent to prison and there is no where else for him to go. If you fix the bed, thoroughly clean it, remove heavy weed smell (I mean even the wifi has 420 in it? Come on man), clean up the trash and debris, straighten up the living room if people are going through there, absolutely remove the "spa tub" reference in the ad and just tell it like it is. Just be honest and sell the private entrance, the nice sized tv, there is a fridge (leave it plugged in though)and microwave, and it's quiet inside and around the neighborhood.

Nunca me pude imaginar ese era el aspecto de un Downtown Deluxe Room. No hubo ninguna indicación de como abrir la puerta, como se ve, tiene un candado. El Host manifestó después que nada más era empujar la puerta para entrar (difícil adivinarlo). Me pregunto además de la suciedad, cual es el nivel de seguridad para un huésped. Eso me llevó a la decisión de cancelar la reserva y solicitar la devolución de mi dinero. Cosa que a través de Booking espero lograrlo pues me asiste toda la razón. Espero Booking, pueda evaluar mejor este tipo de circunstancias y logre su apoyo para repito la devolución de mi dinero cargada a mi tarjeta de buena fe. Gracias por adelantado. The private entrance made everything feel extra convenient and gave me plenty of independence, while still enjoying the comfort of a shared homestay. The location was perfect — just minutes from downtown and an easy drive to all the major attractions. It was great being close to the parks while still staying in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It had a private entrance so my adventures to and from the stores or anywhere was not inconvenient for the shared family next door. I was given a key by the host and it was very clean and the host seemed to be very nice. I thought for 2 nights in a row I seen a shadow walk past the window so that was a little alarming and it was really hot during the day the first day and the room wasn’t ventilated too well due to no a/c unit but host had a fan tower to plug up & the light/fan stays on so couldn’t use fan on roof.

• Eli (10/5): The best private room I,ve experienced. Highly recommend! - The host is very helpful and respectful. Any question concern of any sort the host is just one call and/or text away. It is a very peaceful stay, there aren’t ever any disturbances throughout the home. I highly recommend! There isn’t anything I could find to complain about because of how comfortable and pleasant the stay was. I will book again in the future.

Area seemed....off....and it was on the listing they want a COPY OF YOUR ID AND CREDIT CARD. That seems scammy...considering I paid through booking.com. Hard pass. Get a hotel. Seems like a scam.

• Arevalo Parra (1/5): - Como aspecto positivo, lo único rescatable es la buena ubicación, ya que está cerca de de los parques de Universal que fue los que visité. Lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue muy negativa. Al llegar a la casa donde alquilé una habitación en Orlando, encontré condiciones de higiene y mantenimiento inaceptables. La alfombra estaba extremadamente sucia, claramente sin aspirar desde hace mucho tiempo. La nevera se encontraba en mal estado y sucia. Las toallas estaban rotas, con mal olor y en general en pésimas condiciones. No había sábana superior, y las cobijas olían muy mal, lo que hacía imposible descansar cómodamente. El baño es compartido, no exclusivo para los que vivían en la casa, y se encontraba en condiciones muy deficientes: mal olor, falta de papel higiénico y evidente falta de limpieza. Además, la habitación tenía un olor muy fuerte y desagradable, las chapas estaban deterioradas, el espejo roto, la mesa de noche dañada y en general se notaba un abandono total del mantenimiento del lugar. No recomendaría este alojamiento a ningún viajero. Las condiciones no cumplen con los estándares mínimos de limpieza ni comodidad. Me sorprende que este alojamiento tenga una calificación de 7, considerando el nivel de deterioro y suciedad en el que se encuentra. Creo que Booking debería reevaluar esta calificación, ya que no refleja la experiencia real ni las condiciones del lugar.

• Anthony (1/5): - Nothing. Do not support this business. DO NOT STAY HERE. TRUST ME. I don’t leave bad reviews often. I believe in supporting a trying business even if things aren’t perfect. But this… firstly, I asked for instructions at 1pm to get in. (Check in is @ 3) 2 o clock goes by and nothing. I message again. And maybe 15 minutes later I get a call from the owner saying the manager will contact me. I say okay. 2:45. Still nothing. Owner sends me managers number. I call 4 times. No answer. I text. No answer. I go to the property and get there around 3:10. Still no instructions. I call and don’t get any answer until 3:40. I’m standing outside the whole time. When I do I get hung up on for complaining that they need to run this better. (This is the light way of putting how this interaction went. I was then gaslit after saying their business practice is terrible, but it is.) fast forward two days another couple rings the doorbell to check in telling me they’re experiencing the same thing. They will not refund your money. Okay now for the other stuff. The room has an off putting smell when I walk in. They say they clean but no. Maybe sheets are clean. But vacuum? Doubt it. Sanitize? Highly doubt it. The bed is uncomfortable and had me waking up with back problems. The guy who I assume lives there turns the air down to 63 and is coughing the entire time. I’m thinking this guy has to know the cold temperature is making his cold worse not better. On top of that he plays his tv loud until 5 in the morning, coughing the whole night. Also the air vents are so filthy, I can only imagine the air filter hasn’t been changed in a while. He also made some very strong smelling dinner food at 5 in the morning that made the whole house smell, I’m assuming it was an Indian dish, no problem there, but at 5 in the morning you’re going to make something that strong?

El registro de entrada y salida fue muy sencillo y todas las comodidades eran perfectas. Lo único es que el aire acondicionado enfriaba demasiado, pero el personal me ayudó cuando lo solicité. • Steven (1/5): Horrible stay. - No breakfast. Nice neighborhood though. Where do I start. I don't think this place should be used for Stay. Everything was not right from the get go. I stayed in many single room places, but this one is not the on. The lady meeting with you to let you in looked scared of you coming in, am not sure who was smoking in the house, and that went through to other rooms in the house. The bathroom needed a full make over. I could go on.

Las comodidades de la habitación, como la nevera y el microondas, fueron fundamentales para ahorrar dinero en comida. Pero lo que realmente destaca es la ubicación. Está lo suficientemente cerca de Universal como para un viaje rápido en coche, pero lo suficientemente apartado de la carretera principal como para ser tranquilo por la noche. Puedes ir al Mall at Millenia y encontrar excelentes restaurantes y tiendas, y hay un Walgreens y un Starbucks a poca distancia a pie para cualquier necesidad de última hora. Dada la proximidad a todo, la relación calidad-precio fue excelente. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar a cualquiera que visite Orlando.

• Bobby shifteh (10/5): Wonderful - We really enjoyed our stay. The property's location is a huge selling point, offering a perfect balance of being close to the action at Universal Studios while still being a short, easy drive to the great restaurants and nightlife of downtown. The check-in process was smooth, and the space was clean and had all the amenities we needed. A heads-up for future guests: the street is very quiet, making it a great place to relax after a busy day, but still has quick access to major roads. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great value!

• Valentina Tranchida (9/5): - We stayed for one night in this two-person room in Orlando. The host was kind and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, which we really appreciated. The room and bathroom were fairly clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with well-kept homes and a nice local vibe — a good location if you're traveling by car. We also had an unexpected issue with our car battery, and the host did his best to help us out. In the end, we still needed roadside assistance because the truck required more power to start, but we were grateful for his support. Overall, a solid stay.
• Luz (7/5): You get what you pay for. - Excellent location for the World Stadium campsite It's a small room in a house with people living there, and you have to share a dirty bathroom with them (we never saw anyone, but we assumed they were men). It smelled of marijuana. Dirty carpet. The night was quiet, but knowing there were other people on the other side of the door made me a little less calm. There's no parking for your car, and you have to leave it on the street.
