Ursula (7/5): Lage ist top. Preis-Leistung stimmt. - Wir waren hier für ein langes Wochenende mit 5 Erwachsenen. Die Lage ist top, man kann innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen. Auch öffentliche Parkplätze findet man jederzeit vor der Tür oder nahebei. Die Räume sind groß und hell. Was auf den Foros nicht zu sehen ist, es gibt noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei Couchen und in der Küche steht ein Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Außerdem ist ein Wasserkocher vorhanden, eine Mikrowelle und ein großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierschrank. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt und die Schlüsselübergabe war kein Problem. Leider gab es nur in einem Schlafzimmer Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln. Und in einem Zimmer fehlte elektrisches Licht. Dafür fing das Licht im Badezimmer von Zeit zu Zeit an zu flackern. Die Halterung für den Duschkopf könnte verbessert werden. Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall Potenzial, aber man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten, da die Ausstattung eher spartanisch ist.
