• Caterina (5/5): Not pleasent even tho the team has been polite - The location The property needs to be refurbished as It has cracks on the walls, the bathroom is not in very good condition, the sensational room above is humid and moulded with cockroaches. There are no windows and flies especially in the bathroom Broken sofa The bathroom is not well connected to the main bedroom. The layout is just not right

• William (4/5): I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Be close to a metro station for convenience but not this close. - The proximity to the Spagna metro is a plus but also a negative due to the noise of foot traffic. Host let us check in early which was very convenient with the early flight arrival. Ants were everywhere in the apartment. Little sugar ants but still really annoying. The apartment has zero windows. There is a small patio but no view. The main bathroom is very small and cramped, and sits below a glass ceiling with another very weird bath in a cave above. The kitchen doesn’t have any towels so you’ll end up using the napkins which isn’t ideal.

• Debora (10/5): Could not ask for a better location or a more responsive host. - Very unique property in an excellent location near the train stop and the Spanish Steps. Fabulous restaurants nearby and easy to catch taxis in the square. Was not really a problem but there are no windows so if not being able to see outside would bother you this might give you some claustrophobia. Again, not a problem for us but if you have trouble with stairs the bathroom is located down a flight of stairs from the main apartment floor.
• Michal (9/5): Good apartment in a prime location near the Spanish steps - The apartment is spacious and cozy, its location is incredibly convenient, and allows you to reach central sites in short walks. It is located right next to the metro.
• patrick (9/5): - Location was very good! A step away from Spagna Metro and easy to go around. Leo was also very helpful with all our needs from how to get to the property and very easy to be reach when needed
• Bart (8/5): Prachtig ruim appartement op een zeer goede locatie. - Perfecte locatie en erg mooi ingericht. Zeer comfortabel. Lekker rustig van binnen. De bedden waren niet lang genoeg en de kussens erg hard. Beetje benauwd.

• Alexander (5/5): - Modriger Geschmack und Feuchtigkeitsprobleme mit leichtem Schimmel an den Decken zurückzuführen darauf das keine wirklichen Fenster zum Lüften vorhanden sind. Für 2 Nächte ok aber länger wollte ich da nicht wohnen soory sonst wirklich eine tolle Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail.

Location: next to the Metro station, hard to find the property. It is in a basement area, no windows, lots of stairs and weird layout. Bathroom need s big upgrade. Tiny bedrooms, however beds were comfortable.

• Veronika (10/5): Amazing property - The fully equipped, by the Spanish steps. The property is amazing and huge. Love it. Staff is super helpfull and the cave inside the room with bathroom is so unique. There is small garden outside and it is nice because there is no windows in the apartment.

• An (10/5): Great location, good value - The location is perfect, it’s near many famous monuments and public transport is easy to access with ease (the train from the airport will take you at straight to the station right next to the apartment). The apartment itself was clean and well equipped too. Our family of 4 all enjoyed our time there. None
• Marianne (8/5): Very good - As this apartment is built under the Spanish Steps, it hasn't any windows. The only opening is to a courtyard surrounded by buildings. Very nice with antique fountain and statues. But the flat has been nicely redone and with lots of lights, and one feel ok after a bit of a surprise on arrival. Built on many levels, it is not functional for handicapped people. But very quiet which is bonus because the flat is situated right in the best part of Rome and it is very noisy outside at any time. The owner was very kind to organise for us transport to and from the flat. I could very well go back an other time. Not much after getting used to this very unconventional apartment .
• Jennifer (8/5): We enjoyed a magical week in Rome outside the Spanish Steps. - The apartment was so cute! Beds were perfectly comfortable with pillows of every type so what ever your preference you would be happy. The apartment was decorated in a fun eclectic way. We used the A/C at night only because my husband likes it cold at night and it worked great. Plenty of linens and towels and it is a great location. You have to wonder around to see all the hidden places. We discovered the bathtub upstairs over a glass floor that was a bit interesting. We never used it because the floor creeped me out a bit and no one could use the restroom downstairs if you were in the tub, but it was interesting to say the least. The only big draw back about the apartment was the sewer kept backing up into the shower towards the end of our stay. Luckily we had a French citizen with us who is used to old world sewage systems and we were able to pour the drain product that was in the closet down the drain that that helped a ton! The owner assured us they would have it fixed. We also wished there was a washer and dryer in the apartment. All of that being said we would totally stay here again! Don’t let those things turn you away it’s a very nice place to stay.
• Ashish (10/5): Perfect stay in Rome for a family of four - The location of the property is amazing. It is literally under the Spanish steps, and all the major attractions in Rome are within walking distance. If you need to use the metro, there is a metro station just steps from the apartment building. Lots of good restaurants near by. The apartment is furnished nicely. It is exactly as it shown in the pictures. Our family had a very comfortable stay. The host (Mr. Leo) communicates proactively and ensured that we had everything that we needed for an effortless check in and stay. He responds to questions quickly and helped us arrange airport transfer for a very early morning flight.
